If I could give zero stars i would ! this is the worst storage place to ever go to! they will let others rob you of all your belongings and then blame you on top of it ! They will not help you with anything the only thing they do is lie and rob you of your money and kick you out of your unit even if you have paid in advance . i feel they do all this just to keep what you have in your unit to obviously profit off the stuff you have !! do not trust them !! I have never in my life felt so violated and betrayed, this is a VERY CORRUPT business and just trust me they will find a way to screw you over in some way or another even if youve done nothing wrong !!! They do not care about their customers whatsoever !!

This is a very secure facility. To access the building, you use a card at a pinpad to disarm your unit, and then at another pinpad to get in. There are carts that you can use to move your stuff in or out of your unit. There is even a garage door to drive in to unload, although temporarily not in use due to covid. Storage boxes available at the UHaul truck rental one block away. Clean facility. Great access!

So far they have been great for with working with me and being late on a purple months of bills but one thing that is a big big complaint I have is the fact the on the day I came into the office and paid and got my uniform I had made it very clear in Aston selling associate that if it was 24 hour access or night because that was what I had read online and that was the main reason why I was coming to this one she said that they had stopped doing that 24 hour access for everybody and less they pay for three months in a row on time and I said OK well like to pay for three months in a row right now on the first day so she said OK is that it should be Fine no problem and that was the whole reason why I had paid so much money right up front she pretty much made me a con me into paying for three months right of the front so I can get the actions that I was supposed to be getting that says read up on the Billboard 24 hour access like that ever everybody but not only this I don’t even get any 24 hour actions I’m only allowed access to 7 PM which cuts off my time completely out and build a go to my unit once because of my schedule which is that’s the reason why I was on main reason why I was at the storage unit and says it’s 24 hour access everywhere advertise alone I paid a lot for it and if I’m told that I’m going to be getting this add in service for paying upfront first month for the total of three months . All clearly made on time like she said . Sooooo idk why she can’t simply add me into the system so that it will grant me access past hours please and thank you name is Sophia Romano

With new mgmt and hours, security has made it feel safer at this location. No worries abt break ins or riff raff hanging around. I know my stuff will be secure here in Parkland.

Very nice location for storage. And they have any size room for any condition such as climate or non climate.

So this place has I believe 3 entry doors but your only allowed to enter thru the main door. Which made our storage unloading a total pain in the butt because our storage is all the way the far side of the building. Not a good experience at all. The clean up guy is very unsociable and refuses to smile or even say hi when you bump into him. There are however 2 things I like about this storage facility. One there are bathrooms there and second is there is a free like area you can put things you dont want or take whatever you like.

We were sold a 24 hour access unit, turns out that no its not 24 hour. Very dissatisfied

No rodents, its inside, and its heated. Restroom is always clean.

Had a really helpful Rep (Amanda) help me get into our new unit. We had some technical difficulties with new key code but we discovered their alarm system works 🤩 WELL!Because our son is having to store his whole apartment here since his university closed, we decided to go ahead and get him a unit. They are offering an awesome offer for college kids in this situation, so please go ahead and go to their website to get all the options.This facility is super secure, just down the street from their truck rental location, looks really well kept up.We had decided in the Spring that we would not NEED additional storage this year but things have changed so drastically...everything is on the street level with glass enclosure surrounding most of the building. We REALLY love it!Always loved Uhaul as a company but this makes us appreciate them even more.

The place has garbage blowing all around. This place wont unlock the main door on weekends you have to use the side door. The garage door has been locked and bolted shut. Currently looking for a new facility this place has went straight down hill.

We had a pretty good experience here, it would be better if they could make clear the “guidelines” of the return via app if the store is closed as we were not aware.

Fair space for the $ could be a bit cheaper though!

The prices are great and its very secure you have to enter your code to enter into every door you come across.. Security has gotten tighter than when I first open up my storage there so they are very cautious of other belongs making sure it stay secure

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNIT !I paid my months in advance and came back and my THINGS WERE MISSING !!!!!!!!!Over $10,000 of missing jewlrey, shoes, designer things! I feel so violated !This was a horrible experience!I will NEVER USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY AGAIN!As soon as I can I will be getting my things out and when I told the man all he said was I could call the cops.. and they have cameras so I’ve very interested to see if they will help me or NOT!

Cannot gain access. Try to contact Uhaul. When told manager @ 9601 Pacific Ave is in charge of this location, and see its the individual who was verbally assaultive towards me in the psst, I try to cancel storage unit, and my card was charged.
