This Mavis is one of the best. I dropped my vehicle off and gave them quite a bit of work to do. Not only were they efficient, but they were so fast. And to boot, very friendly and professional. I explained to the manager that my rear tire was running low and needed it checked. He told me if I wanted to leave it overnight, he would get it looked at first thing in the morning. I explained that I couldn’t because I’m leaving the country for a month and don’t want to come back to a flat tire if it’s not fixed. He said he’ll see what he can do. 5 minutes later my car was on the lift and they fixed the tire for me for free. I’ll definitely be back! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at Mavis as of yet!

Yesterday my husband took our 2010 Subaru in to have the mufflers replaced. Not only did they do the work within 2 hours they were hundreds of dollars lower than all the shops we called. My experience at this location was great. Usually, I take my vehicle to another well known garage. However, the customer service and willingness to accommodate at this Mavis were outstanding. A+! Originally, I brought my car in to get tires on, get an alignment and an inspection. There were a few issues with my vehicle and I was informed immediately. The gentleman who helped me (Ryan) was fair, honest and helped me get a price on the repairs that was well under what I thought I would have to spend for some of the surprise issues that came up. I even got my vehicle back the same day that I brought it in. I highly recommend doing business with this place. Great staff, and great work!

Ryan is amazing!!! Been getting our cars fixed from him for years. Hes the only one we trust with any of our vehicles. He gives it to you straight, no pressure, goes the distance to look it over and make sure everything is good and safe, very reasonable, goes the extra mile, explains things that we dont understand and shows us what is wrong or what hes talking about before he does it. We have never had better service!!! When we didnt go with him we had so many problems. Stick with Ryan for amazing service and results!!!

Called, made an appointment. Showed up for appointment, they said they couldn’t get me in. 1. Why did I bother to make the appointment? 2. I can understand scheduling mishaps or emergencies, so why not call me to let me know before I drove 20 minutes to my scheduled appointment? Annoyed.

This staff is top notch. I encountered a tire emergency on Friday. After speaking with Linda, the mechanics had time to squeeze me in, immediately. If time is not available at this location, there are several more nearby. I truly believe Mavis Discount Tire does everything they possibly can help their clientele. 10/10 recommend to a friend.

Took my car there for a flat tire to get patched and they found out it was just a loose tire valve. They then proceeded to fix the valve at no cost to me. Great service hands down!

Went in for a check on my muffler to find out my muffler before a big road trip, to find out I had severe tire rot in all four tires. I was serviced by Ryan who hooked me up with a great price and deal for replacing all four tires and fixing my muffler within a day! Soon after went on my road trip and had no issues with my car and it sounded in great condition. Highly recommend with great service!

They were able to mount tires on my rims. Unfortunately I found a few of the weights they installed on my rim. On my garage floor a few days later. I will never ever return. Going to a more reputable outfit. Who can execute such a easy task as weighing my tires with weight that actually stick to my rims.

I blew out my tire almost right in front of the shop--Gentleman I spoke with was very honest, gave me info-recommended that i replace all tires but then was honest and understanding and replaced just the one tire for me. I appreciated him going through the info and helping me make an informed choice. They were also quick and had my car fixed within 3 hours. They saved the day.

They were able to squeeze me in for a tire rotation even though they were busy. They got it done quickly. The employees went above and beyond for all of the customers that were there.

Great place to do business with. Ever since they changed managers and finished their renovations, would definitely recommend. Needed an a aggressive spec wheel and tire combo mounted and balanced on a set of wheels I had, I called probably 10 other places and everyone was booked for atleast 3 days, and one place turned me down due to the tire spec I needed mounted. Ryan the manager was very enthusiastic and friendly and even had one employee help me unload the 4 wheels and 4 tires out of my car.

This is for the South Salina Mavis Discount TIre:My girlfriend had to wait 8 days with her car in the shop for an inspection, they lost her key. She failed the inspection but was not informed that her brake lines were blown and found out the hard way.Luckily without having a major accident. Then she brought it back to the shop and they charged her $600 to fix the brake lines only for her car to come home leaking fuel because they cut her fuel lines while installing the brake lines.Then we finally gave up and went to another shop only to find that not only had they nicked her fuel lines, the brake lines were incomplete and leaking.Now we have contacted corporate requesting a refund. Everyone we talked to assured us we would get a refund after talking to the regional manager. The regional manager refuses to issue a refund even after i brought him the broken fuel lines, showed him the leaking brake lines and incomplete front end of the brake line.The regional manager has been provided documentation from another mechanic, he even called that mechanic on the phone who confirmed exactly what I said, had me bring in to shop the broken fuel lines, which had holes in them that perfectly lined up with where they improperly installed the brake lines and it has been three weeks without receiving a refund and him still asking for more proof.

I blew a tire but thankfully I was near the Mavis Tire store in Dewitt. They were amazingly helpful. Destry and his manager, Ryan, assessed the damages, ordered my tire replacement right away, had me in and out the next day and ready for a trip I had planned. Terrific professionalism, knowledgeable, and extremely focused on taking care of me. Highly recommend them.

So I had to replace my donut tire for an actual tire and took it to Mavis and honestly I am very happy with their service. Both guys in the shop treated me so nice and with so much respect and they got the job done very fast:) I wish I remembered their names but 10/10 service

Great mechanic who works with your budget and also accepts flex pay via flex tire so you can pay off your bill over time, even with subpar credit. Very fast work too, they usually fix your problem same day.

The people at this location was very very helpful. It didn’t take them long to diagnost the problem and fix it for me at a fair price and a very timely manner. If you ever go to this location ask for Ryan, he is the best at what he does!!! He won’t over charge and he’ll make sure the problem is fixed and running great before you leave. I had a great experience here. I went to switch out tires and they discovered that one of my calipers had seized. Given that I was about to take the car on a long road trip I was very happy to have this brake issue fixed. Linda and Ryan were great to work with and fun to chat with while waiting for the work to finish.

Brought my car in late on a Friday for inspection and front brakes and the manager couldnt of been more helpful. I wanted him to keep the car overnight and he kept it inside and had my car back to me by 10:00 AM on Saturday. Great customer service and good brake job .

Ryan and the team are very customer focused, clearly describe if something needs to be done what the choices are, then excel at getting things right. A recent example was an unplanned trip required snow tires changed to all season. They had us come right in at 6pm on a Friday night and got it done!

My wife spoke with Ryan on the phone and explained I needed a set of snow tires that I had put on my vehicle. He got me in immediately and swapped out my tires for me. This is the friendliest shop I’ve ever been to and I typically go to dealerships. Linda was also very nice. She assisted me with my paperwork and ensured all of my information was correct. I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone. They’re incredibly professional.

My car was making some concerning noises so I called Mavis on Erie Blvd and spoke to Ryan. Ryan told me I could bring it in ASAP and they would take a lot at it (I wasnt told they were taking appointments into next week, so that was a win right off the bat). At first they couldnt hear the noise I had described, but they didnt give up on trying to figure it out and just send me off telling me I must have been crazy. Ryan identified what the issue was, took care of it in a timely manner and I was on my way! Overall, great experience at the Mavis Erie Blvd location with Ryan.

Ryan met the AAA agent in the parking lot (who arrived and could not simply pump up my tire when I noticed my tire was flat as he was not prepared even though I explained the issue) and worked hard to not only pump up the donut I was riding on for less than 1/4 mile, but also give me a deal on replacing all four tires that had dry rotted and explained to me to understand how to tell when the tire had its “birth date” so I would never again have issues. Recently, I had issues with my tire pressure lights coming on. My left front tire seemed to be losing air. I called and was told to bring it right in. There were a few people in the waiting room but they got my car in quickly and checked the tires. My left front was lower than recommended and the other 3 were higher. They removed the tire and checked for leaks, then restored all to the suggested pressure and the light went off. They told me to come back if I noticed any problem or the light came back on. They didn’t charge me a dime.

They were pretty busy and still got me in and out within about an hour with only one tire tech on. Not too bad, and they say itll only be about 20 dollars to plug up my tire.

Took my Jeep in for muffler work and dealt with Ryan. He did a wonderful and amazing job of breaking everything down for as far as what was wrong and the cost of what it would all be. The most helpful person I have dealt with when having my vehicle worked on! 10/10 would recommend to any of my friends and I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on!.

He not only took the extra time out of his day to locate the unique parts for the make/model of my vehicle (they were difficult to locate) but also thoroughly explained the cost and was still able to get the job done that day. Vehicle maintenance can be a little intimidating when you’re not an expert but Ryan made me feel at ease and now my car is back in great condition.
