Jamie (receptionist) made me feel so comfortable and ensured I would be well taken care of. She convinced me that my car was in good hands. I am not super informed on car issues especially since my car was involved in an accident, so she ensured me that I would be informed every step of the way. They took images of the car and quickly took in for repairs. They even had Enterprise pick me up and set up the rental quickly. I was even able to leave the rental at Alan Byer. Turnover time was about a week. Fantastic service and cannot recommend them enough!

Went for a photo inspection. The woman working the front was communicated with both of us that were waiting and was prompt about getting the task done while still being personable. Easy in and out experience.

I recently had my car repaired at Alan Byer collision center. It was a flawless experience the car was meticulously repaired looking better than brand new. I was issued a loaner car and got picture text messages on the progress. Jamie was great as was the rest of the staff. My vehicle looked great upon pick up. I got work done and was very pleased. It did take a little longer than originally planned however Alan Byer had returned parts that were not adequate and I am thankful for their diligent work. I would definitely return for future work!

Alan byer collision center was great to work with. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nate was able to get our truck through the shop quickly and the work that the guys did is top notch. You would never know the truck was in an accident . Nate made the process smooth and painless, dealing with the insurance company. This is the ONLY place I would ever take my vehicle for body work. Highly recommend them!

The service I received here was awesome! The staff was friendly and understood the importance of fixing my car in a safe and timely manner! I was more than pleased with the turn out, my car looks brand new again!

It took two and a half months to complete a repair for a impact with a deer. The truck is about 1/2inch lower on one side than the other. The hood moves going down the road. Fender has gap where it didnt line up quarter panel.But the worst part is this place put the wrong radiator and coolant (blue) in my Toyota (red) and the radiator blew up. Then the engine because of their faulty repairs.Months later my engine blew up 90000miles. Because of the after market radiator, wrong coolant that Alan Byer put in my vehicle.4 months with no vehicle!Terrible quality work!

I was in an accident in August of 2017. i had a ton of front end damage on my leased car. I was able to have my car towed to Alan Byer Collision that day and the following day they were able to set me up with a rental car. They had a state farm person on site to walk through the damage with me and estimate the repair timeline and cost. It was easy for me to follow along and the estimator was very thorough. I was kept up to date daily with pictures of what work was done that day as well as a projected finish date. The employees at the collision center were fabulous. Rich Christaldi and his team are courteous, professional and reliable people who truly care about their customers. My car was returned to me in about a month and it looked like a brand new car. I am completely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Rich and his team to anyone who needs collision service.

What a wonderful job they did on my Audi. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Rich and Nate were so professional, nice and friendly. They also communicated well with my insurance company and gave me a rental car on the spot! And I was able to view step by step progress reports on line!!!

Awesome place to go. Friendly staff and they don’t short cut your repair by using after market parts that don’t line up. Once your car goes inside it doesn’t go back out to the weather until it’s completely done! And you can watch the process online. Love this place!

Alan Byer collision is the only place that I take my vehicles. The service and staff do an incredible job to make my experience a pleasant one.

I took my car in for an accident repair and I watched the progress on their on line website. Also got a detail service. Keep in mind that the inside of my Subaru was very dirty with shoe Marks all over the back and passenger seats. When i got my car back i was amazed! It looked brand new. What a great job and Nate was amazing!!

I recently brought my 2019 Volvo XC60 in for collision repair. The team at the collision center turned what I feared would be a daunting time consuming endeavor into a five star experience. There was a loaner car waiting for me upon arrival. My advisor went over everything with me, assuring me that any additional or hidden damage would be billed directly to the insurance company. The Manager also took the time to introduce himself and explained how I could track the progress of my car on their web site. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car that they washed my car inside and out. The follow up phone call I received a couple days post repairs was most welcomed. Alan Collision not only has a state of the art facility, they have a state of the art staff.
