Always a pleasant experience here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even Dr. Smith, though she was very busy today. I thought she would be flustered but she didn’t treat me like someone she needed to rush through. She was thorough and personable. It was a good visit today and I look forward to coming back with my kids year after year.

Ive been getting my exams and glasses here for years. From the Dr to getting help picking the perfect glasses its a fun experience

I went into Target optical today to get more contacts and there really isn’t anyway to know who still needs to be helped and who is done everyone is just kinda standing around. One of the employees looked at me and said what do you need and I explained I need to get more contacts and he said we don’t sell contacts and I said oh I didn’t know that I got them here last time and he just walked away and then said I’ll help you in 15-20 minutes and said I was being rude because other people got there first and I said yes sir I am aware other people are here you asked me what I needed. It was a very rude and I will never again be going to target optical for my prescription. Awful experience.

Im very happy with their service. Doctor made sure I had the correct size contacts for my tricky prescription and all of the staff is very, very nice! I like the convenience of making an appt online. Get the insurance on glasses. Well worth the $35 for scratches or breakage.

Not sure why all the bad reviews but Dr. Smith was AWESOME. She is very personable and takes her time explaining things and answered all my questions. My husband comes to this location for her and this was my first time and I will definitely come back!!!! We drive about 30 mins to come here (even though there is a Target Optical about 5-10 mins away from us) because of Dr. Smith. Also, the staff on 11/7/20 was amazing, I believe the lady who helped us was Marie. She took her time with us and helped my husband find a pair of glasses (he tried 20+ on). We dont have our glasses/sunglasses yet but the 1st part of the experience was great.

I thought they were really good. The Dr. Was very professional and the ladies in the glasses area were nice. So idk what everyone is complaining about.

Very bad customer service. The girl that greeted us made us wait 40 min just to pick up our glasses and then we found out from somebody else that we didnt have to wait at all. If you go there make sure you have plenty of food, water and books to read.

They cant even make sure they have your phone number right to call you when your glasses are in and you spend over 500.00. you also explain that its very important because your child is having issues with there nerve and is in testing

Went for first time contact lens exam. “Guest Optician” conducted eye exam for glasses then said they lenses I needed (toric multifical) were very expensive and I should go somewhere else ( a specialist place) to get them fitted if that’s what I wanted. Also said target didn’t carry them. At the front counter, Charged for unneeded eye exam and told to come back....pay another exam fee.... and another doctor will fit them because the doctor in the back didn’t know what he was saying.Smelled a cluster brewing. Cancelled 2nd appointment. Never going back.Amateur hour.

I tried Dr Paris a year ago and I just called to make another appointment. I wear daily contact lenses and I needed a few sample lenses to hold me over until my appointment. I explained that my back up glasses were broken and I am legally blind without my contacts. He refused because I was slightly past my expiration date. I have been wearing contacts for over 20 years and I know my vision had not changed, nor was I experiencing any issues with my vision. The service there is a joke and I would not recommend Target Optical to anyone. Plus they automatically started scheduling me for appointments the day my prescription was up. They did not ask, they just scheduled appointment after appointment and called my phone leaving messaging saying I had appointments! I would never go back to Dr. Paris or Target Optical.
