Ive used them for 20 years. They get there when they say they will and work quickly. Never had a windshield replacement leak. The people that answer the phones are great too.

I’m not sure about the other reviews on here, but my experience with Cascade Auto Glass was excellent! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I initially had an appointment scheduled to have Safelite come out to my house to replace my windshield on my 2016 Toyota Camry SE, however, they charge $34.99 for mobile and of course free if I take my car in to them. My total quote from Safelite was $422.91 minus $20 from a coupon I found online makes it $402.91. I did more research for a more affordable price and found Cascade Auto Glass who quoted $362.52 (plus applicable taxes which would make it about $394) with mobile fee of $19.95 inclued in the price quoted. I found a deal for them on Groupon for $14 for $100 towards windshield replacement, and bought it. I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment and had an appointment set up for Friday of the same week, plus, they applied my coupon for $100 off and the amount I ended up paying total was $283.63. Not only was the price amazing, but the service was outstanding! The appointment window was between 8am-3pm but the guys arrived at about 11:45am and took only about 20 minutes to get my windshield replacement done. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service from Cascade Auto Glass. The customer service people were also great and very professional when I called to pay after the work was done. I saved about $120 by choosing Cascade Auto Glass over Safelite Auto Glass. I would totally recommend Cascade to friends and family. If you’re looking to get a great deal and great service, give Cascade a call!

I heard about these guys through groupon. They had a deal for $19 towards $100 off windshield replacement. I called to get a quote and told them I heard about them through groupon. They went on to quote me $100 more than every other company. Offering a special is not much of a deal if you just jack up the price to offset the discount. I suggest you call anyone but these guys. Youll pay a fair price and deal with honest people. Two things you wont find if you use this business.

They give you a big window so you dont know when you have to be at the location you asked for and asked them to call me about an hr before time no call from minh ngues so I call and ask about my appointment and she said he tried to call me twice which I never had a call so I had to reschedule for another week hope my windshield does break by then 😧😤
