The staff here has been consistently really helpful and friendly with detailed projects. Ive been here twice for large purchases, one with car audio and installation and another with electronics, and both times the associate was fantastic and had me set up right with a low price. Ill always feel good coming here.

I never go to best buy because I have never had a good experience at one. Something must have changed, or this location is just an exception. I needed a very specific hard drive and they had one in stock but couldnt find it. Multiple people helped me try to find it and we did eventually get it. I also overheard a geeksquad employee helping a customer with something for free. I would come back to this location.

Fast online pickup. Much quicker and safer than Amazon. I dont want a MacBook sitting on my porch or thrown around by a UPS driver. Online order to my hand in 15 min, only because I live 15 min away.

Good selection, decent pricing. Was not exactly impressed with customer service or my buying experience. You figure when u are looking at drop around 1000$ in their store, they would be encouraged to help you make a sound choice. Felt more like blind leading the blind. Hopefully the TV I bought was decent.

I was in and out in minutes the people working there were extra helpful. They have the price match so if you find it cheaper show them on your phone. I saved 80 dollars on a router that was 160 so imagine how much more you can save.

You know, I could buy this stuff on Amazon. It would be easy. But I keep coming back to Best Buy because I have the assurance I am getting the right thing. It’s going to work for what I want to use it for, and it’s going to be compatible with my other equipment.There are knowledgeable people there.That is more than worth the drive.

I visited family while in town from California. Unfortunately my smartwatch band had broken. I needed a replacement and goggled this best buy displayed they were in stock. I went to the mobile department and was greeted/assisted by Brandon in mobile department.  He checked out my band and found a better band than what I had. He found me a 2 for 1 deal. Two different bands for a great price. Outstanding customer service.  He replaced and installed my bands. Now i have two just in case i want to switch colors. Thanks Brandon 👍👍

My Phillips coffee machine was a great choice. The guy was excellent.

Went there looking for a splitter /power cord for our surveillance cameras and the man up front told us to go wait by the appliances and he was to send someone there to help, which we did ... and we waited and we waited and we waited some more. Just about to walk out the door when a worker just happened to walk by. And we got to ask him our question, and of course they didnt have what we were looking for. Thats fine and all. But, the waiting for noone to show up really sucked. Large selection of merchandise. But, really high priced. You get what you pay for though.

Quit impressed with this stores geek squad, well staffed and full of great ideas. This store has an impressive selection. They have a Magnolia section with the high end items you mostly dont get to experience at other stores.

I have shopped at so many different Best Buys Over the last decade. It has always been one of my favorite, way to expensive stuff everywhere stores to go to once a month, at least, whether I need to or not. Today, I took my 8 year Old Daughter with me to shop for some things. I had a feeling she would love it. We were having such a drab morning I figured we could at least soak up some of that Best Buy AC. It was awesome as always for me, and she was kinda mind blown. She kept telling me how shocked she was there were TVS so big.Anyways, the main reason I am writing this, is just to give the staff props at the location we went to over by Tacoma Mall. Super friendly crew they have. From the friendly greeting at the door by security, to the kind and helpful demeanor of the Asian gentlemen who answered all my Samsung questions and will end up.being the guy who sells me my next phone (I am struggling to remember his name, Im pretty sure it started with an H and had three letters, my apologies to him if he ever reads this) everyone we met that worked there was great. So, kudos to them. Shopping at.Best Buy can be a real kick in your wallets fortitude, it is always more.pleasant when it is done with a smile.

Great store, employees were both friendly and helpful. I could spent a paycheck or two on the cool stuff they have there! 😁Although the other half of this team might not be to happy about that idea. Lol

Went in to get a charger due to mine breaking. The staff was very helpful in locating the correct one for my laptop. This was a life saver as Im a college student and that is my only form of submitting assignments. The place itself is very organized, clean and easy to navigate.

Ordered a computer on line for store pickup. Available on time and as listed on the web site. Went later for a cable and was helped by a nice person and led right to the correct cable. Great experience.

The cellphone department is on their game. Brandon helped me at check out and was knowledgeable about the product I bought as well as setup of said product. Now if you’re headed to the Car stereos forget getting any help. Multiple times I’ve been to this Best Buy for stereo products and it’s been what feels like a forever wait to just get some help.

Ive been shopping at this Best Buy store for many years and have always found the staff ready to help. I much prefer seeing something I am interested in purchasing rather than a picture on the internet.

Curbside pick up was very fast! Faster than going in and waiting in line. Highy reccomend it if you need something fast.

The people that work there are very helpful! Are more than willing to answer any of your questions about there products and willing to help you with getting an item you need behind a locked case.

Picked up a new laptop a bought here a few days ago after their service department set it up for me. Also a carrying case, external DVD player, and wireless mouse. Geek Squad guy was very helpful!

Took my portable DVD player in to replace the power cord. The sales person said he had what I needed so I ask him to demonstrate that it worked. He tried several bayonet type ends and none of them worked. Was very disappointed and left totally dissatisfied.

Surprisingly clean and easy to navigate. Probably one of the fastest checkouts Ive ever experienced at a Walmart.

This Best buy almost always has what Im looking for, they do a good job of their inventory online matching whats in the store. Associates are helpful and the store is always clean and organized.

Great store!!They ship with Ontrac though so your orders will never wind up finding your house because the people that drive for ontrac cant put a little effort into unlatching a fence. Instead they say they couldnt deliver and need an Access code?!?! No you just need hands!!!

Great helpful staff in the Magnolia Home audio/video section of the store. Bought some excellent Sonance MAG6R speakers on sale for $149 a pair. This store has an excellent selection of TVs and Audio equipment, as well as computer equipment. The store is always clean and the staff are very helpful. This store actually has a great selection of appliances, something you may not expect for a Best Buy.

Walked in today looking to buy a laptop for myself and a laptop or tablet for my spouse. I would be using my laptop heavily for work and my spouse would be using theirs for art (drawing, editing, etc). We were lucky to have had the pleasure of working with Michael Walsh! Michael was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and professional whilst being down to earth and real. He made our shopping experience easy and stress free! He helped us make informed decisions on what devices and programs would be best for us, we walked out with a rad new Surface Pro and an HP Envy, we got home and instantly fell in love with these devices! If you need help, ask for Michael!

The staff members I interacted with were super friendly. This location is bigger than the two near me, so it is always a plus to make the trek here.

Been coming here for at least 8 years, and I’ve never had a problem with customer service. Until a few days ago, when the one female with blue hair, who works under the TVs near the phones, also near the entrance (named Haydee or Heidi), decided to have the biggest attitude with us. From the get go, when we had questions, she answered with an attitude and made faces. She also began laughing/starting conversation with her co-worker (who was much more patient and helpful), when we were still asking questions, basically ignoring us. She also failed to fully explain the “trade-in” rule on upgrading our phone, her coworker had to explain it to us instead.My dad has a bit of a thick accent so it can be hard for others to understand him at times, let alone when he asks a lot of questions, which he always does (that has never been a problem for others). I’m not sure if it was too hard of a job for her to answer his questions, but we were met with nothing but sarcasm and disdain. We spoke to the manager, who didn’t really seem to care all that much either. I know customer service can be hard, because I work in the field as well, but never do I let a “bad day” or multiple questions let me be disrespectful and rude.All I have to say is, if you have a problem with basic customer service and answering questions, please get a different job. No one thinks it’s cute to be in your 20s, with an attitude like a teenager. Learn to have some basic respect for people, if you expect people to have respect for you.

The in-person staff are great- but their international call line wait times are horrible. It practically forces you to go in. Ive had excess of 20-30 min. hold times.Their warranties are great too.

Always a terrible experience. Seems like best buy purposely hires only non friendly people, or inept people...how can it always be so awful?? This is why amazon is taking over. Its the bad experience people have when they walk into a store like this one.

Decent place. It would appear that best buy is under new management and changing things around. For example ie. (they got rid of the customer service counter). Time will tell if for better or worse. The lack of stocked shelves is a problem along with a limited selection.

Usually a pretty great store. Only Best buy in the are actually worth visiting, as the Lacey one never has anything useful. However, theyre receiving a 3 star rating for a seeking unlocked phones for almost $200 more than regular. Not cool. Im not going to buy a Note 20 from you, when I can get a brand new one for $699 from the Google store.Lost out with that charging too much more because Im not with some carrier.

Best Buy happens to be one of my favorite businesses to shop. Anything you need from computers, refrigerators, stereo systems installed for residential or vehicles, and even treadmills and stationary bicycles. Great store for buying any type of electronic equipment.

Journey helped me in the Geek Squad area. He explained things about my laptop & software that was easy to understand. Since it was an info session, I didnt pay for the service.

The staff was very patient and knowledgeable with products. Took the time to explain all the important information regarding the product I was looking for. Also witnessed a team member talk his time with an elderly gentleman who had alot of questions about iPhone. The team member let me know my item was out of stock but help me find a nearby store with stock of the item and color combination I wanted. All it all I had a good experience. Would visit again.

Best new phone experience Ive ever had. I came in with an amorphous idea of what I wanted. The sales team not only guided me in my choice (which I am super happy with) but they installed the screen cover, transferred everything to my new phone for me, to the point where I walked out 30 minutes later with a new, working phone.I used to go on Amazon for stuff like this but I was always frustrated by the time it took to investigate options, figure out which listings are new or refurbished or unlocked or whatever. This was a complete departure from that stress. Couldnt recommend it more highly if you just want things to work right away and go on your merry way, smiling.

Not happy with their online presence. On 2 different occasions I have made the trek to best buy to buy something I saw listed on the internet. Only to find out that OH! NO! They dont have that item in stock . But they can order it. If I wanted to order it I would have gone through AMAZON. The item I wanted I wanted to buy right then. Yes I know I should have paid closer attention but I work nights and I just wanted to go home and go to bed. For a few minutes I thought. SCORE! I can get what I want and then go to bed. Unfortunately thats not what happened.

Tacoma Best Buy, just off the freeway. Kinda scary. Ive never been to a Best Buy that had an armed officer guarding the front entrance. Then again, this was Tacoma! Haha!

Worst customer service or should I say NO customer service. I got what I wanted on Amazon! No one around had someone look/send for help stood in line (I was the only one waiting for 5 or 6 minutes) 2 more customers showed up waited another 10 minutes and I left. All I wanted to do was buy a kindle book. I knew what I wanted I just needed some one to get it for me... sheesh!

Was waiting to buy some speakers to get installed a soldier was ahead of me guy was done then the worker went back inside the shop I waited no help so left to car toys and bought some speakers I learned today that best but is good for other stuff except for car installs

We did not purchase anything on our most recent trip as we were scouting out appliances, but the staff was very attentive and helpful. Moises did an excellent job researching appliances that fit our unique space requirements and was very patient through the process.
