Worst Experience EVER!!! I walked into the store asking if they had complimentary mask. Was told no which wasnt the issue I figured that much.They all looked confused as to why I was asking about Complimentary Mask So I kindly explained that a lot of stores are doing now just thought you guys might as well.I was met with the rudest response - Older Latin Lady asked if I had a problem. I was shocked I said No maam I dont have a problem do you? - her response was CALL THE POLICEThese are the exact words she said to the other cashier. As they both were working behind the register at the time. She was sitting on the floor handling products. While the younger lady was standing up tending to the register.I wish I was lying about this.A simple run to the store for some quick supplies for my home business turns into a nightmare.I doubt anyone even cares because as soon as I got home I called Customer Service only to be met with leave a messageThis specific store is HORRIBLE I try my best not to ever go to this one. But I was so close I had no choice. This is not the first time Ive had a bad experience here.So I wont stop trying to get something done here - Ill call and write whoever I need to at this point.
Brought two items at store#02840 yesterday. Got home put my bag down couple hours later, pull only one item from my bag, where is my other item. No holes in my bag, check the floor,the car nothing.went back to the store on two seperate times, to get some answers. They did show me the video, the chasher ring up my items bc I do have the receipt. But I am still short one item. Dont make any sense.
Family dollars Management needs better management. Short Hispanic lady with glasses very rude. This lady whom I have displayed common courtesy as we always should. She has stated that she is the store Manager, Supervisor, and Corporate 🤣🤣🤣☹ My reason for this post, is to bring Awareness to rudely store managers, that believe the public has no VIOCE.As community locals, we get to experience family dollar associates working on their good days and on their bad days. I can understand, We as individuals experience good and bad days.However, I refuse to be the punchingbag on any employees bad day. Therefore, I will continue to use this platform as a vioce for telling, and here is why? Sometimes we as individuals, become so comfortable with our advancement in good leadership, so we easily forget that you also Have a SUPERIOR. I am sure they will like to discuss your behavior regarding Customer relations and the community that you believe will never be heard from 🤷🏿♂️
Due to covid I didnt want to touch the credit card machine there was so many finger prints on there.i asked the clerk if she could either wipe it off or touch debit for me she rolled her eyes and sighed really deep as if I as a paying customer was giving her a problem. The crazy thing is when I walked up she asked me if I can give her a moment while she stock the gum i said sure. Now I ask for something its a problem. And she had wipes.if I didnt need anything for my niece virtual learning i wouldve left everything.
It is our family’s opinion; there is a collusion of a theft ring amongst some employees at this University Plaza location.It is our experience to have fallen victim, at least twice. When in fact, we may have unwittingly been victimized as many times as we have patronized the Family Dollar at this location—which are countless.My frustration is; it is near impossible to reach anyone for immediate or forthcoming resolution to our experience. And/or, at a minimum and for self-serving purposes; identify if in fact, the corporation itself is a victim as well.I reach out to all who suspect they too, have been victimized.I humbly request acknowledgment from Family Dollar. As, my experience is; at least at this location, there is no phone number for customers to physically reach this location.Thanks for your time,Valerie Morris
The workers were very nice and professional but the supervisor, at least I believe she is with the glasses was very rude and inconsiderate. Went out of her way to come off aggressive and limit Clorox I tried purchasing. Meanwhile I have a sick grandmother at home and she still wouldn’t allow me to purchase what I needed. Disgusting!
Its family dollar.... just a low end chain
Currently, if you have the family dollar app you are allowed 4 accounts per phone, OR 4 coupons for one item as long as you use different emails. At the register we decided to do diffrent transactions so we could use all 4 coupons. We were told that we could only use two numbers because. We decided to just show the pop up which clearly says 4 accounts allowed per device to which we were told I dont know how you did that but ive been working here for years and that not how it works.
Not everything is a dollar, but is worth shopping at Family Dollar. Every time I go in is usually for a few things and end up with a whole lot more. They carry a great selection of home goods, I love getting my dawn dishwashing liquid there because I get it at a better price. Basically all of my detergents and air freshener (fabreze) scented candles, during the Christmas season I go nuts in here. Its inexpensive and a great place for shopping. If youve never visited this place, you dont know what youre missing. So stop by and take a look. I guarantee youll enjoy your shopping experience.
The WORST experience Ever with Store manager Nellie Gonzalez and cashier Belkis. Store associates are very Rude and Disrespectful. Purposely talks about customers in Spanish. Refused to allow rest room access due to African Americans steal. So because she thinks People Steal if they use the Restroom. Seriously To day someone access to Restroom because you assume one would steal is DESCRIMINATION. That store is disgusting and I would never spend one Penny again in this store. I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected in my life. BELKIS threatened me by saying Im from New york what the hell does being from NY have to do with anything. I will see it that Corporate addresses these inconsiderate, disrespectful and racist associates are held accountable for their behavior. I am disgusted and I will never shop at Family dollar again. Sometimes a long line and maybe not the friendliest staff but a good store.
If I could give this place a zero or -100 I would. The way the store manager at store # 05608 treats her customer base if horific at best. Somebody better get her under control. Yelling and cursing at customers is unethical as it comes. Never shopping there again. I will go to CVS ore Walgreens and gladly pay the higher rates. This has shaken me to the bone.
