I have been here multiple times now for contacts and glasses and each time the staff are all so accommodating and welcoming, well above the costly private practice of the west valley that I used to go too. And as I have worked with several opticians now and especially Dr. Habiby, he worked really hard to fulfill my lens Rx on a Friday around closing time when they were booked just before Easter holiday. They were booked all day and still successfully worked me in later on. I was getting ready to drive out of town. I ran out of contacts too soon. Props to them for making it all happen in one day.

I can only give 4 stars cuz I havent experienced their exam. I just brought a prescription and bought glasses. It was super fast and easy to pick and order the glasses and only took 6 days to get them. I got a super cheap pair but the prescription came out perfect and they glasses were awesome. They also offer a 1 year warranty on their glasses which is awesome too. Definitely will return any time I need to glasses

The Doctor was quick, precise, and humorous. These are the best contacts Ive ever had. Theres no reason to go elsewhere for triple the money. The staff was very friendly and running on time.

Staff is rude and have no idea what they are doing. There is one woman with gray hair, who has experience and is great with customers and everyone but everyone around her is oblivious and have no idea what they are doing. Horrible customer service. This placed used to be good unfortunately its trash now. I spent an hour to an hour and a half in their waiting room and saw another man almost as long as me and he was there before me.

From the moment I scheduled the appointment till the time I walked out the staff including the provider were rude. I had a scheduled appointment time they were overbooked and so my appointment was canceled!Poorly run! Horrible customer service!!Don’t waste your time here! You get what you pay for!! Spend more for proper service and expertise!

It was so refreshing to receive this genius level of customer service from Dr.Elhabiby and his team. From the moment I called and spoke to Charlotte to the end when they waited on me while I browsed for some sunglasses the experience was wonderful. Dr.Elhabiby fitted me for new contacts and glasses quickly, gave me a ten day supply and recommend an eye drops for my dry eyes. I am not from the area but I wish I were just so I could come here for my vision needs!!! 10 stars

This location is very bad service because i got eye exam last two week ago they told me whenever your glasses come we will call you but they didnt iam wait for like almost 3 week and then i cant wait so i call them they said is ready for your glasses i dont know business growth and service and iam not come back forevermore. Sorry for your bad 👎 service
