Busy as always but got what we needed. Had fun looking around.

Not a huge WalMart fan. But, in all fairness, stopped in to buy some hard goods last week, and needed a couple of grocery items, so decided to grab them too. One was blueberries. In the pic below, Publix blueberries on left, wal mart on right. Maybe Ill shop there more often!

Is there a policy against answering the phone? Tried multiple departments. Come on, it’s pretty easy to pick up a phone.

This has always been one of the nicer supercenters, it always clean and well kept and seems to be well run, and most employees here seem to actually pretty friendly and helpful

This place is trash. There was a guy following around little girls and touching himself in the aisles last night. When the staff was made aware they didnt do anything about it. Didnt even kick him out.

I typically check every day on the way home from work for any trading card restocks since shelves are supposed to be restocked randomly, and the vendors arent supposed to be bought out and give people unfair advantages.I finally stop by today (8/20/2021) to see a massive line by the card isle. Weird, considering the previous conditions I mentioned, and because there are never lines anymore at these isles.The vendor (average height, mid 20s, brown, wavy hair, fair skin) came at the same time as last week. Even still, there shouldnt be a line of 15 people... Not trying to get sued, so Ill keep it vague, but maybe... Possibly... There was something fishy going on where someone was making a bit of extra money in exchange for some dates and times...? Me and another person brought this up with the manager, and they didnt seem to care in the slightest. Disgusting people. How hard is it to get something I want to rip and have a little fun with? I hope this makes it back to the vendor, so some light is shed. Only reason Im keeping this two stars is because... Again... I REALLY dont wanna get sued in the very unlikely situation nothing checks out lmao.Heres the picture of the vendor restocking the back isle (who you CAN NOT see). She proceeded to come to the front, which is when the drama started. Again... REALLYYYY dont wanna get sued lol

This place is so convenient. You can find the products cheap and easy.It may not have very good quality products that much, but it is Walmart!

Cashier, guy name Phillip in the Express Scan & Go was very helpful and Knowledgeable. Well manner and knew his job. I work in Buford, but I choose Swaunee Walmart all Day, Everyday. Now that says alot

This is our preferred Walmart. They generally have items in stock for pick-up. The substitutions in orders makes sense. I never have to wait long to have pickup orders brought out. The associates that bring out the orders are extremely courteous and very nice. I like this location for in store shopping also.

1st Wal-Mart Ive ever been to and was able to walk right up to the register. No long lines or wait.

Walmart Health provides excellent service. Im very thankful for all the help Rozina Allibhoy provides to me.

So theres a girl in customer service, named TY? Shes awesome and super nice. Theres a girl in electronics named Honesty? She could work on how she talks to people. I understand that certain things are company protocol, sure. She could be a bit more sympathetic when she says stuff instead of talking like Im annoying her.Either way, thanks, I guess?

This Walmart is pretty good. They even have pumpkins for decor before other grocery stores.

This Walmart customer service is horrible. Customer service employee ring up her friends at the return desk and the line passed the bathroom. On top of that, her friends came with multiple transactions. Shift lead didnt even care to put more team members at customer service desk. Upper management needs to focus on this.

The service I experienced was absolutely amazing!From the deli department to the pharmacy to the cashier, everyone was so nice, so expedient and really engaging...I thought I was at Publix

Good customer service and I had a good experience with the hot wings I got from here, wasn’t expecting such a flavorful taste but it did exceed my expectations 🤞🥰

Had a gift couldnt wear it. I had no receipt but they wouldnt put it in a card so I could exchange it. I spend thousands of dollars here and never had a problem before. I dont know if Ill shop there again.

Love the location! However; the customer service associates give the store a low rating. During a recent return, I experienced poor treatment from Abigail. She and another front end supervisor treated me with a horrible level of respect. It was very evident that they treated other customers with dignity and respect. I was initially denied the return with a receipt. It appears that this location has customer service employees that attempt to modify the companys policy in order to recreate their own spin on a policy. Hopefully, someone at corporate can provide training and support for these uninformed employees. The way they treated me was a total act of disrespect and disregard. The level of ignorance and stereotypical behaviors exclusively at the customer service counter is beyond horrible. This location has some work to do to retain customers. Again I enjoy the close proximity of the store to home but my experience recently deserves a review. Diversity, equity, and inclusion tactics arent being followed by first line supervision.

I really like this Walmart. It seems neater and more organized than others Ive been to. It also doesnt have the insane lines of some other Walmarts.

The bare minimum is keeping your associates up to date with new technologies.

Well stocked. Plenty of back to school supplies. Store layout a bit different than I am used to, but the sinage made it easy to navigate

Prices were good, BUT...I went there to have them change my factory wheels (rims) to a new set that I bought; but they said they wouldnt touch them because they were nicer rims...they only work with basic/factory wheels... huh? The sad part is that they were just some middle of the road wheels I bought from T-Sportsline.com; nothing too extravagant.Riddle me this:What if I already had the rims on my car and came to you for new tires? Would you have turned me away because my wheels are nicer than factory wheels?Either you can change car tires/wheels or you cant.Interestingly, they actually sell high end tires! I guess they only sell them to cars that dont have nice wheels. Go figure.

Agatha your team lead was complaining about how much she hates working Saturday’s in front of customers and refused to price match something online, made us return it and order it online. What great staff you have considering she’s a “team lead”. Pathetic

I went to the adjacent Walmart clinic a few times for dentistry work. The staff there are polite and friendly. My only minor gripe is that sometimes I have to wait a few minutes for a staff member to come to the entrance to take my temperature, as the clinic can sometime be more quiet with an empty waiting room. The restroom is clean and the rest of the clinic is clean in general. Having Walmart before the word clinic might be a bit grim, but it really isnt that bad.

Heavy Discrimination against Puertorricans. There employees not even know that Puerto Rico is part of United States and had being contributed to this country. Poor attention from the Manager that did not want to give me her last name. Service Client request me a green card and lie tell me that her partner was Krisry. We should take this stores from our land.

The best pork ribs at a great price I found here, you got to love Walmart.

Located in quite place . Ordered online and went for the pick up . This Walmart has automatic pickup kiosk and before you go check in online for pickup, so associate can load the item for pick up . Did the same and got the item in kiosk. If the item is big they will place the item in nearby big lockers and associate will come and open for you . But in some store like Duluth Walmart the big locker open when you scan the barcode in kiosk, but not the case in this Walmart. Rest are similar to other Walmart and it’s crowded as always.

Very friendly pharmacy staff. Excellent selection of everything with awesome prices.

The racks were a hot mess. Cosmetic department was terrible. Minimally stocked and messy, as well. Dont waste your time going here.

Walmart is never organized or clean. It makes it hard to shop. I will not be returning. I will support local businesses and customer oriented businesses.

The selection is always picked over and under stocked. Im a bit insulted by the fact that they do close to a million a day in revenue in the average store, but still seem opposed to hiring any actual human beings to assist you. The staff they do have are so overburdened trying to help everyone that they have a hard time helping anyone.

Your team leader AGATHA IS BEYOND RUDE. How is she still an employee there? Maybe train her to be decent human

My pickup order wouldnt go though and I went through this help option with 25 minutes to spare before my order was officially locked in. Carlos gave me a bunch of excuses about the system not working and he told me that he called to add my additional items but he didnt. I called back to see if my order had been updated and of course it hadnt. I am less than pleased with Walmart in general because with over several hundred thousand employees its somehow impossible for anyone to pick up a phone when you call only to eventually get someone and they dont do a bit of the job they were hired for. I would say Im disappointed but honestly Walmart is notorious for terrible service.

So I decided to venture out to Suwanee, Georgia, so Ive noticed that this Walmart is also getting a remodel as well with a new Walmart Health Center in place. The shelves were well stocked, well besides toilet paper and Lysol which were in a pandemic so is definitely going to be scarce and hard to find but other than that my experience at this Walmart was like any other.

I always love Walmart, but why cant they all have the same layout? 🤣

Its unlikely that Ill ever go to this walmart again unless forced to. While chatting with one of the employees there one morning, she asked what I was doing for the day. I said I was grabbing a new knee brace before I headed to the gym. She proceeded to explain to me at great length how Im just too heavy for my legs to handle the weight and that I should lose weight so my knees dont suffer so much. So yeah. For the record, Im a professional kickboxing instructor. Im not too fat for my poor little knees to carry me.

I got my eyes tested. The process was easy and the workers were friendly and professional.

I just went there for a bottle of wine but took almost 40 minutes to leave🥵. It was too many ppl walking around doing nothing when they could have assisted the ppl on the registers. Waste of time. Should have went to the liquor store.

We love Walmart. Its like a toy store for adults. I like this location. Its very clean. I usually find want I need and leave.

After paying at the checkout and being I.D.ed for my beer, I was stopped at door by a man and women and accused of stealing what I just paid for. They would not let me leave with the Items I purchased. Finally had to get the cashier to tell them I paid. Horrible customer service. Good thing Target and Kroger are close by, I think Ill be shopping there from now on.

Had $200 of groceries. Had to wait in line for cashier 20 minutea. This is becoming a typical scenario no matterwhat Walmart you are in. People with more to buy get abused cause there is only 1 cashier. Looking somewhere else to shop. I am sick of this.

They need to put more then 2 people on the registers so customers don’t have to wait in line for so long.

Walmart always seems to be out of everything! Its frustrating to say the least. I can never find Starbucks Sumatra K-Cups.

Staff is very kind and tries to find out customers need, very impressed.

NASTY RESTROOMS 9 months has made a big difference in this location. Both restrooms locations were filthy.OLD-The holiday section for Christmas is beautiful. Clean store with bagged ice available, a Subway restaurant is located inside, Key making machine, Money services, two RedBox kiosks and drink machines.

DO NOT what ever you do go to this store employees are HORRIFIC

A very friendly place to shop. The staff will help you out locate what you need. Not to mention when it was my first time to put money into an account, the staff remembered me from last time (when I had help) she remembered what I come for so I didnt have to say anything and get confused.

Y’all need to train your staff better. Miss Angie was hovering all over me and watching us scan our items and literally pointing out items that I was literally about to scan next. Listen lady, we don’t recommend hovering behind a combat vet. I gave you a look telling you to back off, clearly you didn’t get that message. So apparently if you look young, you’re shoplifting

This store was just remodeled. Its a terrible layout everything is so crowded and the lines back up to the aisles and you cant pass across the front. It is not an enjoyable shopping experience. You should find the person who is responsible for this pitful layout and send them to dollar tree to work because that is the quality of work they did for you at this location.

Pool chemicals. I was told they were seasonal. This is coming from a place that sells just about everything under the sun and now of all things, pool chemicals are seasonal. I will wait, think of three things randomly and I bet they carry it. But not pool supplies, because those are seasonal How about you show that much respect for the food you sell as well.

One of the best locations Ive visited I was able to get in and out . now if Wally world starts selling chicken sandwiches its game over .

I live 15 minutes from this store. There is another Wal*Mart 5 minutes from my house. I will gladly continue to make the drive to this store. Clean. Friendly staff. No wait in self-checkout. I’m sold.

One cashier only. Over 10 people with full carts waiting to pay. They push customers to do self check out. So we have to do their job? Not practical when you have a full cart. Also the loud and inappropriate/raunchy/explicit music blasting outside the store is noise pollution.

Clean, shelves were fully stocked. Staff was very accommodating. The only concern I had was the checkout lines were long. Other than that, no issues

Not Covid-19 friendly. Youre basically depending on you and your own safety advice in this store. Countless people without masks, and workers no longer wipe the carts. - Be safe.

A great location in a safe and update shopping plaza. 24/7 shopping with plenty of parking. The store is very clean and they have a great selection of produce.

The pickup service is great, especially right now during the pandemic. Very convenient. I had an issue recently with an order I picked up - an item was missing, so I called customer service and they issued me a refund in minutes with no hassle. I always get good service here when I shop inside as well.

Not very busy before 4pm. They recently started a remodel that has everyone very confused. Nobody knows where anything is so it is a bit chaotic especially during the holidays. They do have plenty of people working to ask where things are and some will even guide you to the correct location. Hopefully it will be done with construction soon. Really hope it will be easy to navigate (like other walmarts)! It is really annoying to go into a Walmart for something you just want to run in and out for but not know the layout or where to go. Overall a pretty good store. I have heard there has been some negative stuff in the news about this location. Not exactly sure what but around this time of year and with the way things are going lately its a good idea to keep an extra eye out for stuff.
