Friendly, quality service. After calling the big brand tire shops they wanted me to wait weeks for an appointment. I called Dunn Tire in the morning, made an appointment and I had new tires and was on the road before I knew it. same day. Did not take long. Highly recommended, these people know what they’re doing.

I bought tires from Dunn before Pandemic. I wasnt sure what to get. They were Great helping me decide which tires would be right for me with Our Lovely Winters in Syracuse. So far the tires have been Great in Winter and very happy they explained to me about the ones I chose. I just went in for my first Tire rotation last week. I left the house and was back home in less then an hour. Didnt spend my day off waiting. Thanks Dunn!!

Dont go here even for an oil change or inspection. They dont know how to properly raise your car up onto a lift.. and will damage your frame. Then proceed to try to play it off like it was already damaged and theyre doing me a favor by letting me know. Cowards.My father is typically my go-to mechanic and he has worked for the NYS DOT for 20 years. He knows my car in and out and he confirmed that my frame was not bent prior to this appointment.

Had a real slow leak in my tire. Bob the assistant manager was a very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they would do to find the leak.he also interacted very well with other customers and was very patient and explained the car repairs very well and he seems very trustworthy

I scheduled an appointment online for new tires, they were able to get me in the next day and called to confirm. When I showed up they got me right in and got to work right away. They even fixed my TPMS lights and figured out which one was bad. My alignment was off and they attempted to fix but they said they were limited with time, not able to do during that visit. I appreciated the honesty and not making me wait longer. He said I could reschedule. The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because when I went to get into my car there was a big grease hand print on my driver door exterior. I assume it was because they were trying to stay on schedule and didnt notice to wipe it off. But all in all they were friendly didnt try to upsell anything that wasnt needed. Also was upfront with pricing, which is appreciated.

Got me in quick (same day, couple hours after I called) for a tire repair. In and out in an hour, reasonably priced for the work. Would’ve given 5 stars but the tech who drive my car out left the steering wheel pretty dirty. No big deal.

I had an appointment at the Mattydale Dunn Tire location. Drew, had very politely called me and invited me to come early as I did.His staff and himself along with Greg are EXTREMELY customer orientated and worked hard to make me happy. Although it was not hard since I asked nothing extra of them, but they went out of the way to make sure my truck was done correctly and as quickly as possible.They were even short staffed where the manager was working hard to accommodate any and all weather it be a phone call or walk in.Very impressive!During a time when Customer Service nation wide is in decline. Mattydale Dunn Tire really reminds me of the Pre 2008 customer service caliber strived to uphold.

I had a flat tire today,, I call ahead to make sure they had my tire and got a price, once I got there, the sale guy looked at my tires and told me I should get all my tires replace and he gave me good prices for it, but I was not in the financial state to get all four done. So I told him I only want the flat tire replace, he went on to say I have to replace all my tire and he cant just replace one tire. It was all nice, but they shouldnt have push me like that in the situation that I was in. Im a salesman myself but I would never take advantage of someone situation. Went to Goodyear and got my one tire replace that day and I left. If not I would have been stuck.

The staff were wonderful and warm! Unlike the waiting room, it was FREEZING! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: the freezing cold waiting room and it took 2 hours to have my 4 tires changed. I was told 1-1/2 hours. 2 hours was a little excessive. Staff was amazing though and that in it self will bring me back, I’ll just bring a blanket!

The folks at Dunn are always great! I dropped my car off the night before and they pulled it in overnight to keep it safe. They called me at 9:30am the next morning and the car was all set and ready to go. They fix the things that need to be fixed, tell you about things that you might consider fixing then or in the near future, but never make up things or pressure you to do things you dont need to. Theyre honest and do good work and theyre taking special care in this time of Covid to keep you and your car safe.

Stopped in and set up appointment and tires that salesman recommended. Arrive for appointment and a different salesman checks me in. After taking my keys and everything starts to try to up sell me. Tried to get me to add on the everything. I said no and they got my truck right in. When finished I get in my truck to leave and tps system has an error. I go back inside and they check everything. Come to find out they damaged one of the sensors. After another hour waiting finally get my truck back. At least they didn’t try to charge me for the sensor they damaged.

Very professional, they take good care of their customers. They are COVID 19 compliant, and take it seriously. All in all, a great experience.

Winter to summer tire change over completed quickly and as scheduled without delay. Winter tire and wheel package recommended last fall worked out great. Even with my delay in scheduling the change over the winter tires show little wear through 7000+ miles.

Unbelievable. I purchased 4 brand new tires on july 27th from them. They handed me a print out on an alignment that stated it needed a new alignment. Only problem is Honda City had just done the alignment! So I take my car over to Honda city and they say Dunn is notorious for this!! Problem is my two brand new tires are bald on the front of my car . So somebodies lying!!! I do however own a rickety old vehicle drastically out of alignment and the tires on it are 3 years old and Ive driven that 25000 on those used tires so when I see two BRAND NEW ones worn worse with only a few 1000 miles? Somethings not right! I see Dunn has horrible reviews...you decide if you want to place your very life in these peoples hands.

Service got me a new tire for my car kind of last minute, 4th of July weekend. when every other auto shop was closed or booked out until Monday . They got me in and got my tire put on relatively quick given the circumstances, was a bit pricey though, said to have cheapest prices around, I don’t think that’s true. But I don’t mind paying A little extra for quality service

They arent trying to make a quick buck! Ran over a nail in my pretty close to new tire. My warranty requires tires at the same tread. Due to this I had to purchase 4 tires. I called everywhere around Syracuse. This store matched a deal from a competitor and then offered a deal of three tires and one free. This gave me the cheapest option for the best Quality Tire. They set up an immediate appointment. I drove down and my car was taken back within 5 minutes. I sat down in the waiting room where theres drinks and snacks offered. A tech soon came out to inform me all but the punctured tire were in great condition. He wanted to inform me I did not need to purchase all of the tires because he didnt want to take advantage. I greatly appreciated that because thats not what you expect when taking your car in. I informed him about my warranty and agreed to the four tires. They now have a customer for life.

10 days after I got my tires from Dunn in Camillus, one of them went flat. I called the nearest location, which happened to be the one in Mattydale. Oh boy, is this the greatest customer service!? They were quick inspite of the fact I was late. They answered all my questions about the problem I was having including tire options I would need later on.I lowered the original review to 1 star because after taking my car back there I was charged for a digital diagnosis only to be told they didnt actually have the machine and to call another store. When I did and explained the problem I was told I would get a call back and never did. Even though I made 2 more calls to the store to try and resolve it. Never use them again.

I only drove my friend to have new tires put on his rims, so I havent had much experience with them. However when we arrived (at our appointment time) there was no one at the front. No problem, that happens, however we waited for 20 minutes before we had to actually call the location from a cell phone on their own lobby to tell them we were there. It then took them 4 hours to put the tires on the rims. They didnt even have to put the wheels on the vehicle.

It’s hard to find a reputable place to get routine maintenance done on my car, and these guys did a good job last time without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need like many other places I’ve since stopped doing business with. However a scheduling error is a very big deal to me as I plan my day around my appointments as they take up a good chunk of the day. No one is perfect, and I can say “no” to unnecessary upsells, but a scheduling error is a rookie mistake.
