My wife is wearing her 3rd pair of Hoka’sI am on my second pair of Hoka’s and we both purchased the OOFAS flip flops with arch support, as well as the Roll Recovery leg roller.I had a fit issue with my second pair and Edward and Rea were very accommodating with showing me other shoes. I asked him to measure again and found my left foot is 1/2 size larger than what I was wearing, thus the problem with the left not comfortable.The Hoka’s were more comfortable for me than all other brands, so after going up 1/2 size, it’s great now.Thanks for the great customer support.

I requested a shoe not in stock and Wade had my replacement pair in less than 24hrs available at the store! Plus, he gave me the difference in price back on my debit card. After having had problems with pain & inflammation in my feet for several years, someone told me about Big Peach. I never knew having the right or even wrong shoes could play such a huge part in the health of your feet. I NEVER buy shoes anywhere else. I am greeted with friendly help every time I enter and what a nice change to have someone (like the shoe stores when I was a kid) personally fit my shoe, lace my shoes & patiently help me find the right shoe for my feet. Spectacular!!! I heard it was a good place to go for running shoes, but man... good is not the word. I am a mountain biker new to trail running. They helped me settle right in to this sport. They ran me through a thorough fitting and measuring process, for no sale or fee, and educated me on my potential purchases. I couldve bought the shoes online from another source but the price was the same as the store and the Internet just isnt as friendly. I have stopped in for more tips as I build my body into running, and they remembered who I was with smiles. I highly recommend this place to others.Kindly,Steve

Michelle is amazing!!!! I have extremely flat feet and turned in ankles. I think for the first time in my life my lower body is actually aligned correctly! This shop is awesome, they arlctually sit down with you, measure your feet and talk about what you are needing shoes for. They watch you walk to determine how much support you need in your shoes and then bring several options to try on. They make sure you are comfortable and happy with your shoes and dont pressure you to buy.

Big Peach is more than just the place I go for running gear. Sometimes I just stop in to be with other runners. They give back more to the running community than any other specialty store! The staff is awesome, the learning opportunities are so helpful and their product selection is great!

Im currently training for a marathon. I was looking for the right shoes to complete the race. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Dina was very helpful and knowledgeable. After running on the treadmill she brought out all the shoes that were right for me. She was very helpful and even helped me pick out some nutritious snacks.

My go to place for walking/ running shoes. Staff is very friendly and informative for newbies like me. For your first time they give you a free evaluation, they will watch you run/ walk on a treadmill and recommend shoes based on your form/stride. The shoes i get here actually cheaper than they would be online.

What a great experience! Their professional, tech savvy set up gave me some great no pressure advice on which running shoe would best fit my gait and prevent some of the physical pain I have experienced as a result of using the wrong shoes. Felt like small business with their person to person sales team but the technology was as impressive as big city options.

Great people. Nice local shop. A little curious why they werent informative of all the Suwannee races. They should be out in front of it...put a white board out there with a list of all the many races. Let customers write on it...sponsor runs... Be out thrte selling before the races with energy chews... Confusing.

Had great employees seemed nice at first. Helpful staff who helped me trying on several crosscountry shoes. There were 2 that I wanted and right outta no where the manager comes and steals them away from me right as I was about to buy them. She sold them to someone who walked in after me. Well the employees are amazing but the manager.....if you dont want your shoes taken away from you then dont come here I mean I drove a half hour to leave mad with someone else wearing the shoes I had chosen. So mad

My family and I came into the store this afternoon to find a running shoe for my husband. Upon entry, no one greeted us or asked if we needed help as he was looking at the wall of shoes. It took until it looked like we were going to leave that we were noticed. He asked about a certain pair and was told after quite some time that it wasnt available in his size, which wouldve been fine if that wasnt the end of the customer service that was received from the one associate. Another gave him the highest priced shoe in store without really finding out what he was looking for or budget.I insisted that we leave if thats how were going to be treated if we were expected to drop $100+ on shoes. We ended up at Famous Footwear near our home instead and paid half of what yall asked with better service.Thats our first and last time to this store.

They sold me expired gels the day before a race. I didn’t realize until I tried to eat one mid race and it tasted nasty and stale, which is when I check the date. It was 85 degrees, and I was suddenly ten miles into a 50k and without half of the nutrition I expected to have. They refunded my money without question, but I was less than thrilled having to rely on aid stations alone instead of the hüma gels I had trained with.

This is my go-to running store since I moved to GA. The staff are very friendly and will work with you to find the perfect fit running shoes, shoe inserts and other products. They also have a group run and various events, this store is an integral part of the Suwanee community.

This store offers a great selection, but the true value is in the staff and the clinics, running groups, and other classes they offer. I highly recommend a stop here when shopping for running gear.
