I had been dreading shopping for a car for a while, but Joel and Tony did an amazing job making it as stress free as it possibly can be. Joel was very thorough about explaining steps and paperwork in detail, as well as why they could only give me a certain amount on my trade in; with that, they went as far as to print me out the breakdown so I could see the numbers for myself. In compensation for getting less on my trade in, they assisted me with some add ons for my car at no cost to me, which made me feel very cared for. They both followed up with me afterwards to make sure I still loved the car, and I really do. Thank you both.
Cant say enough great things about this place! After 1 year of owning and driving my 2021 Soul, I sent it in for a suddenly malfunctioning temperature gauge. Technician reported he fixed the problem. Car returned to me unrepaired with the same problem (freely moving needle on temperature gauge). Spoke with manager who tried to convince me that was normal and not a malfunction. They also cost me $200 in towing fees, to have the vehicle towed back to my home, because no one from the dealership bothered to contact me during business hours to let me know it was ready to be picked up.Avoid this service department like the plague. This place will never get my business again.
If I could give carpros Kia a zero I would!! I was originally in contact with jessev, emailed him documents to cancel our gap insurance, he then ensured my husband he took care of it. That was back on September 8th. GAP company has not received anything from your establishment and I have to keep constantly calling with no answer or return call! This is a poor way of handling business! You should never tell a customer you handled business and you didn’t! We are military living in an entire different state! This such an inconvenience, I spoke with the finance manager yesterday and she claimed someone would call me back….. no one called as of yet.I should not have to keep calling for business jessev should have taken care of way back in September!
My son bought a 2016 Kia Forte5 from this dealership. The salesman was very friendly.However once home and we noticed that the car is missing a passenger side inner fender well, and has a zip tie holding the front bumper lip on, as well as a few zip ties holding the drivers side mirror on.I do know the car was purchased as is, however just one more car used car dealership not willing to take the time to ensure they are selling a newer car whole. We’ve been in touch with them and it Dosent seem like they are interested in making this situation right. Shame people can’t do fair business.
Had service done on my car this Saturday 45000 mile service charged $611 and found out next day they didn’t rotate the tires, now wondering is they done any other part of my service. Can’t believe a car dealership with rip out there own customer where I bought the car from. Now I wonder how any times they did this in the past. Guess I will be looking for a new place to take my car for now on. I will report this BBB, they massed with the wrong person.
Went to Carpros to try and find a Car because the one we just got Engine blew from and faulty car dealership. Car pros didn’t take the trade in but sure didn’t let us leave with nothing. I had a car I owed 7k on still and had 130k miles and not the best credit. I drive far for work and needed to upgrade. All the other dealerships I went to (about 5) wanted 3 to 5k down and huge monthly payments on a used car. Car pros got me into a brand new 2021, Forte LXS with 500 down and reasonable payments! They worked a miracle. Cooper was our sales guy and he was awesome! So friendly and not pushy at all.

I was tricked into coming to the dealership by getting appealing offer through Amazon benefits system. After confirming over the phone that the offer is valid and specific car is available Ive scheduled test drive. Got few follow up calls from the dealer making sure Im going to arrive. Upon arrival the car was sold hour ago and of course there are other cars available, but the price is nowhere near what was offered and dealer is not willing to pre-order a different car for the same price. Were talking $4000+ bump. Another new nearly identical(different color) car sitting right on the lot has mechanical issue and cannot be sold. I would expect this in some shady place, not in certified KIA dealership. Never returning to Car Pros Kia Tacoma again.Next day update: I just received email offer on that same car that was supposedly sold yesterday. I guess this proves my point.

1. They offer an oil changes for life product but don’t allow walk ups and remain booked out +1 month all the time so I was told by device to pay for oil changes at other places2. In my experience there sales process is sneaky that have me paying $600 a month on a car of a 14k value when many people don’t pay that much for Jeep’s or trucks! I was excited because of the low interest payment but I wasn’t aware I was going from 10k in debt to 40k in debt buying the same car I already had and also it doubled my monthly payments :/3.have better experience at the Kia of Puyallup and even the car max or Puyallup !
Unfortunately I cant recommend this place. I went there not wanting to get into loan. We ended up getting a loan. We spent over 8 hours in 3 days doing way more than we wanted or expressed we wanted.. We signed the paperwork Maria said everything was great thats all we needed. We were knee deep in funeral arrangements and goings on. Ive never in my life have been lied to (or bent the truth/or given have truths) so many times with a car dealership. I understand they need their money too but we are in the middle of a pandemic. So idk..
If you want to pay more than MSRP, pay mark up price, do go shop here. But if you want to pay fair price, shop around and go somewhere else. Sale Rep James will happily assist you if you are willing to pay more than you need to.
I really wanted to take some time to say thank you to Mr Robert Sherman, Parts Manager at Car Pros Kia in Tacoma, who very graciously and thoughtfully answered my questions today. I had called the Parts department by accident and instead of passing my call to other numbers Mr Sherman kindly offered to reach out to the correct department in person so as to facilitate my inquiry. Mr Sherman then called me back with the answer from the correct department. Yes, it may have been a simple gesture, but it was a gesture made in kindness, good will, and professionalism, and it was very much appreciated.
Hello the experience in purchasing my new vehicle was wonderful. The gentleman that assisted in my purchase had knowledge and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle (safety and dependability), as well, low mileage reasonable monthly payment for a newer year without it being a 2021. I am 2 weeks new to the area and State and the service I received from all members of the Car Pro team made it easy to make the purchase. I was in quite the money pit with my previous vehicle, Brandon at Car Pros took care of our needs and got me into a pre owned Kia soul,basically new,for payments I could afford and still allowed me to get the features I wanted! 10/10 loved our experience there and am really thankful we went to car pros!
Service department lacks in hospitality, communication between staff and management is very poor! The manager in the service department told me it’s the easy way or the hard way! I have purchased a new vehicle from them they should always try to make it the easy was!

I usually like this place and had great service in the three years Ive had my kia. They seem to be overbooked today. Had my appt at 3pm and its 5pm and still no appt. They did start me on the test drive. Now just waiting.
I bought a car from these guys in January and the service has been absolutely TERRIBLE as soon as my name was on the dotted line. I had left a few items in my car that was traded in and I called back to work with the team to get them recovered within a day of the purchase. I had the sales associate, another sales associate, the GM all promise me that the items were all recovered and were in the mail. A week went by, I called back and again was told with certainty that they were in the mail. Another 2 weeks and I still had not received anything. I called back again and was told they would look into it, and promised to call me back the next week. No call again. At this point, its now 5 months later, and after repeated attempts Ive given up. These people do not care about you as a customer, they only want to make the sale. DO NOT BUY from them. Plenty of other dealerships with better service.

Hello, thanks to Hubert Jeter all of my concerns were resolved. I do have an issue with Tony Chavira never responding to my emails with the same concern. When my car was sold Tony was present and willing to help and even sent follow up emails, but now that a team member he is over sold me a service that couldnt be used and I had an issue he ignored my emails and concerns. That is not at all okay or what any manager should do. I am truly grateful for Hubert Jeter. His customer service was world class and I am forever grateful for it. Tony needs some tips from Jeter.

I bought a car from this dealership 3 months ago. Ed and Cecil were great, had amazing customer service, got me into a nice car fast and I was very happy when I left. A month later, Cecil gives me a call to see how the car is doing. I said everything is good...but it started making some noises like a week ago. He told me well bring it on by and well take a look at it. I came a few days later which I told him I would do, and no one looked at my car. I drove up there for no reason because he was busy helping someone else. I had no problem waiting, if someone actually told me something Or even acknowledged my need for assistance.. So I left. Exactly 3 months after I bought the car, check engine light comes on and its something wrong with the transmission. I have a feeling he knew something was wrong with it. Im just so over it. I was so happy when I left the lot, but I definitely wont be buying any cars from them again.
When originally purchasing my vehicle I was pleased I got a 2016 forte with only 2,400 miles on it for a great price. But unfortunately, trying to keep my car in top tier condition is seeming like more of a hassle then the car buying process itself. Between never having any service availability for weeks at a time, to not having a manager at the ready to assist paying customers its becoming absolutely ridiculous. Very unsatisfactory experience so I will take my business elsewhere.

My last experience with a dealership was dreadful, so I was super cautious about going to another one for a vehicle. The salesman was Tristan. He was extremely kind, and was very knowledgeable. He made us feel right at home, and was very accommodating. He was amazing. There was another employee Samantha/Sam. She was an absolute gem! Super kind, thoughtful, extremely helpful, and sweet as can be. She made the process extremely easy for me throughout the whole process. Not a good experience at the Service Center. Tried to get me to purchase a 30,000 mile service and said, that if I did not get it, my warranty would be void.My fiance came down, who is a mechanic, asked a lot of questions and they back pedalled A LOT! Saying well, as long as we can PROVE we keep the car serviced, then the warranty will be okay. My vehicle has been regularly serviced since I bought it brand new in 2018, by them.The 30,000 service is a joke! I was very disappointed. Then they were irritated that my fiance came down so they did not rotate my tires, which I requested, nor did they vacuum my car out, which is a normal item when your vehicle is serviced.TERRIBLE, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED

I had the best service at Car Pros Kia Tacoma. Jon Hampton went above and beyond. I have purchase many cars in the past 4 years as my life went from a family of 3 to 7. Maria Ramos was and is amazing. She took care of me like a friend or family. I felt and still feel like I was the only customer on her mind and she went wayyyyyy above and beyond the normal for me. She helped me get the vehicle I wanted and took care of me and is still taking care of me and helping me with things even though I bought my vehicle 2 weeks ago. She is still there for me when I need. She is very honest and upfront and not pushy at all and lets YOU make the decision. If it works for you then great. She is not out for herself. She cleaned my car and made it look top notch. I noticed some cosmetic things and she personally fixed them to my liking. She just didnt give it to someone to do it for her.I recommend her to anyone who wants a stand-up person who will treat you like family and still be there for you after the sale for whatever you need. Their service department has quite poor customer service. I waited quite a while to process paperwork when I dropped the car off. After six and a half hours, hadnt received a call back on the oil change. Called repeatedly. The service extension is answered by an appointment taker who knows nothing about the status of the cars. Transferred to a technician who went straight to voice mail. Hit zero and the IVR says unavailable and hangs up. Called back and asked if another technician is available. Went straight to voice mail. Aggravating. Jiffy Lube offers better customer service.
A Joke!THese guys will ask you for your information over and over again it makes me wonder how many copies of my social is running around this place! They claim your deal is done and call you back nearly 2 weeks later for more paper work to sign. this has been the worst experience by far professionalism is not a high priority here even down to the finance team, so much wasted time spent that i cannot get back and i don’t even Love my car to top it off it has been the biggest headache by far and they will never earn my business or any friend i cared about i felt like a Number and not a priority!FINANCE DEPARTMENT GET IT TOGETHER

Hello, I went out to start my car, Thursday morning, it wouldnt start. I freaked out. My new car, it wasnt old enough for the battery to be dead. I was heartsick. I didnt know what to do. I call the Dealership where I bought my car. I was connected to the Service Dept. I spoke with Mr John Samples concerning my car. I told him my circumstances, he was so caring and very professional. He sent a tow truck to pick up my car. I was very thankful and appreciated it. I had other concerns about my car. Being it was late in the day and He would have my car checked out first thing in the morning. I was relieved to know my car was being taken care of. Mr Samples called me the next day and said my car was ready, yea. I got a ride there. Mr Samples also let me know there was 2 recall updates on my car, we made an appointment to get them done. Mr Samples was so professional, very knowledgeable about my car, I was very impressed with the way I was treated. He even walked me to my car after the service was done. I felt important. I was very happy about the care of my car and me.Overall I would give Mr Samples on a scale of 1 to 10, 10. As a result of my visit to your dealership service dept. I will refer other Kia others as well. I will also give the service team a great review as well. Car Pros should feel proud to have an employee of his quality, integrity, and professionalism. This car dealership is a SCAM! They advertise they will pay off your loan/ lease- which they don’t. Also said they are matching down payments up to $1500 which what they told me is that if the car has a rebate. The cars on the lot are listed higher then online and when you tell them they get upset. After one sales man failed to make a deal they send in another one to “smooth” talk you. I walked I felt this place so shady! BUYER BEWARE!
The problem with showcasing a positive and excellent review, is having to find where to start. Jeff and his team made my shopping for a new car adventure easy even if I was 7,000 miles away. I was coming home from an overseas tour and needed a car quick. I did my online window shopping with several car dealerships, even with other Kia locations in Washington. Cars Pros Kia stood out by making the extra effort that I was taken care of. The value for these cars are unmatched. Sure the car has a badge that would make it a third, fourth or fifth choice on anybodys wish list. But the Engineering on these vehicles, car enthusiasts would beg to differ on the naysayers. Kia is the right choice, it certainly was mine.I had excellent communication throughout from Jeff Jones (General Manager), Tony Chavira (Sales Manager), Jon Hampton (Sales), and the internet team. Cars Pros Kia Tacoma gets my 5 stars and full recommendation for your new automobile solutions.I got to hand it to Jon though for sealing my 2020 Stinger GT1, go and see him!

Had it at Renton, was in the process of doing the paperwork when it got sold just as we were about to close.My wife was heartbroken, but our sales rep James got on the horn and managed to find what we wanted, but it was in Bellingham.Last Monday James traveled TO Bellingham, procured our vehicle and brought it back.That kids, is what customer service looks like.Bought 3 in the last year (traded in our Rio to get her Niro). My wifes a happy camper. KMFUSA because Ive made on time payments for almost 2 years got us a 0% finance rate.10/10 would recommend.

My truck was running bad and I commute from Tacoma to Seattle...recipe for a breakdown disaster on I-5 and that would ruin my day! I bought my Kia Sportage here last month and I was so impressed with all the staff who worked with me. Compared to the Kia dealership in Puyallup, I had such an easy experience. The sales team supported one another and gave me space when I was looking. There was excellent communication between the manager, sales, and finance department. Today I went back to pick up my license plates and was again greeted with a smile. If youre looking for a Kia I would definitely recommend coming here over any other dealership.

Becoming one of the worst car buying experiences Ive ever had. I bought a 2020 Kia soul it breaks down after 49,000 mi for transmission failure. I was told the transmission will come in in a day or two its been 3 days now no word no update on my car. When you go to call the service department they never answer their phones lovely people they are. Ive been out of work for a week now still waiting on a word on whats going on with my car. Oh by the way the service department also doesnt have any loaner cars to use so if your car breaks down hopefully you have another card it still get to work. To get an update on my car I have to physically go in person and ask.... Completely unacceptable!

If anyone is thinking about going here ask for Phyllip Rock he is an amazing sales consultant and isnt pushy like most car salesmen, he made myself and my husband feel like we were more than welcome to be there and is an all around amazing person. I just bought our 3rd car from Kia of Everett. Mark keeten and David Pruitt were amazing, Due to Covid, my credit took a bit of a hit and David still made it happen. Over priced, with rude management.Misleading advertisement.Changed prices within an hour of getting the asking price. Was ridiculed for trying to bargain and called rude.Now months later the car is still there and its all the way down at the price I asked the bargain for, I guess Clareesa did not want to sell a car!

Tried to check out a car that wasnt available to be shown yet. They said we could make a deal contingent on test driving it later which seems strange. I never even set foot on the lot and they have since texted and called me after explicitly asking to be removed from the system. I had a similar experience from CarPros Renton where I was being called weekly about a vehicle I was no longer interested in. Do NOT give them any contact information or even a call if you prefer to shop around or value your privacy.
BEST DEALERSHIP IVE BEEN TO HANDS DOWN! I’m a first time buyer who struggled to find a decent dealership. After finding car pros I don’t think I want to shop anywhere else for cars. My salesperson, Tierra, WAS THE BEST! Very helpful. She made the process so easy and understandable. Customer service was GREAT! If it wasn’t for Tierra, I probably still wouldn’t have a car by now. I would recommend Car Pros to anyone. 10/10!
The initial buying process was fine, I was fully aware I was getting screwed on APR as I’m a young adult with no credit history outside of medical debt purchasing my first vehicle.Car pros is constantly advertising working with low and no credit.A month after “purchasing” my vehicle I was called into sign more “paper work”. I work in an industry with cash tips and included that in my monthly income which apparently was a problem. I take responsibility on that end out of ignorance.The real issue was the blind siding on behalf of staff here. I was assured there were no issues and arrived to being told I either needed to come up with 2 grand extra for a down payment or get a co-signer within the two hours to close or return the vehicle immediately.I had 2 grand for a higher down payment and was told oh wait no actually that won’t work. You need a co-signer.As this was an earnest attempt at purchasing alone I had no problem acquiring a co-signer but after that treatment my family just told me to return the vehicle and they’d take me elsewhere as I’d lost interest the shady run around they were giving me.And I was told by Cody in finance this was their intent calling me in and he knew exactly what was going to happen.I had work the next morning, my belongings were in my vehicle and had I not had family local I would’ve had no way home. (After sitting there for an hour and a half I was half heartedly offered a ride home)I was told all of this in a public room.I understand the risk of not having a high monetary valued item returned but shocking someone like that is completely awful business practice.Had I known there was an issue in financing I could’ve gotten my ducks in a row much earlier.Anyways went to Carmax and got a 5.1% apr instead of the 15.7% these dudes threw at me.What I will say though is my full down payment was returned and I got a loaner for a month so thanks I guess!

Before i even bothered coming to this SCAMMERSHIP i told them i didn’t have good credit and only $400 to my name, they not only ran my credit 20 times my credit fell before 515 thanks to them! and i didn’t get a car and they took a full week to get my $400 returned to me that was initially given as cash and they claimed we don’t carry cash onsite 😡.
