Great staff and excellent customer service! Units are like new, and heated. The site is secure and very well maintained. Payments can be made conveniently online. Their rates may be a bit higher than their competitors, but well worth it. I would highly recommend!

We live near-by and are happy to have found Midland Self Storage. Their facility feels clean, new, and safe. Along with their gated entry and exit, each unit has an individual alarm system. Amanda was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

So far so good. Clean. The coolest part about this storage is every individual unit has an alarm. Not just the building. Alot more secure than most other storage places. Theyre all to expensive, no matter what storage buisness you choose. But yes, this one seems the best in area.

Big shout out to the employees of this location. Stored with them for a year and always enjoyed going in, as they were so enjoyable to chat with. Sometimes, I would get bummed if I didn’t have a reason to pop in and say hi...They are lovely and if you’re storing your things due to challenging times, the simplicity of a compassionate and sincere encounter can restore faith in humanity, as it often did for me. Best storage place! Affordable never had a problem. Great access and huge space. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Gate hours make me feel like I always can go get what I need when I need it.

I write this as Im about to journey to a 2nd U-haul Rental Partner. Made an online reservation for a U-haul truck at Midland Self Storage (a trusted u-haul partner). Needed it for work. Arrived right on time to pick up said truck and had to wait in my car for over an hour because they were out to lunch. When they finally returned I figured I was back to green flag racing (well at least back to work as boss man was MAD) NOPE ! nope nope nope! They had my reservation, it was in their computer and I had all my lovely conformation text messages handy. BUT they rented out my reserved truck to someone else... Employee on duty had NO CLUE what the $50 U-haul reservation guarantee even WAS. I was told to maybe try another U-haul and maybe they could possibly help me With these words of encouragement from Midland Self Storage, and without honoring U-hauls Reservation Guarantee I am now off in search of a rental truck and about to have what Im sure will be a fun convo with Boss Man.

A place to store your items. Somewhat secure. Loud annoying hate you have to exit through with a loud alarm. Some questionable people around there as well. All in all has been a secure place so far. I have only been there about a month though.

I LOVE Midland! Although they are Really far out there it’s definitely worth the money paid. They are very flexible and understanding plus their storage units are in phenomenal condition! Indoor and heated makes it more comforting that your belongings won’t be water damaged, being as we reside in the rainy state.I highly recommend

Clean, Quiet and Secure. The staff is very professional and It was easy to set up the rental contract. I dont like having to store my things, but because I must, I feel its safe here. Since I am bad at making payments on time, the staff give me a courtesy reminder a few days before hand to remind me. You can pay online and once set up, it takes just one minute to pay the bill. 5 stars.

The manager, Katie, was friendly and made the paperwork as painless as possible. The property is clean and well kept. All security gates and doors are in good, proper working condition. Unit prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family!

I saw the racist remarks and I would like to add, we had a similar experience. Not only that, she was also flirting with my husband the whole time. However, as soon as I walked In she changed her toon . Making comments like “oh! I am married. he was in the service.” Ya okay, is that why you where hitting on my husband before I walked in? she was cussing up a storm when I was in the office. Talking about how she was the only one around there that does workvery unprofessional.Glad my Google, updates me when new reviews pop up on places I have been.

Nice place to have your things stored. I live out of state now and they have been very accommodating with my needs.Only down side is the corporate office and the local office dont cross-communicate so that brought some confusion into the mix. Was easily resolved. Id advise directing any issues to the local facility. They were friendly and helpful.

If your looking for storage in Tacoma or Spanaway check this place out. The guy that runs the place Russell is super nice and really likeable. Ive rented storage before at other places.....This place is the cleanest Ive seen in Tacoma and secure. I promised I would write a review because I was actually impressed at a storage place...which has NEVER happened to me before. Thanks Russell, great customer service ...should be rewarded!!!

Was looking for a place to securely store my belongings.Decided to give this place a try based on the reviews. Facility is very clean and secure which I appreciate .The manager, Natalie is a total gem.I can say the customer service she provided was at its best!She explained everything very thorough and boy is this lady funny!Candy and snacks for customer is great too .Would definitely recommend Midland Self Storage to anynody !Way to go !

The staff at Midland Self Storage is extraordinary. Theyre friendly, have a great sense of humor, understanding, and kind. And, they always have candy. The unit is easy to get to, and get in and out of, the hallways and grounds are clean and well kempt, and the cart is always where its supposed to be. My prior experience at public storage in South Hill was terrible, my unit was broken into and the manager was discouraging me calling the police, lied about his attempts to reach me thru my emergency contact, and was acting all around shady about it. Im beyond pleased with my decision to move to Midland self Storage, as my sense of security has improved as a result of doing so. I highly recommend Midland Self Storage.

This place is a joke! My son-in-law rented from here and his unit had rat damage. We went and told the lady behind the counter she played it off like it was nothing and pretty much blamed it on us saying that we had food in our unit when we didnt. Than when we moved out we wanted someone of your money back. Absolutely no rent refunds!!! Your kidding me, after the rat damage. Dont recommend this place. Remember just because a place looks clean does not mean it has hidden secrets.

I have to say I actually never thought that Id have a Great experience at a self storage place. We all know the stories.... But I just rented a storage unit with this place and it was actually.....Super Nice. The manager Russell was wonderful he took the time to find the right size unit. Then when everything was picked out it the actual move was very Easy w/ no weird sales pressure or hidden costs. He was super friendly and the place has lots of security. Im glad I choose this place, the last place I rented was Public Storage and I had a very awful experience. Thanks Russell for changing my opinions on storage places!

Rent a 15 uhaul truck. The women is very nice at the counter. Natalie was her name. Small mix up and she handled it apologized. Will rent from again .

Sadly the prices have increased and diminished some of the great deal that used to be found here - but its still a good location with security and good management.

We had a confirmed email reservation with a price quote for a storage unit. On the day of our scheduled move in, the manager Katie Jones decided she did not want to honor the price agreement that was emailed to us from Midland Self Storage with her signature on the bottom. She refused to accept the quote or help us in any way. Terrible customer service, will not recommend this business to anyone.

Fail to tell you that when you pay the whole months rent and then give your 10 day notice because you dont need it the full month, they do not refund you for the days you dont need the unit. Dont pay your rent till the very last day it required if you might be moving out!!!!!
