The sales associate was very nice and helpful! He told me where I could find the Halloween candy and also with other items I needed! I didn’t get his name but he was very nice compared to other dollar general stores I’ve been to.

As everyone who appreciate a great store where you can find awesome bargain, you should visit Dollar General. I enjoy shopping here for certain things, I went over this weekend and found so many deals @ 70% off, including Christmas decorations. Spring is reaching its way soon enough and this is the time to find all of your new yard and home decoration, the prices are fantastic here.So, stop by for a stroll around the store and Im sure theres a great chance youre going to be satisfied. I recommend it. A+

Manager needs to assess the wait time. One cashier is unacceptable. Line backs up and there is no additional help.

Prices are great as well as selection but sometimes the line is long to checkout and there is always only one person working there.

Im unsure of this place. I really only go becayse they have a wide variety of flavored bubble water. The first time I went we met with Jenny and she was extremely friendly but every time after that she has not been. We have met with a lovely woman, and we spoke of our kids and her sons love for the orange water. She was chatty, friendly and knowledgeable.

Needed some food items that the local grocery stores didnt have. Dollar General had most and so had paper products. Very nice young man who was the cashier. He greeted customers with a big smile. This is the Sunrise location.

The supervisor at this location truly understands customer service. I appreciate the time and patience that she took to blow my birthday balloons up and help me put the balloons into my car. Shouldnt going above and beyond be the norm.

Upon entry one of the cashiers got into a verbal arguement with a customer. The customer left extremely upset. The two cashiers were talking. One cashier says. I know how to fight my fear is that someone will come back with a gun. The other cashier assured her she had her back. Just horrible

Absolutely LOVE this location. Its big, clean, and organized. Only reason for 4 stars is because the last couple of visits, the staff didnt seem to be too attentive. A simple hello, let me know if you need help would be nice vs continuing with their irrelevant conversations and ignoring our existence. Im really big on customer service and I dont get a warm fuzzy feeling from here howeverI had a return that the mgr processed so quickly and I thanked her for that and their work to keep the store nice. She was genuinely grateful and that was nice.

First time in this store and it was a horrible experience. It appears that they were in the middle of restocking the shelves because they had boxes plied up in almost every isle that you couldnt walk down to find anything. One isle had broken down shelves stacked up on the floor leaning up against a made shelf. Theses broken down shelves fell while a women was looking at items on the shelf. The sad part is that no one working there came to see what happened... if that lady was ok... or to pick up the fallen shelves. Supposed the shelves had fell on her or cut her. No one would know because they didnt stop what they were doing to investigate the loud crashing noise. The customer service at this location is terrible. This is upsetting because other stores nearby had wonderful customer service.

Not really a place Id recommend to shop. The store isnt in the best shape. Its has a dirty feel and is poorly lit. Not anything worth buying here than to a regular store or even another dollar store. Id recommend dollar tree. And the people who work here are kinda rude and not caring. Always a long wait in line, feels like you lose hours in this place.

Great deals and good customer service. Reason for the 4 stars is because they need more lighting in the parking lot for safety.

Visited this Dollar General today after living in the area for fifteen years. Their website said they had Mountain Dew Voltage. I drove there after dinner and found they didnt have what I was looking for. Too bad the inventory list is not up to date on their website.
