Its ok.. its Walmart.. just get what you need and go.. dont expect anyone to know where anything is.. I cant count how may times I asked where something was, the representative tells me they dont have it. I go through the store myself and find it on the shelf. Better training is my recommendation..

The people working there were so helpful. I am disabled and a very nice man helped me get a mobile cart. And a girl at checkout took time to help me to the 👦 room so I give them both 5 stars 🌟 just was so 😫 cant recall names . I will try to find out and add to my 📫 profile

Had exactly what I wanted to take to a friend in Texas...Place settings of the Pioneer Womans jadeite dinner ware to match her custom table top. Hoping they arrive in one piece...very delicate, although I tried to pack it well. Glad I stopped.

This place can go either way I feel like their customer service is definitely lacking but the oversees prices can hardly be beat. They have a weir set up to get to the tire dept. You have to pull out opposite garden side and follow street around building. That being said found the best price on tires I will let you know how they hold up.

Every day is a wonderful day at Walley-World. Where ells can you find a entire store full if products and not item in the store is made in America. Its like a 99 cent store that dont sell anything for 99 cents. Or fast food that takes forever. 8 had a wonderful experience in our favorite wallmary

Love the convenience of ordering online and picking up my order. No waiting in lines for checkout. Online app is so easy to make a list and add things throughout the week. Pick up takes less than 5 minutes. Easy peasy! Thank you Walmart for this huge convenience!!!

This is a very nice Walmart. Sadly like most Wslmart there are not enough cashiers. So check outs take a long time. I waited ten minutes in line.

I have COVID, this is a great service. However, the grocery pickers need to be more diligent about finding the the items.One of my item they said was unavailable, but did not substitute. I had to call down there to before I picked up to make them find a substitute. Guess what they found????- my actual item I wanted!!! This just looks lazy.I don’t know how often I have substitutes of items I know are always in stock when I shop myself. Also, when you load the groceries, try to make it so they don’t fly everywhere on the way home or maybe tie the bags.Thanks!

Lady at checkout was rude and obnoxious... I think she was just having a bad day. We blessed her though when we left. She was actually laughing right before we left, praise God!

It was dirty. The kids working were yelling and cussing. I had 2 of my Great grand kids. They didnt like it there. Workers stood around and complained. The trash needed to be taken care of plus the floors and drink station. Bathrooms were bad. We will never go if it stays that way

Went grocery shopping today, with a cart of food i stopped at the deli for 2 types of sliced meat. There was a gal with some sort of faded pink or red hair that was an order picker she was ordering several types of slices meat from the deli lady. I stood there waiting...and waiting.. and waiting. They are looking at me waiting, said nothing. She received what I thought was her last order. Then she turned around to talk to another employee. Ok after about 8 minutes of waiting I look at the deli lady and said can I place my order now? She said I dont know if she is done. I said I dont really care.....the order picker turned around and the deli lady said are you done? Order picker said No I need just one more pound of Turkey. I said forget it and went to check out.Now dont you think that a customer waiting should be helped before an order picker with a large order, or many orders? The customer she was picking for wont come before the order is picked. Why should I have to wait? I was the only other person waiting!I would love to be contacted be the manager these people need some customer service training big time! So unexceptabke!

Had a mishap with my 91 year old mother in law but staff was very helpful and attentive to her to get her moving and finish the shopping. Must thank the manager, asst mgr and several employees for their help with this situation.

This is my go to Walmart spot. I am easily able to find everything I need and the layout is easy to remember.

Used the curbside pickup. It took less than 5 minutes from check-in to being loaded. They also have nice covered parking for curbside pickup.

I enjoy shopping Walmart. I like that they all are arranged the same way . No matter which store you go to I am not searching for what I want .

Huge Walmart, clean store.My elderly mother in law was with me and needed a martcart (scooter) but there were none available at the door. The door greater went and hunted one down and brought it to us and when we left the store they had also gathered up 5 more correcting the error to fruition. Good job.

The prices in produce are not marked properly. No price at all on candy apples. Miss marked grapes 2 different prices for the same grapes a nb missing prices on other things.

I had no idea that the store would not accept older $100 bills. I believe there is a way to check those, I could be wrong. Ill just have to stick with going to the Walmart where they know me. I went and bought all the chain I needed over at Home Depot without a problem. Thank You.Ohhh, the manager was a beautiful black lady, very tall and they were having an issue with the customer before me, so they were a lil flustered. I used to cashier as well and it was easy for me to tell fake ones from real real ones. Its all good.

This store is great for getting g what you need. They have it all. They do lack employee personality. The employees act like they all have amnesia. Which is why the 4 stars were given instead of 5 but I do recommend this store for all your shopping needs.

Went to pick up a prescription today encountered a extremely rude med technician and all I was trying to do was tell her that I’m sorry that some people are rude about putting the carts away and she made a snide comments refuse to give me her name and walked away when I spoke with the pharmacist I really felt that he treated me with a lot of in consideration and really didn’t take my complaint to heart. Customer service is nothing like it used to used to be. Our current society has no manners whatsoever and treat customers like they are an inconvenience when we are the ones that pay their salary. I can see why Walmart is going to self check out at this point because they are just is not any friendly customer service at this Walmart and surprise

I needed my battery replaced and went to the automotive center, there was Denise the cashier that was not friendly at all, told me I needed an appointment to get my battery replaced and that they didnt have any availability today. I asked her if she can at least check if my battery had warranty, she said she couldnt unless she had the battery. Good thing there was another employee by the name of Felix, I believe. He jumped in to our conversation and ask me if I got the battery installed there, I said yes and he said yes we can definitely look it up...Denise with attitude said, okayyy Felix rolled her eyes and told me shell help me at the other register. She couldnt figure it out until Felix came back out and she asked him for help. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and I appreciate that. Denise on the other hand, has no customer service skills, not friendly and it was obvious the didnt know what to do and didnt care to help me.

Wanted to buy a chest freezer but could get no one to help us Even the cashier said go pound sand.

This Walmart was out of our way but I really needed an item that the online site showed was available after not finding it at four other Walmarts. We also found like three other things that our local Walmart is always out of! Definitely coming back soon

Convenient and great one stop shopping for everything. They just need to stock up on Big red 12pack cans. Can never find red cream soda there. Other than that I like this WalMart.

Employees here seem to have a real hard time minding the social distancing laws. I understand when theyre stocking it happens oh well but when Im standing at a self checkout register with plenty of space around me and an employee walks past and basically brushes up against me (TWICE) thats not cool at all. Seems to happens alot at this location. Ive respected the 6 foot rule since the day it became a thing, I dont understand why its so hard for others to do the same. Disgusting

Just went to pick up a gallon of milk. Didnt have to wait in line this time. It would have been a perfect trip if I didnt have to go all the way to the back corner of the store to get a gallon of milk.

Waited to have a Walmart and glad they finally opened here in Parker. I do wish they had some healthier choices available. They are a little light on vegetarian options especially in their dairy section.

The cleanest and most well stocked Walmart that I have ever shopped in. Even the employees were friendly. And the prices on groceries beat out Frys!

It doesnt matter if I go early or late the cat food selection is in dire need of some Friskies can food. Very bare shelves none that my cats eat. Its not just this one either. Im going g to have to start ordering online.

Great fast service for online orders being picked via the contactless option. Just a side note I did have a truck stolen from there when it was left in the parking lot overnight. Police told me at that point there security cameras dont go past the first row its just dummy cameras so they couldnt review any footage to see who took it. So watch your surroundings, it can be deceiving cause this area is a pretty nice area overall close to retirement communities

In and out finding items I needed. Only at Walmart do I find big bags of sugar free Cough Drops.

I had a question about swimming caps, but noone seemed to know how to help me... they had me walking back and forth in the store, tracking up (much needed) steps. I finally got assistance from a team lead (after asking 3 other employees). Im sure glad he was restocking the Lottery machine!

Not a Walmart fan but my mother wanted to do some shopping. The selected this location for its proximity to the senior citizen community in an effort to better Ensure that the patrons shared a common respect of the current covid-19 pandemic. Was pleasantly pleased to see most everybody of maintaining a proper social distance and wearing their masks.Note; see photo for a design flaw in their alternating 1 way grocery aisles

I actually came here with my sister and brother in law to do some midnight Christmas shopping for the family and such and this Wal-Mart was very well stocked which made me super pleased because it seems like every other Walmart Ive been too has empty or bare shelves. My only complaint is that they were full but messy shelves lol but thats a given during this time of year. I did purchase this awesome gift for my 4 month old and being such a spoiler myself I couldnt wait for him to have it at Christmas and he loves it!!!

It has everything you could possibly need for home. The cost is amazingly low for items. High quality. I even found very cute clothing items for low cost.

This store is ok, the shelves are not as stocked. A tad bit cleaner than most Walmart.I dont understand the Walmart shared one entrance and exit only.It doesnt help with social distancing rules. It actually makes it worse. Bring everyone in one door and out the other entrance. Keeps a much better control of the flow of traffic going in and out. Also allows more space for distancing. And get staff to police the mask requirements in the store. Yes its better than Costco. But still.. a few that dont wear them once in the store. Id also get rid of the island bins. As those are near impossible to keep virus free. And everyone is digging for gold. Good example is the hot wheel bins..

I needed a Christmas tree stand. $50 Home Depot, very fancy metal, perfectly functional ones at Walmart $8 & $15.We went through the self check, which was sterilized between each customer. They are doing a Great business and taking the pandemic seriously. I was very impressed. Good job Walmart!
