This is definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, I deal with many cars and been to so many shops, THIS IS THE WORST ONE. I went there for alignment, they charge 2x more than market and when I doubt the price, they immediately give me 25$ discount without any hesitation, imagine if people who don’t know about normal price, they would just take that money. However, even after the discount, it was still higher than average but I still paid, when I ask about alignment report, they say the printer is broken, then I say pull out the records so I can take a look, they say THEY DID NOT SAVE IT, so they have nothing to show me that they did the alignment. this is absolutely ridiculous!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they charge more and they might just let the car sit for a couple of hours and give it back to you!

The mechanic stopped what he was doing...drove my car to see what the issue was.....mgm went online...looked up prices and honestly said that the dealer would be cheaper... its rare to find men who are professional and honest...ty guy Ill definitely be back..xox

Got my pads replaced late Aug, only a pad slap and it cost $384. Manager told me rotors were looking worn and he talked about replacing. I explained i was getting rid of the car in about 4 months and just wanted to get till December. He agreed it would be okay. 1 month later i went in because my brakes were metal on metal. They said my bad rotors caused this and they wouldn’t warrenty anything. Took it to another mechanic and when they took the pads off they said there was 0 way they did replaced my pads. New pads would have worn uneven but not nearly this fast (2 months). They didn’t change anything at all. Don’t go here. When i spoke to the store they wouldn’t even listen to what the mechanic was saying. So i got charged with no work being completed. Would love to hear an explanation. I have 2 mechanics at this shop both saying the same thing “Mr. Tire” robs you blind!

If you’re going in for an oil change and inspection like I did, they’ll put in the most expensive oil because your car “needs” it. I mistakenly assumed they’ll just do conventional but they will just give you the most expensive one even if you don’t ask for it. My car failed inspection for break pads and rotors. Make sure to ask for itemized list before paying because they have a “cleaning” fee for $29.99 each attached to the brakes. What are they even cleaning if all are being replaced. Don’t believe their “discount” either it’s basically their normal rate and but they say it’s “discounted” to try and make you believe it’s any type of deal. Any Mr. Tires will tell you this as I went to the Mattydale location before too. Otherwise I was in and out pretty quickly.

They assisted right away. Price and customer service was great.

Service was fast but man, expensive! Funny how the owner replied that this was a great review. Maybe I didnt clarify myself. The Only.mechanic working had my car done fast but your prices are so ridiculously expensive. I WILL NEVER USE MR. TIRE AGAIN. I was not given any other price option just one very expensive one.

The manager, Antoine, is an awesome guy who “gets” what building a loyal customer base is all about. Put customers first and the rest will follow and that is what Antoine sets out to do. This location took me in on short notice to get a tire plugged before heading away on a trip and the whole experience was awesome, I felt like I was in great hands.Keep up the excellent work! I’ll be back next time for sure.

They make you feel as if you’d never want to take your car anywhere else. They are fast and efficient as well as honest with their prices. They won’t tell you one thing and do another because they do exactly what they say they are going to do. A very reliable automotive shop is hard to come by but they knock that out the park!!

Ive been coming here for years. Theyre always willing to take me as a walk-in appointment and my car is typically ready in just a few hours. Very courteous & honest staff and prices are reasonable - plus theres typically coupons. You wont be disappointed with their service!

Had an oil change done on June 2, 2017. Prices for oil change are market competitive. Staff seemed friendly and didnt push any unnecessary work done (cabin filters, belts, etc) like the other quick stop oil change places do. Will probably come back for future work.

A month ago I visited this place. They were efficient and fast.Then last week I had to come back for another repair (not related to first one). After couple of hours of getting my car back I noticed my phone charger, 2 charging cables and coin bag were gone.Time to find another place to fix my car.

I would give them a zero if I could. Made appointment online but when I took the car in, the man at the counter said that he had no record of my appointment in his system. Although I pulled out my phone to show him that their website showed and confirmed an appointment, he maintained that he showed nothing and that he could not fix my tire that day. He was also rather rude as if it were my fault that their system sucks. Then I found out that Mr Tire is owned by Monro Muffler. Im not surprised because had I known, I wouldnt have bothered in the first place.

Went in for an inspection and oil change and was in and out quickly and without hassle. The manager was friendly and honest about what my car would need and approximately when. I will definitely be going back when I need service.

The service here is amazing I had a flat they got a new tire on and driving with in 20 minutes. Absolutely stellar service from Craig aswell. They saved my life. If I had 50 stars I would give it.

I pulled in because I had a screw in a tire. There were several cars in the lot and in the bays but he came right out to my car found the problem and patched it. It was the best customer service I have had from anywhere in quite some time. I would recommend this Mr Tire to anyone.

I had a good experience. Needed back brakes (pads & rotors) and had a coupon from my credit card reward points for $50 off. They honored the coupon without hassle, I was able to watch them work on the car he did some maintenance on the calibers as well. I used the wifi on my laptop while waiting. The front desk service was friendly.

To get my summer tires on, took a total of 30 minutes. They bagged my old tires for me too so it didnt get my trunk dirty. Been going to them for almost a year now, have had issues with tire pressure in the past and honestly havent had any since theyve been servicing my tires. Highly recommend

This location used to be great back when it was Kost, but it has just gone down hill since Mr. Tire took over. The management is rude and uncaring, scoffing and laughing the most simple request. Dont bother wasting your time when there are so many other shops that bend over backwards to keep you happy. Friends dont let friends go to this Mr. Tire!

They did not have the exact tire we needed ( we would need a special order that wouldKeep us in syracse up to an extra week). The staff called around still no luck. After a bit of research they said if we were not driving too fast and only for a week we did have an alternative. Saved us a week of vacation. The world could more people like these. Thanks.

Absolutely terrible service. Was told they would not honor the Kost warranty on my tires, even though their website says all Kost warranties will be honored. I had to call their regional director to get authorization for them to do something that they state on their website. Even he was terribly rude, but nothing compared to the Manager at the store.When I took the car in for this work, I wanted to get all new tires put on due top the tread depth warranty on my tires. They would not assist me in replacing the tires under the tire manufacturer warranty. I spoke with the tire manufacturer and they could not believe that Mr. Tire would not help me out. They even called Mr. Tire several times on my behalf to instruct them what they are supposed to do. In the end the tire manufacturer sent me over to Dunn Tire who they said would be able to help me. Dunn Tire was fantastic in service and price. Mr. Tire quoted me over $1000 for new tires and Dunn ended up putting the exact same ones on for much less.After getting the three new tires on I went in to have my Kost warranty honored for the one tire and the manager said nothing to me as he slammed on the keyboard and grunted at me to call Monday to make sure the tire was in. Come Monday I call like he asks and then he barks at me for calling to ask and proceeds to hang up on me.Never ever will I go back to this place, nor will I recommend anyone else go there. You have been warned.

After paying $240 for one new tire on our car, we were told the tire pressure fault alarm that beeps at us each time we turn on the car after the tire was replaced would turn off in about 30 miles. We took it back when it didnt and their machine to reset it did not function for our vehicle, so they sent us down the road to a ford service center. When i informed them they would charge us $30, the manager was extremely rude and refused to compensate us even though they did not have the software necessary to assist us. My husband is a veteran and every dollar counts for us. If you want service from beginning to end DO NOT GO HERE.

Needed an inspection, but the state inspection machine was down. When the state repaired the machine I dropped my car off and they where able to work it in that day.

I made an appointment for 1230 oil change and was told I would have to drop it off because it would take hours to get an oriole change done forget even put any tires on. I don’t see what the point was to make it oil change and I would not be going back there again

I was in and out in 45 minutes to have my snow tires removed and all weathers put on. Never a wait and great customer service!

A1 service. Got a flat tire and they got me back on the road on a Sunday so I could drive 500 miles back home.

This place used to be ok, but now they are terrible... Total lack of customer service. Also they try to hardball you with scare tactics to try to make sales... Avoid if at all possible!!!
