The team at K and C auto went above and beyond their duty to help me with my vehicle. I was having trouble with some electrical work after someone stole my radio (which blew multiple circuit boards and wire harnesses). After going back and fourth with my insurance company because they only were going to cover the stolen radio, Lynn bent over backwards for me to get the work done properly while also getting the insurance company to cover what they should have from the beginning. I would highly recommend for everyone to bring their car for repairs. I have used them in the past for minor work but this experience was exceptional. I never expected for any auto shop to go to the extent that she had gone. K and C auto was fair and honest. Whenever I need ANYTHING done in the future, K and C will be my first call.

I was in a minor vehicle accident and the company I worked for sent me to K C Auto for some body work to the back of the car. KC was in possession of the vehicle for three days only. Not only was their work fantastic. They returned my vehicle to me so clean that it appeared to have been completely detailed on the inside .Service like this is VERY rare nowadays! So when you get it....ya have to share the news!Yes, i would bring my personal vehicle there and would definitely recommend. Even if they called me by the wrong name. 😄

They are smart, thorough, and entirely trustworthy. They have always been forthright on what needs to be fixed versus what has a bit more time in it, and their work is always first rate.

Brought my 2016 vehicle in for an inspection and oil change. Left there my car was sputtering I returned I was told the air filter vent hose was never text back on so sorry now my check engine light is on and the business refuses to take responsibility for anything including the theft of a box out of my backseat. Never again see you in small claims court!!!

Had a hit & run and needed body work. Geico told me I had to find my own body shop and I had no idea who to go to. Was recommended to K&C and glad I went. Tom and the staff was so helpful and did amazing work! Would recommend them 100 times over!

Courteous staff and will handle large jobs or small. They explain everything and will answer your questions. Tomlin was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating too - if you need a ride home/work and will pick you up when vehicle is ready.

Weve taken several of our cars to K & C and have been pleased consistently. They get us an appointment fast and do the repairs quickly, and do not do unnecessary work. I just asked for an oil change on a car that I didnt realize didnt need it. Instead of just doing it they called that to my attention. They are also very courteous.

I have been going to K&C Auto for over 5 years and have had nothing but excellent customer service. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated with the upmost respect and given an honest assessment of what is wrong with your vehicle. My last vehicle was 14 years old and a few times there were repairs that needed to be done, but they advised me against having them done due the age/condition of my car. Who is that honest with anyone nowadays?! They even offer you a ride to and from work while you’re getting your car fixed. Brought it in and the mechanic was immediately able to go with me for a ride to solve the issue and get things figured out. Until I took my car to K & C Auto Body & Service Center, I really thought finding an honest, reputable car mechanic was not possible. Boy,was I wrong!!! Incredibly nice people! The needed repairs were far more than I expected (not shocking though) but they explained everything as to what needed to be done and what could wait a little while. It almost felt like my car was the only one they were working on, the service was so personalized. Talking to other people, I am confident that the price was fair.

Not the cheapest place in town but this very friendly family run business does good work, quickly with no bs or sales pitches. They always make their recommendations but ive never been ripped off and i never take it in for something minor and walk out paying for major repairs which may or may not be actually needed. Also pet friendly.

I brought my Suzuki there Actually AAA towed it there because I had a stuck caliper pin and they recommended not driving. Anyway, I was greeted by the owner and they looked at it and told me both calipers were frozen and was able to get new ones at a reasonable price. Also a ride home and back after the car was done! Kudos to Tomlin and the entire staff!!! No upcharge or extra anything!!! The car rides super!!! Thanks again Sincerely, Kerry Dale
