I should of read the reviews before ordering! So its all true. Even if you think its an easy part or youre in the same state. It wont be any faster and they wont respond to you. Maybe ill update after dropping by the dealership

Service for my vehicle was great, but usually they detail your car with your service call. This was my first oil change at 9,000 miles and I feel short changed as my vehicle was only vacuumed out. They didnt even wash my car! Really!!

I placed an one hundred dollar oder 2 months ago. I realized once that I got my part that it was the incorrect part. I emailed them immediately after I noticed. Once they didnt respond I called them at least 5 times over the course of a few days and left multiple messages. Its been more than a months since then and I have gotten no response at all and instead 100 wasted dollars and a good car part that I have no need for. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNEXPECTABLE!

I live 7-10 minutes from the BMW Northwest. Ordered the parts over a month ago and still waiting for one last piece, that last part is usually something they stock. Called them multiple times and they dont answer, left them voicemail and no return calls. Worst experience I ever had. Ordered parts online from many places and they let me come pick them up in person to save packaging and extra trouble but these guys wont let me come pick them up in person they would rather send the order in 4+ boxes and take forever to ship. Actually they do let me pick up in person but then I have to pay heavily marked up walk in price.

No customer service. Im in need of parts and cant get any answers or call back from them. Tried chatting online to get some information, but apparently they have an online parts store vs their physical store, but I can only chat online with their physical store...wth??

So far, Ill give them 3 stars. Weve only been there once. The service was good. I want to reaerve a higher rating until we check with BMV Northwest regarding a particular request that the dealer said isnt a doable.

Outright won’t pick up the phone or call you back. Ordered my parts 4 days ago and they still haven’t even shipped. Won’t be doing business with them ever again

Pretty good experience with only one draw back. Went to get a gasket for the rear section of my passenger side door handle. They ended up sending me the forward section gasket. Its frustrating to have to wait another week for the right part

Terrible packaging and non-responsive customer services, and blamed UPS for shipment damage. The picture shows the opened package when UPS left the package in my front porch. If look carefully, the seller used very fragile packaging, and worst of all, they didnt bother to put any packing tape to secure the box opening. It took me three pleading emails before getting a very robotic response from this online store. And, finally, they blame it to UPS and just wash their hands off. I will not recommend doing business with this online store.

If you are repairing/restoring an older model BMW this is a great source for those hard to find parts that other dealers don’t stock. Great service!

Ordered a transmission control switch & order was processed on 8/11.Today I have notification of in transit for delivery on 8/20.I could send an elephant across the country in less than 10 days!Imagine if your car was down waiting for a switch and it took 10 days to deliver??? Horrible service.
