Edgar was able to help us find the Impossible patties that were not in the correct location. He stopped doing his job of shopping for the drive up orders to help us. He ended up needing to go in the back and pull the stock out. He was so helpful and had the best attitude. Glad he helped us so effortlessly.

I forgot to bring a mask, and was pleased to see the store had mask in a Ziploc bag for their guest. Also, I was very impressed with the womens clothing section. The associate at the dressing room even offered to get me another size if I needed one. Also, the young man who checked me out was pleasant. Lastly, the store was clean. Tbh, I dont go into target that often, but I will after this visit.

On Monday 10/25 my in-laws went on there weekly shopping trip to the Target in Johns Creek on Peachtree Pkwy. My father inlaw had a stroke and fell to the floor and was incapacitated while my mother in-law was terrified and overwhelmed by the circumstances. The Target team responded quickly to assist and made sure to make him as comfortable as possible and comforted her until the ambulance arrived. One young man even brought pillows over for his head to get it off the floor. I cannot express how much you touched our family by jumping in and and doing what we could not, due to being at work. You have shown such compassion to an elderly couple and that shows us there are still caring wonderful people in the world that still love there neighbors as themselves. I will make an extra effort to patronize your store as much as possible.Our family cannot thank you enough, may God bless your entire staff.

This is the 1st time that I went to Target and it was a wonderful experience. I found everything that I needed, ie, groceries, ironing board and hanging mirror. The price were great; when I asked a staff member where I could find a certain product, I was told the aisle # and which side the product was on. During checkout, I needed help to get it to the car. Checker called for customer help, the young man came and helped put it in the car. I have never had such service like this before.

Always clean and organized. They also have a great cashier Lauren H who was super patient and friendly. She deserves a raise!

Buyer beware. Black Friday prices went up as much as $30 for toys and tech items !! And stayed this way. Example a toy that was $70 a week earlier went up to $100 for Black Friday. In addition this Target restocks returned used items all the time, check your purchases especially if for a Christmas gift. Check to see all parts are included and item is working properly!

Excellent service. I’ve been using the drive up service and the Target associates have been great. I’m there a lot and Zane has been the associate who often brings my order out. He’s very polite and does a great job. I wish these workers could take tips. They certainly deserve them. I hope they know how much they are appreciated, especially during these times.

The guy that was putting up paper products today had a nonchalant type of attitude about himself when I asked if he knew where a particular item was. He showed me where the item was by pointing to it, but he seemed like it would kill him to speak or even acknowledge me talking to him in the first place. His presence just rubbed me the wrong way. The cashier, she was very nice and pleasant though

Jessica at the pharmacy said she didn’t feel “comfortable” prescribing prescribing my prescription. First they were out, now she returns my script saying she doesn’t feel comfortable. Isn’t it your job to prescribe medication with a prescription??

Can they please rename this Target? Like can it be called South Forsyth Target instead of Johns Creek or Suwanee. Its super confusing.

I have always loved this particular Target, unfortunately today I had a bad experience with a worker. I gave it a 4 star due to my experience today, not all short latinas are thieves and scolding plus a few things she said made my experience absolutely uncomfortable. Sat in my car for a few to come back from my emotions, I hope it was just with me and she doesnt do this to anyone else.

This Target was out of many of the things I needed but Grant in the grocery department was very helpful in helping me find substitute ingredients for my recipe! Very charming young man! I was also very pleased with the precautions this Target is taking to keep us safe during these trying times! Go Target!

Ive always enjoyed Target for the good selection and wide isles. Ill spend a bit more for the comfort. It is a bit of a joke that they dont open any checkout lines anymore. If I wanted to work here I would do self checkout but as I customer I want to have that service provided. Little disappointed.

Last week I came in the store because I was in the area and was so wonderfully surprised that I was greeted and helped by one of your associates (Diana) very professionally. She was helpful and kind and makes me change my opinion for the better of Target. Unlike, my store in Dunwoody, I was greeted and helped without a fuss. The associate mentioned was kind and took her time in showing me the merchandise I was looking for and made me buy more that I had planned for. Really great experience.

Just picked up an online order from my nearby Target. The ordering and pickup process was excellent. But, after scanning my phone the clerk goes over to a 3 ring binder to write down details from her device. I dont think the folks at Amazon are doing that. And you probably shouldnt be doing that either.

I love Target, but they continually discontinue or stop carrying items all the time and it is frustrating. What happened to the Target Brand Chicken burgers? They were so good! Why are there so many lines, but only 1 or 2 that are open everyday of the week. Open another lane!

Very well organized. The layout was unfamiliar to me, but once I started moving through the aisles, it became easier. The store was clean. I didnt notice items being shoved into areas that didnt belong. Overall, it was a good shopping experience at this location.

This target optical is horrible!!! My boyfriend has been trying to get his prescription (for contacts) for 3 days and each time he goes in the say the doctor isnt in HOW can you run a business without the doctor there!! They are the worst, dont waste your money here!!

No complaints about this specific Target. Did go into the store looking for Umberto hair products, but apparently they do not sell them anymore. Found an alternative. Everyone was friendly, no wait in line.

This target is absolutely amazing, especially on the Starbucks, Subway and Pizza Hut. All the employees is very nice and very helpful, as well as the food and drinks they offer here is excellent. I’d recommend coming here to buy food or anything really.

Always have multiple toddler shopping carts available and they are usually pretty clean. Needed help at the electronics Dept and pressed the help button since its not typically manned. Its says an associate would be there in 30 secs, he came in less than 15 all the way from customer service area.

I just had the best experience with Jen! I was headed to the airport for vacation and my glasses broke! I went into the store panicked and Jen immediately told me not to worry and that they would figure it out! She found frames for me and replaced them right away!
