The car was in great condition. Dan and the gentleman in finance were both very friendly and willing to work with me on a fair deal (to negotiate price so I could do the one noted repair myself instead of at their expense). I had an appointment I had to get to, so they allowed me to put a small deposit down to hold the car until I was able to get back later in the day. All around a pleasure to deal with.

Had a amazing experience! Bought a 2007 Suzuki XL7 from here everything went smooth. All the people who work here are extremely kind and honest! Gave me a great deal car is running smooth everything is working. Only thing was the car did end up having a oil leak which isnt to expensive to fix I should have did a buyers inspection. But they did refer me out to a mechanic who can fix the leak cheaper. But again nothing major not to costly of a fix. All vehicles they sell are in great condition inside and out! I am extremely happy with my purchase and still love my vehicle!

Honest bunch of guys.Bought a 2012 Ford F-150 off of Mike down at Auto Outlet of Tacoma. The experience was great. No pressure, gave me all the information I asked for. The truck started squeaking on the drivers side front rotor/brake the next day. I brought it back, they listened to it, and put all new brakes, rotors, and calipers on, to make sure I was good to go. They weren’t liable but they still did the right thing. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Purchased two cars a year ago.1 car has been great so far, but it is barely driven so I dont know if it would hold up to daily use.If you are looking for a mini Cooper for the love of everything go elsewhere. In just the first few comments you can see that the minis they sell break down. They bragged about how fast they fly out the lot, but failed to mention customers are complaining they dont go much further than their property line.First car failed after less than six months and it hasnt driven since then. I have three other cars so I held off on repairing the vehicle and my commute to work is almost within walking distance of my home. So I finally decided to get it repaired last month and Unfortunately the repairs equal to 85% of the cars initial price. I didnt buy a 2k clunker from the lot, and given the price I didnt expect it to fail within a few thousand miles of driving. I actually owe less on the loan than the price to fix it now.When I initially went to purchase my car I wanted to get into cars that were half the price and were actually the styles I wanted. No matter what car I picked in this range the loan people claimed there wasnt enough value for them to make a deal. At this price I would have made a down payment for half the price and would have paid the car off in a year. This tells me that their priority is to money not customers, which is unfortunate because the people who run the lot and use their loan services are nice people for the most part.In the end I feel like I was forced into buying this vehicle after several hours of tag with them. I actually mentioned that and they said that isnt the case but had no real options for me except for one other vehicle that wasnt anywhere near what I needed for fuel economy.I should have saved another month or two and outright purchased the vehicle I wanted, but circumstances (between jobs) then forced me put my faith in them. Unfortunately that was a mistake.While my family is much better off financially now paying almost 5,000.00 to repair a vehicle within six months after a purchase puts a burden on a family no matter their fiscal situation.I was planning on purchasing another vehicle from them this summer in the 10-15k range, but now I dont think I can confidently utilize their services for car purchasing again. I urge anyone who purchases a used vehicle from any lot to anticipate repairs equal to their purchase price unless buying a certified used car from a manufacturer backed dealer... And even then... be weary

Their staff even put my new plates on when they arrived today AND I got a reimbursement check for the difference on estimated registration fees. Yay!

Rusty took no ownership for it and basically blamed me and said I brought a used vehicle. This is by far the worst experience and customer service I’ve ever encountered. Then they saw the charge on their card for $5938 -- $1000 more than the sticker price of our car. They called the dealership and Brian Rusty Slater said You bought the silver Ford Escape for $5938. There had been a silver Escape at that price, but my parents explained that they bought the white one and were overcharged. Then his crony immediately changed their story and said that the white Escape had actually been $5938 and the silver one was $6938. They bullied my parents on the phone in a condescending manner, stating Ill bet you $100 youre wrong! and said that it was already a done deal. I can see from the other reviews that this is simply how they do business.Horrible customer service, shady business practices, and a very costly rip-off. Stay FAR away.

The experience buying the car was good, it was after I bought the car that it turned into a nightmare. I bought the car in January 2016, by May the clutch was going out. Got that repaired and a few months later the transmission started going out. Got that repaired and now something else is going horribly wrong with the car. Ive spent almost as much in repairs on the vehicle as I spent on the vehicle itself. $2,500.00 for the clutch, almost $4,000.00 on the Transmission and I have no clue how much this latest repair will cost, not counting all of the little stuff that Ive had to take care of. Buying that Mini here for my wife was one of the biggest mistakes Ive made.

I bought my car, left with it and was called 2 days later you need to come in with financials or we will take your car I had traded in my previous car and had no idea what this meant. Aparantly i was approved to take the car before a loan was approved. I got the loan approved and left with my car. BEFORE my license plate came in the check engine light started flashing. I called them asking what i should do. The person chuckled and said he could refer me to a mechanic they trust in South tacoma way. It ks now one year later, i have put 4k into this car to fix and it is sitting. I had to buy a new car to grt to work and my kids to school, thank goodness i have a mother who can help. Please do not buy a car here. I was fresh put of a divorce, never bought a car and totally naive, i could have gone to any trusted dealer and you should too.

Worst dealership in Tacoma. They sold my 81 year old grandmother a car with a defective engine that they tried to cover up with head gasket stop leak and didnt even make it 60 feet off the lot. Then they preceded to threaten her after she called them out and asked them to make it right. she was told she was going to be dragged in the street for ruining a potential sale that over herd what happened. she was left with no car and no money and was forced to file a lawsuit wall she takes the bus to doctors appointments. These guy are horrible people and anyone looking for a vehicle should stay away from this place like the plague
