Just bought a car from these people over the weekend. Seem nice at first but a bit sketchy, seems that information that is important with regards to the cars is not being conveyed. Also, expect no help after you bought the car. The car I bought was missing the wheel lock, used to remove the tires. When I called to ask about it, they had no idea where it was and provided no helpful response; basically that Im on my own. I wouldnt buy another car here and recommend that no one else does either. Stay tuned for an update on the vehicle that was purchased.

Very dishonest dealership selling cars on their last leg. All their good reviews were bought, it’s easy to see by the names and how the reviews were written. While we were there we saw one of their previous customers coming in with a truck they just bought that was already having transmission problems. The car we test drove was leaking oil and smoking so beware if you go there.

I should have known better. I test drove the car I bought on Saturday (2009 Vue) and I felt like something was wrong with transmission. After the car warmed up some, the issue seemed to be resolved so I thought I was imagining the issue. Get up Sunday to take the car on a 2.5 hour trip, get on the interstate and the vehicle tops out at 40 mph and not shifting. This transmission repair is going to cost us $1400 after we purchased the vehicle. I should have stuck to my original thought the first time I drove the car. Im not blaming the owner. But my advice to you is, if the deal seems too good to be true, go with that instinct.

Dont buy your vehicle at this place scammer just have lemons.They have the cars unplugged from battery and put fluid in moto to reset sensors.the car I purchased 20miles to turn check engine light on. The repairs for the car where more than the vehicle it self. It was horrible. They guarantee there is nothing wrong with vehicle but have you sign as is. So when all the issues show up the NEXT DAY you cant return the vehicle. Dont waste your money go somewhere else.

Friendly employees, one of them gave me a refresher course on driving a manual and he was very patient with me.After we looked at a specific car (the manual) we wanted to look around at other cars, we wanted to check out a pontiac but they couldnt find the keys for it, they ended up calling a lock smith, the whole process lasted like 5 hours.After i test drove the Pontiac a light came on and i asked another customer about it and he (being mechanically minded) decided to take a look at the whole car, and recommended i dont buy it, and he offered to help me buy a vehicle some place too.🚩 Now heres the red flag, the management chased this Saint of a man away, apparently saying you cant go around helping other customers and telling them not to buy things

Terrible. They showed us a car that looks like it been in a wreck, the 2nd car was a 2006 Mitsubishi with the check engine light on...and the third was a Honda civic whose engine started smoking once they started the car.

I visited Apex Motors in search of an affordable minivan. Dardan, the sales associate I worked with, was laid back, casual, but also very helpful. He gave me room to look over the vehicles at my own pace. I test-drove the one I was most interested in for about 30 minutes on my own. After that, Dardan checked in with me, got me the car-fax, and guided me through the paperwork and payment. It was a lot easier and smoother of an experience than I was expecting. The only things that I would recommend for Apex is to become more transparent about added costs, and be more detailed when describing the condition of vehicles online. I didnt know that the price of the taxes, carfax, and filing fee would add about $700 to the total price until I was getting my credit card out. The vehicle I purchased also had some damage (severely cracked windshield a non-functioning power door) that was not included in the description online. I went through with the purchase because the vehicle still fit my needs and was within my price range, but those two things could scare off other potential buyers.

Honestly, this place may not seem like much when you first get there, but I will assure you they have an amazing selection of used cars. I bought my 2007 Pontiac G6 at an outstanding price. The only reason why they got 4 stars instead of 5 was because they left me with no gas and told me the cars battery was fine. When I went to fill up the gas tank after pulling out of the lot, the car did not turn back on because of the battery; it was no good. Nonetheless I called them and they came and helped right away! I left at first feeling like I got scammed, but after they came back to help and now that I replaced the battery, Id say they are a trustworthy company, and thats what matters. I definitely love my car and if I do end up looking for another one, I will be sure to check out their options first!Update: Car still runs strong! Im still giving this place a massive thumbs up for such a great deal on my Pontiac.

When I went in to there office I was treated like a lady. They didnt try to pressure me into payments or a different car they kept there word. I just bought a car from them less than a week ago, at the time of purchase i had gone to test drive the vehicle, the car was running smoothly but the engine light was on, and so i took it across to the auto store which was across from where i purchase the vehicle, and the employee came and checked the engine light and told me there was alot of things wrong with the car, so went back and told the people who sold me this car that there was alot of things wrong with this car...But they told us they can Lower the price of the car, which i was Wrong of saying Ok Sure. Anyways now the car is not starting up and now i have to fix the problem myself....Please dont make the same mistake i did by buying a cad from this place....They just want Your money and thats it...They dont have real mechanics...I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody...They just want to get rid of the cars Asap and want your Money...Even all the other car places by them... Dont go there either...Same thing...

I recently bought a car from Apex...I found the original ad on FB marketplace and sent a note over inquiring. They responded very quickly with each inquiry. I went to look the VW Jetta and they were very nice and accommodating. Let me take it for a drive, answered questions, etc. I liked the car, we agreed on a price and they handled everything. No pressure, just straight conversation. By the time I came back with a cashiers check- they had everything set up. I was the fastest, easiest car buying experience ever. They were very nice and pretty upfront with everything. No hidden costs, but of course there was tax, doc fee, and registration.A month later- the car runs great. Everything was as described. There were a couple known defects like a cracked windshield but I knew that going in....they even recommended a place to get it fixed reasonably.I wouldnt hesitate to go back here for a used car. I knew what I was looking for going in, but they seemed to have a pretty good selection.Sometimes car dealers get a bad rap, but based on this deal, Id recommend these guys. Worth the drive to check them out.Well done, Apex.

This place was absolutely awful to deal with. I went here and bought a Toyota Matrix, drove it home and the next day or so the battery died. I had to go buy a new one to get to work that day and was furious because I had been told that the car had a new battery. I very quickly contacted Apex motors and they told me that 1: that weren’t willing to refund me what I had to pay for a new battery and 2: that it was MY FAULT and that I had probably left a door open or a light on when I hadn’t. ( I was told this multiple times once on the phone and once in person while the sales person smirked)I took my car with the old battery to my mechanic and the old battery tested bad multiple times. I finally got a phone call with Apex and we worked out that I had to come back there from Olympia for them to test the battery, and I had to fight to get the money I wanted out of it because it “ wasn’t fair” for them to have to pay for a problem they caused by going to a budget battery store.In the end the battery had a bad cell, they gave me 100 dollars and I was on my wayP.s I’m finding more wrong with the car now and it was never disclosed to me, nor was I told the car had bald tires and hadn’t noticed it while inspecting the car. DO NOT buy a car from this place unless you want to fight tooth and nail if something goes wrong.
