They sold off my unit after I called to make payment arrangements and when I didnt receive a return call but rather an email stating my payment was due the following month and the total owed I never expected that they would then auction my unit 3 days after sending me that email. But they did and are not being willing to admit wrongdoing or make anything right. Also they started the lein process after being 3 months behind before and had I not paid which I went in to do and was devastated to learn theyd sold all of my belongings then this would be the 3rd month and the amount is the same Ive paid each time to square up $618 so they had no right to sell my unit and its everything i had of mine and my daughters things.

Not secured at all! Got my RV broken into 2 times while parked inside! Then got my Rv stolen, they broke the back door and drove it off. No videos where shown at all. Did not give us any information, it was just gone. Be careful because homeless people break in all the time

Working with Delia to get our 5 x 10 unit went much more smoothly than I had anticipated. She was extremely helpful, explaining everything I had questions for in detail which alleviated any feeling of concern that I had. I would say that this is an LGBT friendly storage facility because my husband and I dont feel like we were treated differently at all. Delia speaks fluent Spanish, so if youre more comfortable speaking in Spanish you can rent from here easily. The first 3-months 1/2 off special pricing deal they have right now is unbeatable. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I like this place. Various sizes and easy atmosphere. Convenient location Tucked between Costco and South Tacoma way. Controlled both entry and exit.

Delia is the most helpful person I could have asked for, this is the second time I’ve used this facility, and I highly recommend all aspects of this place!! Super helpful, good prices, and extremely kind and works with you every step.

I have rented from this place for 20 plus years and it has steadily gone down hill since it switched from Vanguard. The ladies in the office are nice enough but they are not empowered to make any decisions. The property is dirty, the lighting is poor, we no longer have lights in the units and in Oct of 2018 I discovered rodent infestation in one of my 12X20 units. All of my belongings were covered in rat poop, saturated in urine and chewed on or tore up. The facility itself put traps in my unit, thats it. Within 1 month my other unit, 4 doors down was infested as well. They provided no help whatsoever, the insurance company wanted itemized descriptions of anything ruined along with pictures and receipts or documentation and the max I can receive after providing all this is $2000 per unit. They dont offer help with cleaning, disposal or anything. Not even an empty unit to sort through your belongings and I still had to pay my monthly rent. Then I was told I was responsible for any further damage from the rodents. I would NEVER ever recommend Storage Court of Tacoma to anyone. They are also way overpriced and the hours you can enter are very limited.

Nice facility, secure, one way in and out. Friendly managers. Has area to store vehicles and RVs. Decent rates and definitely benefits us where time is money and spending time driving to farther facility would cost more anyway.

Super nice staff......but there are rats everywhere! All of our stuff was chewed up and had rat poop COVERING it all. Literally heard the rats squeaking and scurrying in the units next to ours. They only told us to refer to the insurance packet like that’s going to help with my favorite quilt being torn up. Don’t come here if you don’t want rats destroying everything.

Weve had our unit almost 2.5 years its gone down hill so bad. The rodent problem is awful. Nothing is being done about the infestation. There rates have also gone up but quality has gone downhill. Just started looking into other units. We can get the same size unit for $5 less thats inside and climate controlled and completely sealed from other units.

Management makes its tennants commit fraud and possible accessories to theft, by letting people w/o the gate key inside, even though its part of the storage courts written agreement terms of lease... Also had to clean a storage space I am renting, because the ground was so nasty... Dont trust this Storage facility with your belongings or money.

Didnt have to bad of an experience until about after a year. Security is ultimately lacking. No inside cameras for smaller storage units, also minimal cameras covering outside units. Structure of the building is old and all wood. Would suggest providing your own lock.. most of the staff is polite but also never seems to be around to answer phone calls. Also wasnt very happy about the way they handled the price change of our unit. We started off at a lower price but then raised the price of the unit with little to no notice, until we got the bill for the month. Just not a place if ever want to rent from again, the money you pay isnt worth it

I can only speak about the non-heated units. They are all rat infested. All I had in mine was 12 tote boxes with clothes in them and also some newer furniture. Every month when I go there to check on my stuff there is rat fecices all over the place. On all the boxes and furniture. And also what I assumed to be rat pee. I clean it every time. Management put some pest control rat boxes outside the units, so it’s apparent they’re aware of the issue.I’m taking my stuff out of there asap. Totally recommend for storing non-important items (who pays for a storage unit to store things that aren’t important, besides hourders?). Staff is friendly enough. Payment system on website is cheap and glitchy, but works with a little patience. My storage unit was broken into once (bulk cutters), and they called and ask me to come down but nothing was taken.
