Needed a nice running work truck. Found one on Craigslist from Prestige. Small lot but they said they like to keep 1 or two for customers like myself. Truck works for what I needed. Wasnt beat up or rigged. Will be contacting again once I need a new car.

I was nervous about buying a car from a small dealership, heard nothing but horror stories. My friend bought a car from them and had nothing but good things to say so I went and checked them out. They let me take it on a long test drive home so I went to show it to my Dad. Everything checked out as they said it would. The car has been great since purchased. They even followed up with me to ensure things were running properly. Definitely would recommend and would buy from again.

I bought a used Honda Civic from these guys and from the beginning the were super easy to deal with. No high pressure sales and they allowed me to take the car to a mechanic of my choice for inspection. They were very trustworthy and I will refer them to anyone I know.

They only hold a limited amount of cars but I liked how they handled the sale even though they didnt have what I wanted. I gave them my budget and the BMW I wanted to see what they could do. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE WITH A SHADY AND DISHONEST OWNER!!! My mom bought her dream car (a Dodge Charger) was told that all necessary work was done on it (brakes, tires were in awesome condition, etc.) and come to found out this was a lie. My parents went to a car wash, turned off the car and it would not start...about 5 minutes after buying it! 😡 He said he’d fixed it and seemed so nice my mom said. She got the car nearly four days later after my dad met him in Gorst. My dad got in the car and could hear the engine grinding. This man is now refusing to take it back or make this right. She cleaned out her savings for this and it makes me sick that he could possibly do this again. What an awful man. What an awful place. Wishing there was a score lower than one for this him!

Bought a Lexus from prestige and had a great experience even months after the sale. Was nervous because the price seemed too good to be true. They let me take the car to a mechanic of my choice and they said it was it great shape. A month later.... I noticed steam coming from the hood.... I dont know anything about cars so i called prestige very angrily. They ensured me the car was fine and had theyre mechanic come to me a couple hours later. I felt bad because i was mad over a $2 failed clamp that the mechanic fixed in under 5 mins and didnt charge me for the part, gas or his time! I havent experienced this type of customer service from large dealerships. These guys do it right!! I will be buying my next car from them without a doubt!!

*****BUYER BEWARE*******Bought a Honda Civic from Prestige Auto Connect. Within a month it was leaking antifreeze. Saw where the leak may have been coming from so we took out the alternator to get a better look. Found that the engine had a cracked block, and they tried to repair it with jb weld or some other type of filler to hide/attempt to fill the cracked engine block and the antifreeze is leaking through the cracked block with the shoddy repair job. I understand things can go wrong when buying a used car but this was an intentional repair to try and hide the fact of a cracked engine block. Out $4100 dollars. Wish I could give negative star rating.

Good friend of mine bought a car recently and it had problems the moment they left the lot, they tried to making it right by calling them to get it fixed, dealer agreed to have it fixed, couldn’t deliver the car on dates he was supposed to, car is still having issues now my friend is stuck with a car that is having major issues and the dealer ship isn’t willing to make it right. My poor friend who is the most kindest hard working person I know got screwed by a deceitful unfaithful car sales man! It breaks my heart! Very unprofessional, shady horrible business. Stay clear and run far far away from this dealership!

Bought my dream car from him was very specific about questions I asked because I have never had luck with used car dealers in the past. He told me car was one of his best. I asked why it was 500 over blue book and he said because of the 1500-2000$ wheels and tires on the car. So I asked him how much tread was left on the tires and he said 75%. He also said he did the breaks when he got the car. And upon having it inspected(after purchase) tires are bald and brakes are bad. I do have to say when I drove off the lot and it wouldn’t start 5 min from his shop he helped me out by putting a new starter in it. But then he met my husband in Gorst 4 days later to deliver the car and swears he didn’t hear the enguine grinding. As soon as my husband started driving he could hear it. And he refuses to take back the car or even pay to make right the things he told me were already done. Told me to talk to his lawyer. I spent all my $ on this car so I have no $ to fix it. I am heartbroken. I am a mother of 7 and a business owner myself and I would never treat a customer this way. Definitely will not ever buy from a used car lot again.

Very untrustworthy dealership to purchase a vehicle from. Insure you get EVERYTHING in writing as I have a broken mirror they never fixed that they order the wrong part for (never ordered). As well as the vehicle over heating right after leaving the lot and we will take care of ya if any warning lights come on is a complete lie. Get all vehicles inspected before purchasing as they do not keep their word AT ALL. Had me help them with $200 dollars in repairs in which they never did. My check engine light is still on and in their words they are done helping.

Prestige is nothing short of professional. I had been looking for a used car for a while but was scared of what came with buying one - maintence down the road, high miles, imperfection to the car’s body. I told Matthew my budget and he exceeded my expectations with my Mercedes Benz clk500. Did a full maintence check and even offered a free oil change at no cost! The car was in pristine condition for its age and was detailed immaculately. I recommend everyone and anyone to Prestige, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

This dealership is posting fraudulently in Craigslist. Pretending to be Owner and for sale by owner. When a customer responds, they send a text with location, they are posting under various aliases / names … both on Craigslist and Offer up (and elsewhere).

Aaaaaa++++++++ they drove from Tacoma to Desmoines so I could ck it out at my shop !! About 30 min drive .. great customer service and very pleasant to deal with!! Thank you guys

Excellent Service!! Our car was totaled in December and we needed to replace it ASAP. We began our car search with that uncomfortable feeling of knowing that finances indicated that we could not afford a new car. I spent many hours searching used car listings online but there were so many listings that it was impossible to make a decision and medical bills had destroyed our savings so I didnt feel optomistic about finding a good car that we could afford.Prestige Auto Connection was the second dealer we visited and we saw that car we had envisioned sitting right there in their lot!! Finances were very tight and we werent sure that we could afford the Mazda Tribute that was calling to us to take it home. To make a long story short weve never had a better car buying experiance. This car was priced a bit above our budget but they made it work for us and were so very grateful for that. We couldnt have possibly asked for a better experiance. Prestige Auto Connection was actually the second dealership we visited that day but in total we spent less that two hours looking. I can without reservation reccomend Prestige Auto Connection to anyone shopping for cars.
