To the short employee who has a hat on wile he works and glasses with a bad attitude please quit, you look and smell as disgusting as your attitude to customers. I used to go here everyday but he makes me feel so uncomfortable with his comments I will no longer be doing business at Target at Surprise I’ll stop bye the one in happy valley on my way home from work until I feel comfortable knowing he is not watching me.

Target had the items Ive been looking for and all other stores were sold out. Targets app is user friendly and had great deals on items I needed to buy. My drive up order was correct and delivered to my car quickly by a friendly team member!

Easy store yo get around abd really great and helpful employees.

The store didnt update its stock. I purchased an item I needed for a teachers workshop. When I went to pick up the item, it wasnt there, I was told I can go to the next closest Target (45 minute drive, there and back 90 minutes) I didnt have time to do this. I called the customer service line. I was transferred to someone here in Arizona, who offered to just cancel my order. No apology, nothing. Target what happened to your customer care? So in response, cancel my red card.

I order something online for pick up and they gave it to me used and open! I didnt see it till I came home and wanted to open it and well it was open already and used! Smh i called to let them know and they hanged up on me! This isnt right as idk what it has or anything.

Target should spend more time focusing on their stores and spend less time being woke. Stores have become garbage.

My local Target is always clean, organized and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a big box store. Walking down the aisle looking for a refrigerator filter a manager took me half way across the store straight to it. During the walk there and back I must have been greeted by 3 different associate types who said hello and asked me how my days was going. They sought out eye contact and did not avoid it even though they were working (stocking etc). I got in the car and called my wife I was so impressed. However the managers are training these people, please keep it up!

There is this guy named Jack stocking some powered drinks that willingly helped me get 2 bars of big Toblerone in the back room. He could have said oh sorry whats out there is what we only have but no. He pulled out his scanner, scanned the product and went at the back room to find/get what I needed. Thank you for training the staffs to care.

I visited to see what options I had to exchange a set of boys pajamas that came apart at the seam during the first wash, before my son could even wear them. I had no receipt so I was anticipating a lot of push back, but Elsa at customer service was super nice, and offered options, and showed me how my target app saved my in store purchases. I had no idea and she made it so fast and easy! The whole transaction was so fast and I was able to replace my sons new favorite Spider-Man pajamas. The service was great, but the attitude was even better. I’ll return to this store specifically for this reason.

This Target is my go too for everything. I always find what I need and usually find what I want and what I didnt even know I wanted! Thank you Target for your extensive cleanliness during this trying time in 2020.

Slowest drive up service everrrrrr. At least a 10 minute wait everytime I come to pick up items. Very ridiculous.

Everything wasnt look organized. Especially at fashion section for children. It is surprised me because most stores I have visited in Surprise looked so neat and clean. The staffs were nice and friendly but couldnt keep up the store to the level of neat. They actually had more items compared to the store at Peoria Crossing. It if you came from West 60 take road to West Bell Road and it is easy to see from the road.

The store is clean and well organized mostly, but the restrooms are disgusting and obviously not cleaned often. The parking lot is madness. Also, due to the proximity to Sun City, this store is frequented by horrible, entitled geriatrics, who are above common courtesy. I’d avoid this store if you’re younger than 70.

I find it interesting that the Surprise Arizona Target location doesn’t seem interested in selling their stock. Correct me if I’m wrong, when you order product to stock your shelves, the entire purpose is for someone to come in and purchase it. Correct? However, upon checking out tonight with roughly $400 worth of candy, movies, clothes, Halloween toys for the little ones too small for candy, and other miscellaneous items. We were pleasantly greeted with an eye roll, huffing and refusal to sell. Because, “it’s meant to bring people in”. If I’m not mistaken, it’s also, “meant to be purchased.” Setting aside the refusal to sell product, regardless of the fact that I have literally never had a single issue purchasing the last of something before, because again, it’s ordered, to be sold. The blatant disrespect and rudeness that was shown by an employee, who clearly couldn’t be bothered to be made to do his job, is unacceptable. Speaking from a customer service manager, there is absolutely zero reason or excuse, for a customer service employee, to ever, disrespect a client so blatantly. Especially in an economy as such, and when that client is clearly there so you can continue getting a paycheck. It’s absurd that the excuse “I can’t sell you these because I need them on my shelf to bring people in.” Was used. Clearly, it brought people in, people who wanted to buy in stock to set up for the Halloween extravaganza my mother sets up every year, looks forward to every year, and goes out of her way to purchase as much candy as possible to make sure she never runs out for anyone walking around on Halloween, and we’re turned away by someone too busy being the literal definition of a millennial, and a disgrace to every single other hard working, dedicated, polite 20-30 year old giving all they can in their job to make the customer happy. Enjoy having your stock left on your shelves Surprise Arizona Target. So, incredibly sorry to have wasted your time attempting to purchase your product.

They always get my pick up order right, the return customer service department is hassle free, they have a great selection of everything, store is always clean and the associates are always friendly. What more can you ask for?

Jazmine and Zittle Service in Engagement Leads are fantastic. I overheard them talking about teamwork. As a past lead in my previous position, I know about “Teamwork”. Teamwork and communication are the essentials to being excellent leads. I came very close to asking for an application because I would love to work for both these ladies. Unfortunately, I’m disabled and I can not work at this time. These ladies are they excellent example of what a true leader is. My congratulations two these two fine ladies and Target for having such an inspiration as leads. These ladies should be Managers with an excellent pay rate and should be training more employees to be leads.

Checkout was AWFUL. There was only 1 register open, with 6 people in line and 20 people waiting in line at the self checkout!

Refusing to allow customers to return products that are not working or dont work for the purpose purchased is unacceptable. I could see if it was helping the current situation but it isnt, the time frame shows this is a scam to hold money for a month to collect interest on it for products that would otherwise have been returned and a loss would have resulted, but instead they are using this to make sure they make a profit. This is disgusting for a corporation to do this, if this was actually helping Lowes, Home Depot, Frys, Walmart, and every other store would be doing the same thing. Think about that for a minute!!!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service at the Guest Services desk. I called this location three separate times and was hung up on each time after asking to speak with a manager, and was never helped with my inquiries.

You need to pay attention to the electric shipping carts. I had gone into the store and ALL of the carts are dead. 01/09/2020: I returned to the store and STILL all of the electric shopping carts are DEAD!!! PLEASE take care of this!!

I brought in a cell phone that I had bought a week previous that did not work. Michelle in the tech department not only replaced it with another phone but also kindly called the provider and registered the phone including setting up the voice mail. She did this with the utmost courtesy both to me and the provider. Michelle is an intelligent, talented, efficient and patient Target employee.

Really this store has gone down hill. Out of everything on their ad and no not what the hoarders are hoarding either. Nothing we came for was in stock. Mens wallets, sandals, etc. Store is a mess and their customer service is in their masks. Nothing there. They have become a Walmart with their dirty store and employees are not welcoming only rude. Welcome to another Walmart.

Refusing a return on an item that was a manufacture defect is horrible. The Management said to contact target.com so I did and it was a joke. They said they cant entertain the situation because it had to be returned within the store. They can only return items purchased online. Making an exception for manufacture defects should be something the store should think about. Purchasing items that are packed in a box we dont know what we are getting in to until the box is opened. I dont understand how other retailers are still accepting returns and exchanges but TARGET is the only one not accepting it. This place is a joke, and so is their online. Now what am i suppose to do with something thats broken that my 1yr old cant utilize???????????????????????????

Havent been in this target for a while so had to look for what I came in there for. I started out just looking around now I have a women following me. I leave that area go through the Halloween area put 3 items in my cart now I havent found what Im looking for yet. So leave there in hunt of a shower Matt. Now I have,a guy following me and I,mean right behind me. I stopped looked at him so then he went beside me. Now one of two things are going on here. They think Im a shop lifter or there wanting to grab my purse. I took one item out of my cart paid for it and left. This was pretty discusting. If I need to go to Target I will go to the Lake Pleasant Target.

Target really is superior to almost any other chain store. I always tell me friends that while the others may sell things you need, Target sells the things you actually want. This particular location is rarely too busy and always has more than enough parking making it ideal both for quick trips to the store and long shopping sprees.

I was in and out in less than two minutes. During this crazy busy season this was record braking time! On top of it all my items were there just as the email stated, they checked my identification and the customer service was wonderful. Thank you Target!!

Terrible store. Our family will never shop at a target again. Weve had a few incidents here but this last one really takes the cake. They had advertised a special on games and toys in the aisle, so we went and picked out more than enough stuff to qualify. We go through checkout and the clerk informs us that deal is for online only. Ok, thats stupid, why advertise in store.So we go onto target and make the order as well. Still no discount . We call and speak with the manager and she tells us that special is for in store and only if you have the target app. So we wasted several hours and in the end had to go elsewhere for our Christmas shopping anyway. It was an awful experience, and while Ive always had little problems with target this one really took the cake. Stay away at all costs.

Lots of parking. We were in and out quick enough. Traffic is always busy at rush hours. Stores are nice to shop at. Target is a very clean store and people working there are helpful.

The selection and friendliness of the staff are very important to me and this particular Target has definitely stepped it up for the better. I’ve lived in this area for roughly 5 years and it seems only until recently that my shopping experience has gotten better with this particular location. They seemed to have cleaned house and brought on a lot of new employees and new management that actually seem to enjoy their jobs which is always a plus.There is a particular employee who’s been with this store for some time by the name of Andre that is just awesome. He is always friendly and very professional. He is able to assist with any inquiries and he should be the example / template that all other Target employees strive towards.I would highly recommend this location to my fiends and family.

I came in and explained my friend already had received the item in question, no hassle the item was taken and the debit returned to my card. It was a very simple and easy experience.

Target has a great variety of household items at great prices. I bought a bunch of storage bins from them to assist in my move. The products are good quality and the service in the store was great.

Would give it zero stars if I could. They told me that my daughter wasnt special needs and she cant use it. What kind of store lets you use whichever bathroom you feel like using for the day but not able to use a cart at the front of the store in plain sight?

I used the car pick-up option...It was, free SO EASY and a life-saver!!!

Me and my family of 7 have been shopping at this target for the last 4 years. We have bought everything between daily necessities to really expensive Electronics. I bought a couple pairs of pants for my daughter online and when they came in one of them was ripped so we came in today to exchange them for the same pair but they didnt have her size again in store. When I went to return them and customer service. They could not exchange them for the same pair and have them either delivered to me, delivered to any store or pick up from whoever had then tin stock. I wanted this done because If I would get a refund they would subtract from it the 10 dollars because of the coupon. There was no way to get the same pair of pants for the price that I paid. I just find that really ridiculous especially with a store like Target. A store like Sears whos a bankrupt company and going out of business could do this in a heartbeat but Target cant I just find that hard to believe. With nothing to do I got a 10 dollar refund for a 20 dollar pair of jeans. You 100% lost a daily customer today.

Great place to work at if you want to work your butt off and get minimum pay. The management treats you like a child. Dont be close to any family because if you are and they die you should expect to lose your job. Expect favoritism, write ups and lots of coaching. Avoid this job and go literally anywhere else. Also avoid this store if you dont want to be talked about after you leave. If your coupon doesnt work or you make a cashier flip a light you will be trash talked once you leave. Michelle is the worst and attacks targets other front end workers and customers if they have a wrong coupon. If you spend more than 20 minutes in the store you will be followed be the LP. Almost none of the registers work properly and god forbid if you have a dirty card chip or one of four coupon types.AVOID THIS TARGET AT ALL COSTS DO NOT WORK HERE OR SHOP HERE!!!

Used self checkout. Had a gift card that did not fully cover purchase price. It was confusing about how to use credit card, combined with gift card. For the record, I did not ask for help. Two employees were three feet from me, and observed my frustration. Neither offered to help. They were too busy discussing their love life. Why let work interfere with personal business?

Went to purchase a tv and it didn’t fit in my car. A gentleman named Josh kindly transported the tv in the back of his truck a few miles down the road to my house in order to help me out. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Outstanding customer service.
