So I gave them many chances, I would give them 0 stars if I could. They sold me a car over a year ago in 2020. Everything was great I paid in full. Cut too a month later when I was suppose to receive my title they told me “ sorry we can’t get the title right now the title is under a different name than the person who sold us it”. They said they would send me temp tags. So cut too a year later I had too drive down every month to get a new temp plate and all they could say was we are working on it. They ended up blocking my number it appears and every time I come in it seems they have nothing but time. I would not recommend this place, they lie straight too your face!!!

In the last week I have been to several different car lots this one included twice I might add. This lot and its employees are by far the most open and upfront about every car whether it be a small dent in the fender or anything wrong under the hood they dont hide a single thing. The staff is super friendly and are in no way pushy and they do everything within their ability to get you what youre looking for.

Stopped in a couple of times. Tho I test drove a few vehicles, I didnt find a vehicle that was worth purchasing. Second time I went, I test drove 1 vehicle. It was garbage and way off from what I said I was looking for. Not to mention, the guy was pushy and rushing me.

I bought a car from west coast auto, my clutch went out they paid for it and then the transmission had an issue and west coast auto got it fix. They are the ppl to f---k with if you need nice reasonable transportation

The car they sold me was great or so I thought. Not even a week after I got it the clutch went out in the car. I am still waiting to hear back from them as to whether they are going to purchase a new clutch kit for my vehicle or if this is going to be a battle.

Great deal, no hassles - Great place to buy! I bought a used Porsche, possibly one of the riskiest things one could do. But the folks at Westcoast were up front about the condition of the car, gave me space and time to do a thorough checkout, and made me a very fair deal on my trade-in as well. After weeks of getting the run-around at other places, I got what I wanted for a better than expected price at Westcoast. Well worth the drive from Seattle and beyond! Would buy again for sure.This isnt a flashy, high frills operation, but who needs or wants to pay for that anyways? They are no-pressure, no-nonsense, and easy to deal with. I was recently out looking for a new vehicle for multiple days. I came across one of the posts for a vehicle on OfferUp. That is how I found this place. I am so glad I did. It was the end of the day and they had about 25 minutes until close. I live maybe 15 to 20 minutes away. I decided to give them a call and see if maybe somebody could stay after and that is when Ali said he would. I originally set out for a certain vehicle and that is the vehicle from the post. However when we got there and told him our price range we where shown a few other cars. He showed me a car that I never in my life thought I would be interested in having. However let me tell you I am so so happy I found this place. I am in love with my new vehicle and have told my friends and family to check this place out. Again big thank you to Ali for not only helping me get a new vehicle but for taking the time after hours to stay. Not a lot of places or people are willing to do that. Waste of time. Literally showed us a 2011 Ford Escape that had the Engine light on, almost died multiple times within 5 minutes of starting it & when we looked under the hood, YOU COULD SEE THAT A HUGE SECTION OF THE MOTOR WAS MISSING & THEY SAID ITS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE THAT.....

Got a truck then 5 days later the battery died and got into an accident. Check stuff before you pay any money is my advice.

He didnt have to but he gave us a month to make our next payment. Now thats worth going to.. Here they dont just sell cars they get to know you and understand you... FOE

This was my second time there. The first time I did not find what I was looking for. The second time I did buy a good auto for a good price.

After my beloved car decided to die my husband started the process of searching for the perfect SUV. After finding the perfect one there was a miscommunication and it was sold to someone else BUT our salesman worked his magic and did his best to tracked down another vehicle even better than the first- only complaints- detail job was rushed leaving the car not so clean in random areas- process was a bit longer than needed to be but staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy with the vehicle!

I just bought a car and was told there was nothing wrong with it. I did take for test drive but only for a few min. Seemed fine. But I live about 25 min away. As soon as I got home it started to over heat. I can smell and taste antifreeze and its digging up my windows. Theres other problems with the car to. Was told to call a number and I did no answer and the voice answering machine is full. So I texted but no reply. I just felt like I got really screwed. And I know they knew about the problem and just tried to put a bandaid over a major issues because there was some weird stuff floating in the radiator like a lot of whatever it was

Bought an old Subaru from John, he was helpful, straightforward and easy to work with. He let me take out the car to test it as long as needed and was negotiable on the price. The cars are sold as-is, but end of story, I got a nice car at a good price. I had to change the thermostat on it, but other than that the car is great. Got my plates and registration on time. Overall an easy buy. Id probably look to buy another car from west coast again if they have what Im looking for!

Went online saw a car I was interested in, called them up, and went in to check out the car. Came to the store, and everyone was friendly. It was really easy to check out the car and test drive it. Sold me a lemon 2004 Honda EX v6 only lasted 24 hrs buyer beware !!!!!!! A month later they never sent me my tags, had to go to location to pick up 2 days after temp tag expired. Called and they didnt pick phone till I called from another number. Shady business practice BEWARE BUYERS!!!

Recently bought an 05 Avalanche from John. Used car lots have a stigma of being crooked and not caring what they sale you. John refused to sell me the truck because he went out after I test drove it and left, and found a coolant leak that I hadn’t noticed. He called me right away to let me know and ended up replacing the water pump, all belts and hoses and the coolant reservoir. Not once did he try to raise the price or any other shady deals. After a week of driving the truck, the shift cable broke. John and Ali didn’t hesitate to address it. Had the truck towed to them and they replaced the part without charging me a dime. I will definitely be referring friends and family looking for a good used vehicle to them. It’s hard to find a used car dealer that is honest and has integrity. These guys absolutely do. I had a great experience working with them although getting a car didnt work out.Ali, the owner was very helpful and nice to work with and genuine, hes a really nice guy. I bought a subaru outback from him and then the next day got it checked at a mechanic it turned out there were some safety issues with the car that the dealership and I didnt know about. I was able to go back 2 days later and return the car to him because he didnt want me to have an unsafe car, even though he wasnt really obliged to do that. He wrote me a check and was very understanding.Thank you for the great experience although it was stressful going through this at the time.
