Baxters has always had pretty crappy parts, but I always went back for the customer service and ease of business. Some of the best employees Ive dealt with. I had credit card on file my mechanic could use, life was great. They recently closed 56th St so I had to go to this store because of a bad part exchange. Long story short they wouldnt work with me to get my part exchanged or figure out how to solve the problem. I am a small business owner with 17 trucks, trailers, boats, of which I purchased 90% of my parts through Baxters/Lincoln. Nothing sets them apart from anyone else now. Now its just the closest parts dealer who gets my business.

I been there around 4 times now, each time the customer service is better and better ! Very knowledgeable staff, courteous, and Patient.I definitely will travel from Seattle every time I need something for my Classic I’m restoring. Thank you and will See you again!

The only place in town that knows what youre talking about when you need linkage clips for a multi carb setup. They never ask what kind of motor is in your car when you are looking for headlights like most chains and understand sometimes you need parts that arent for your car because you swapped on bigger brakes from a different model.Great selection and smart, fast service.

Been going here for 20 years and l am satisfied every time I leave the store . Biggest selection on hand... most experienced parts people in the business. And prices that cannot be beat . Baxter 9th street.

This is a review for the management of the Baxter auto parts in Tacoma Washington. Came in Sunday morning at 11:30 AM. Mike and Josh are doing an excellent job but you need to get them some help. The line was long and two guys are not enough staff to cover this store. These guys are committed and knowledgeable. If you want my continued business staff up your store.

Merry Christmas to BAXTER and employee Ryan, I bought wipers and a set of headlamps - I could not get the lights out to replace them, due to dexterity issues. I offered to pay Ryan to help me, but he said AT BAXTER, WE DONT DO BUSINESS THAT WAY; I WILL GLADLY HELP YOU WITH THE LIGHTS. As an older disabled veteran, I truly appreciate this company and Ryan. They have no one at the checkout have to pay for your product at the order deskhad to wait a very long time just to pay for the two things I had. The employees in the store did not seem happy at all to be working 😞

Great selection, knowledgeable people. I found that if you dont see it, or the quantity is low, you need to ask. Many items are put out, one-only for security purposes. Great place for OEM and speed equipment, as well as accessories.

They were super eager and friendly. They did not have the Airaid part I wanted, but were willing to surf the Google and have it delivered to their store.

I was greeted at the door and they were able to look up what I needed and everything was in stock.

These guys are awesome. Quality service. Quality parts. I have a 72 GMC pickup and Baxters always has my parts on hand and the staff has always treated me very well. They go above and beyond any other parts store in town.

Couldnt find what I was looking for. I walked up & down every aisle throughout the whole store. Not one person greater me or asked if they could help me. I will never go back!

Very huge vast quantity of parts unfortunately vehicals must be newer than 18 yrs or no parts in system. Manufacturers stop producing parts after 20 years. They even recomened other auto parts stores. That is against company policy to turn away customers due to lack of respect of people and there vehicals. Sorry baxter have a nice day.

I deal with these guys a lot my company I work for, we get almost all or parts from here, they have even pulled a couple of rabbits out of their hats and saved my butt many times. They have a lot of stuff on hand and if they dont they will actually get it for you.
