I never thought I would go to a custom clothier. Why spend the extra money? I dont get it. I met Travis through a close friend that I respect. On a whim, after Travis asked in a very professional, non threating way, I agreed he could come by and show me a few things. Sure come on by, but in my mind I am thinking, I am not going to buy anything I admit I am cheap on many things, but I also believe, Buy it once, Buy It Right, and forget about it. I also would rather have ONE nice shirt or suit that I LOVE, that I feel great about, that makes me feel great, than to have 10 average shirts. I have bought some suits from Brooks Brothers and had them tailored to fit me, or so I thought. Travis told me, if you ever wear a suit I have made for you, you will never wear you other suits again....Guess what? He was right! ( I have some happy friends who I gifted my other suits to) Yes, the investment was a little more than I had paid in the past, but this suit from Travis was made for me, it fit perfect. I knew the second I put it on I loved it. The second I put it on! Yes, it made me feel better about me, the compliments I got for the suit, shirt, tie, were off the charts. I walked into a room and had some kind of new presence. People who I saw all the time came over to compliment me. I really couldnt believe it. The whole buying experience was better than I could have imagined. I am a small business owner and Travis taught me a few things about customer service, making a person feel special. I also Hate, a strong word yes,, but I hate shopping. Cant stand it. I have also not been wearing suits as much lately and needed some new business casual clothes. I had wasted so much time going to stores trying on clothes, not liking them, buying some and then returning them. My time is worth so much more than that. I truly thought about how much my time is worth per hour. this is crazy. I called Travis and asked him if he worked with business casual? YES! I was more happy to hear him say that than he was to say it I think. We set a time and I went to Traviss new location is Gwinnett, and it is first class. I walked in and he had everything ready for me. He even had a photo of me on the monitor. Talk about personal service. We spent more time than I expected there, because it went so smooth and easy. I had someone personally help me find what worked, what fit, what matched, what looked good and also tell me what didnt. I needed this. I walked away with several items and several more to be delivered when they are ready. I am writing this the next morning sitting in my office. I got up this morning and put on my new clothes. I got compliments from my wife and kids, and two other people I saw this morning, I walked in feeling extra good today. Thinking once again, Travis was right, I wont be wearing any of the other clothes I have that are business casual because I love the new ones I just got so much. Do the clothes can make the man. Will it make you feel better about yourself? Will it make people look at you with a little more respect and authority? Will it make you better about what you do, because you feel more confident in yourself and how you look and feel? I think it does. I know it does for me. I never thought I would have done this before, but this has been a true game changer for me. I am again, I very happy and satisfied customer. ( This is a true review. Travis is great! I dont have a need for new suits that often but when I do, I always call Travis. He doesnt try to sell me on anything, instead, he helps me really think through what I need, what will be in style forever, and whats the best bang for the buck. And, while the suits are great, I might like the custom shirts and perfectly fitting casual slacks, even more! I give Travis 5 stars but he deserves many, many more!
