Great customer service and to make ot even better they didnt have the light I was looking for on hand but they ordered it overnight.

After having no luck at my Go-go auto part store, and another I prefer not to use, these folks had at least heard of the obsolete car care product I was looking for, AND recommended a contemporary product that works as well, WITHOUT talking down to me. I loves me store that does that!!

The staff are very knowledgeable about vehicles, not just punching what your car is in a computer to find you parts. Napa always has the odd ball parts you think youre going to have to search and order online in my experience.

If you cant find a car part at any other store then you go here you will just the most definitely find it

Awesome helpful employees working hard to get to my business as fast as he could. Before I left the employee was even thoughtful as to actually order an item I needed that wasnt in stock then.

They even made sure my blinker fluid was full for free.

Ive shopped for auto parts at this store for over 10 years. I have found the NAPA employees to be the most knowledgeable and most courteous in this area. This is my new parts store for sure. Great prices and a superior line of parts. I tried every other parts place around and could not find my 01 outback fuel pump assembly. Yes the whole thing, not just the pump. I was told by all others that it was dealer only. While getting an 02 sensor for my 03 suburban (which was in stock and the exact fit down to the plastic holders) I decided to ask about my fuel pump. They had to order it. It was just over $300.00 and came the next day. Deal wanted $640.00 for it. It was and exact match also. Car time great, so the the suburban. Thanks Napa, you will be the only place to go from now on.

We have a wholesale account with NAPA, and this store deserves a 5-star rating. The employees at this store are always courteous and fast. Even when we find discrepancies in billing, they always own up to the problem and fix it in minutes. Good job NAPA for building such a great culture!

We use this store on a day to day basis, THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR STUFF!! And even if they dont have the part that I need, they know who will and they point us in the right direction. Marcus, Dennis, Max, Steve, and Lacey are awesome and I can always count on them to help me out.
