I Bought a 2011 F350, with low miles from Jose and Max both of them stayed past closing, made sure I was happy with my purchase, and even sent the car plates to my house. I was in an auto accident about 4 weeks ago and needed the gap information. Max called me and sent me all the instructions on what to do.

Bought a vehicle from them and when I finally received my permanent registration in the mail I realized Lux Motors owed me a refund due to their registration fees being higher than the actual state fees. Instead of sending me a check because Im sure they knew the owed me money, they decided to say nothing. So I called and the first person I spoke to said they would pass the message. Several calls later, because the titling office was almost impossible to get a hold of, I was told the check was sent off. Several days later still no check so I called again. This time I informed them that if I didnt receive my refund soon my attorney would be contacting them next. And what do you know, my refund finally arrived.Other dealers I have delt with have always sent the refund check without me asking for it. I guess Lux Motors was counting on me not checking the numbers. Do your homework people. These dealers are already taking our money with the sale of the car. Dont give them even more of your hard earned money.

Bought my 2015 Ford F-150 lariat from Lux motors few weeks ago, shorty after purchase an ignition coil went bad and I fully expected no help with the repair, but after calling in and explaining the issue the owner paid for the parts needed and even purchased all new spark plugs, fixed now with no issues, Love my truck !!!

We went to Lux motors after doing some research online. The selection and prices were very good. Since we were just looking, we didnt take the second set of keys or the title.When we got there, we looked at the cars they had available.We told the salesman what we were looking for; he asked us to come inside and we started to talk. There was no pressure. He asked if we wanted to test drive the car.We were pleasantly surprised at the price of the Escape and even more by the trade-in value of our Fusion. Would not recommend. They tried to do a credit check before we test drove a vehicle because they wanted to make sure we could afford the car. The car was worth $15k. That was extremely belittling. I created a google account just for the sole purpose to warn people about this. If I could give them 0 stars I would. And what’s laughable is all the 5 star reviews have just about the same sentence structure.

Love this place! Bought a car from Lux Motors. Both of there salesman were friendly and honest. I got pre approved quick and out in less then 40 min. I will definitely be recommending this place to people. I wasn’t here all day like most dealerships. Was here to look at a box truck they have for sale. The price they were asking was way too high based on the condition of the truck. Not at all even close to the right price and not willing to budge one bit on price to make it a fair deal for anybody other then themselves. Their cars are equally overpriced as well. They are rather uninformed and greedy. I dont ever plan to go back.

I bought a 2015 Acura TLX. Nice vehicle at fair price. They gave me a good amount of money for my trade in. The finance process is very fast. You’re not sitting there for hours. Things moved a tad more slowly than usual in other aspects. I’m sure Covid related that made things slower on receiving my plates but I did receive before they expired. There was also a small hiccup with my payoff to my previous Lender but Max was responsive as to what happened and covered my next payment so it wasn’t late and assured me check was sent and all worked out ok. It’s very important to have communication with the customer and Max did that. I’d purchase another vehicle from Lux.

My husband and I purchased a ram truck back in March. This was during lockdown. The truck had some minor flaws, but seemed like it was a good deal. The purpose for buying this truck was to haul our travel trailer for our summer outings. Because of lockdown we only drove the truck to the store and back. So in May we hook up our travel trailer and the transmission wont even pull it up our hill. So we contacted the guy who sold it to us, and he refused to help. And now the DEF system is out. They never inspected this truck before they sold it to us. Bad business. They sell lemons. Dont go there.

I really enjoyed my recent buying experience. I came to the lot having researched the vehicle I preferred, and met with Alex, and they had three of the make and models on the lot that I was looking for (Audi A4). All were in good condition, and Alex was able to answer all my questions. The pricing was fair, so I made an offer and in less then two hours I was on my way home with my new (used) car. Alex was also very helpful in presenting options to secure a warranty on the vehicle. They offered coverage through the highest rated third party warranty service, which is a reflection on the quality of the vehicles they have. All around a professional and enjoyable experience!

I bought a f150 a few months back. A week after the truck being bought, the truck wouldn’t go into 5th gesr. I talked to him about returning it or getting the f150 a new transmission. He proceeds to tell me “you bought a used car what do you expect” not to mention he delayed the check light warning. Not to mention the truck had bad shocks, brakes and and most importantly transmission. We are talking to our lawyers right now. Please do not buy a car from this dealer

Went and bought an 06 ram 2500 diesel from these ppl. I don’t suggest anybody buys anything from these rip off artists. The truck was 16 k and had some small issues I knew I could fix, no big deal. Upon getting the thing home in Bellingham I took to my mechanic. Two days later as he didn’t have time the next day.While on my way there after passing a car and letting off the throttle it keep right on pulling for at least 10 seconds. ( online research says injectors are bad, around $600 a piece, without labor) Kinda scary when there’s another car in front of you. Anyway put it on his snap on scan tool. Found transmission problems and that the codes had been cleared 36 hrs prior to hook up. Tells me they cleared them before I got there. Be fair warned!! Don’t don’t pass on this businesses service contract. It’ll make them have to fix the messed up vehicle they’re selling you! If you do pass on it don’t sign there warranty papers. You will be giving up you rights under Washington law of any implied warrenies.

First I wanted to thank lux motors team for the smooth and easy transaction, the reason why I call them team because the way they treated me and handle everything only real team can do that, the Mexican guy Jose was super nice and helpful in any way it can be, I went to my bank before going to the dealership to try to get pre-approval and when I came to lux and told them I am pre-approved and would like to go through my bank Max the Finance guy offered me to give him a chance to see which kind of APR or deal he can he can offer me through his sources, at first I was a little concern that my credit will have to be pulled again but than I decided to let them try and the APR appear to be 5% less than my bank gave me, on $25,000 amount I would over pay a lot, I’m glad i found these guys and the car that I was looking for 5 month, I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family and share with them my great experience that I had. This dealership is the best! I called inquiring about car, Manager Paul answered and was very friendly and helpful. When I visited first time was very impressed, clean building, nice cars on display. The salesman Robert was great, even called me on his off days to finish the deal. Paul and rest of team was wonderful, only had one small problem not related to sales, was fixed immediately. Car is the best I ever drove. I would strongly advise going to them for your next car. You will not regret it. The last person I interacted with was Finance Manager to finish papers, he was also great. All around great experience, Ill probably come back to Tacoma and purchase my next Car from them!

Iam not a person that I usually do this but I think I have to do it, buying cars in this dealership is the most terrible thing that could happen to me 1.- The car they sold me was in bad condition and they never believed themselves responsible for it 2.- They charged me $ 700 for my taps for which they would have to return my money, they took 17 days to make it 3.- I put a trade car and it took 67 days to pay it I need to have 2 payments to not damage my credit of which they only paid one ... they never answered my calls they always made themselves go through Jose never was the manager max I think his name is. I will never come back to buy something here my experience was terrible and for sure I will tell my friends how bad this dealer is.... I put one star because I cant put none other ways can put 0

I went to the dealership today thinking I was only eye shopping but ended up leaving with a new car. Young guy Alex was super helpful! He took the time to look through all the cars to find one that would best fit my needs and budget. He made the entire process from test driving the car to purchasing the car so comfortable and smooth. I didnt feel rushed or pressured at all. I was blessed to have received such great customer service. He was very informative and thorough when walking me through all the features of the car as I am now a new Toyota owner.

I really dont know why there are so many people with negative reviews, probably not car people, however I had a great experience with these guys. Jose and Max were very welcoming and not at all shady or pushy. I ended up leaving with my new WRX about a month ago, so far Ive had no issues whatsoever. Id definitely recommend a friend to come see them.

The two guys were helping us were extremely efficient, we were in and out with our Chrysler 300 SRT 8 in less than 2 hours and they were happy to work with us to get us out the door in our price range and a payment we were able to afford. Got 2011 Ram 1500 today from Lux motors, fully loaded Laramie Edition, very nice and clean truck, was not even expecting to get so low APR, Nice management and stuff, very friendly and helpful, before leaving dealership they checked all 4 tire pressure and filled up full tank of Gas, not a big thing but nice of them!!! Will recommend to every one.

Bought a lemon from these guys. Had to fight to get some minuscule compensation from them, ended up spending an extra 3k just to drive it. Also got the AUL insurance from them and when I sold my car I was owed around 1300 from them. They tried to only give me 1000 and when I finally stuck it to them I got my mpney.... 3 months later. The guy Alex is a try hard with his schemes and Ive called him out on it several times. One phone call Ill never forget is when he referred to himself as Jose and that whatever Alex told me, he wasnt aware of. But he mentioned things from the conversation I had with him the day before. So he tripped over his own lie. He should of at least tried to change his voice because it was pathetic. I wanted to like this business but they just gave me hell, and with other negative reviews you can see a trend. Save yourself from these guys, if its too late for you I wish you luck.

We came from an hour away because they were the most competitive on line... The dealer near me was playing games and told me that the price Lux Motors was a lie... I came to dealership after having dialogue with them that they would honor the pricing that they had posted and I was pleasantly surprised I got the exact price I saw. The guy in the shop was very helpful and nice to us, helped to add air in the tire and washed the car before we left, My family is looking to get another car and we will definitely come back to Lux and their staff!!!

MAKE SURE YOU GET ANY CAR YOU LOOK AT FROM LUX INSPECTED BY PROFFESSIONALS.I am normally not one to leave reviews... but here I am. I called Lux Motors this morning about a car they had that I have been looking for. I live 3 hours north so I wanted to check everything before I made the journey down to purchase. I asked for the car fax and he supplied it, asked how the car ran and what maintenance they have done since they had it in their possession, he told me the car ran excellent and they didn’t need to do any because it ran flawlessly. I drove the 3 hours to go take a look and to have the Subaru dealership do an inspection before handing over $21,000. On the drive over I noticed ticking noises coming from the motor, he claims he didn’t hear anything. The ticking got louder the longer I drove. When I got to the Subaru dealership I handed my keys over to service and they came back to me 5 minutes later saying they refused to drive the car because the ticking I heard was a rod knock so severe they wouldn’t even drive it and recommended I didn’t drive it back. The car died 4 times on the way back to Lux, which is only 1.5 miles away from the dealership... good waste of my one day off a week, and a terrible waste of gas.

Do not purchase a vehicle here, I bought an Audi A6 from 2006, and before buying the vehicle, Ive seen that the car is nice the engine was clean, but they just wash it nothing else. After 3-4 days driving I found a big engine oil leak, and then I got an estimate of 9000 $ becouse of that leak, Lux motors said like we dont care you already bought a car, I tried to fix it cheaper at another mechanic and I spent 3000 $, and I still have leak, I have to go fixing it again

----WARNING---USED CAR LOT AT ITS WORST!!!This place and the employees are a JOKE.---DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. ---Car purchased on Feb. 9, 2015.The car I purchased had some underlying issues that my mechanic (and three other mechanics who inspected the car) discovered a couple days after I brought the car home. I tried to contact Max at Lux immediately, he was unavailable. He never returned my calls. Max is very good at avoiding the situation and has his employees, Alex and Ricky give you the run around.After my wife called and let them know that we will just come down to the used car lot and wait for Max, and while we wait, well speak with the current customers about our experience, Max called right back... AMAZING.I was told that I could drop off my car and Max would have his mechanic look at the car.So I dropped off the car and got a call from Max two hours later (apparently they are very fast) claiming that Max and his mechanic test drove the car three times each(thats 6 times in two hours), ran a diagnostic and found nothing. Apparently the transmission is in perfect condition and myself and four professional mechanics are LYING. Max informed me that I was too picky about the problems with my car and that I should go buy a brand new car.I tried to contact Max again... Unavailable, hes in Canada, apparently buying more cars from an auction.So as my attorney has suggested, I documented every time I tried to contact Lux Motors.Completed and filed a formal complaint with the used car dealership licensing board (who will investigate this used car lot, and situation).And write as many reviews as possible.Lux Motors is not a car dealership. It is a used car lot. I totaled my car a week ago and I was about to loose my job because not having the car to drive to work and my financial situation was not too good and when I saw on craigslist they were offering Inhouse financing and I called and salesman told me to come over and promised to make it happened even When I had very little down payment, after I came Ricky showed me list of the cars that is in my price range and I choose Volvo s60, after that we start doing paper work and it took them less than 15min for everything, their requirements are very low, even full coverage insurance no need when other dealerships was telling me I need proof or residence, proof of income and full coverage insurance which is pretty pricey, thanks to Lux Motors again!!!!Megan Salazar

Do not buy a car from these people, really sketchy cars, and sketchy people. Went to look at an Audi, and this was one of the worst dealerships I have been too. I felt as if I walked into a wrecking yard, you cant even look at the car its that small of a lot. The people their are not friendly,you can tell all the cars are bought from auction and then worked on. The car check engine light came on after test driving it, and the guy said he will reset it, I dont want to buy a broken car. Stay away and find a more reputable dealer.

Im surprised reading negative reviews about them because my experience was awesome, got a great deal, easy to work with, no pressure at all which is very important for me, was approved super fast and took them 10min for paperwork!!!

Bought a car from Lux Motors a couple months ago. We did have some problems arise with the vehicle, but the did diligently and promptly correct the problems as they arose. I want to thank them for making things right.

Small lot & Not alot to choose from. Salesperson didnt seem very knowledgeable.

I decided to change my review because of the new management. Last year I bought a car and had a few issues that they said they would resolve but didnt. A new manager took over and personally made contact with me trying to make things right. They resolved my issue and gave me a complimentary gift card. I wish they had done this in the first place but at least it got done even though it was a year later.

These guys saved my life, after my old car was totaled and with a bad credit they still were able to approve me and make it happen, im thanking God everything went through and I didnt lose my job! 🙏🏻
