I love this place. So peaceful and serene. They have an assortment of ceramic pots and bowls to pot your orchids. They do a fabulous job of arranging your orchids in the pot. customer service is excellent.

I do not recommend this location for online pick-up. I checked in and waited 30 minutes. Tried calling in many times and went to voicemail. If you have another option, go that route.

This is a large Walmart with a bigger selection of merchandise. I scored 6 large boys t-shirts for $2 a pop to exercise in so I am a happy camper. They also had waterproof sandals for the rainy season that were sold out in the Walmart by me. Very happy camper!

The walmart look great inside, I think the beef area is a little small for them to have more selection!

They are the only one who had the purple top silk almond creamer coffee no one has it not in publix only one Walmart in sunrise and I took all the last 4 bottle I was in Wal-Mart in broward they dident have so the guy help me find wich walmart have so thats was nice of him👍

Walmart has the worst customer service out of any store I usually visit. Good products but youre on your own when it comes to actually getting assisted. Make sure bring your phone to use Google to answer your questions

I just wanted to say that the assistant over at garden were beyond helpful and pleasant to talk to. They helped me get my propane tank replaced effortlessly. This is the only Walmart left that still does well in customer service in my opinion.

Always well stocked and clean. Its always an issue with not enough registers open, but I like to shop late in the evening and during the weekdays. Employees always go out of their way to assist you. I havent come across any problems at this location. Probably because Im not looking for any ha! Great job Sawgrass team!

I prefer to avoid Walmarts due to their notorious opposition to employee Unions, which if all I have read is true, goes to great lengths and extremes. My visit yesterday was for something I was certain they would carry but sadly their selection was very slim.

Its a one stop shop. Great prices, shelves always well merchandised. And the people working there work as a team, the store runs smooth as far as getting information on where to find what you are looking for. The store is always clean. And presentation, and cleanliness is very important to a shopper. Good job WALMART.

Near Sawgrass store. The store was clean, the Associates were very manageable. All the items were set up neatly. The best part is it didnt 30 minutes to stand in line and get checked out. The staff was very efficient.

Personal for me is that the products are starting to become more expensive you dont get help by no store personal they trying not to see you or if you talk to them or trying to asked them something they walk away and never seen again and the fact that after you finish your shoping and you are on your way out of the store some one of the personal staff stop you to see wat you buy and see your receive of purchased is feels like youre stilling something is telling me that they dont trust there own customers is not a good experience and they get mad at you if you dont want to show them the receive for my personal view that is not a good customer service hope this help and i will go every day and every day make a new review and also i will start taking photos of the store

Do not order anything on-line for store pick. I ordered one thing at 10 a.m. it is after 5 p.m. Still no email or text message that my 1 item is ready for pick up. Called at 1:30 p.m. to find out what was going on and the woman told me to call back later. Called back at 5 p.m several times and no one answers the phone. This is one of the many reasons why I hate shopping at Walmart

Supercenter was busy. Many of the customers wore mask including myself. Social distancing was being followed. The cashier was very helpful. I was able to find rhe item needed. All employees wore mask.

I will assume this is a tremendously busy store. There was VERY little produce of any kind. There were no tomatoes, bananas or strawberries. The shelves were about two thirds empty. It was very much like the beginning of the pandemic. I would not recommend a visit to this location.

Clean and organized. Not that many empty shelves as some Walmarts. I was able to get all my items, so that was a plus.

I went to look for a carry-on luggage. I found the perfect Swiss carry-on products. There was actually no one in line. And I was in and out in 15 minutes.

This Walmart is going down hill. There are lots and lots of very noticeable stock shortages. The store generally looks messy...I.go there only because it is close by. One notable pet pieve...they keep asking to see.my receipt after I have paid for the merchandise...it is VERY VERY ANNOYING and I have started to refuse to show.it. I understand their security concerns but really?...

A Walmart Supercenter with a garden department attached. All you would imagine Walmart to be. Now has self checkout as well. If there are long lines dont forget you can checkout everything in the Garden Center too if paying by card. A good way to avoid lines.

Very busy store. Its located close Sawgrass Miles Mall.So its busy because of touris from around the world.

The shelves are empty cannot find anything they used to have. The faded glory line of clothes needs to be brought back. There is no reason for me to go there any more. All the stuff they used to have is gone. No shoes curtains I used to get, no pillows and sheets I used to get, no curtain rods, no storage bins . I can go on and on and on .

This store always has shortages. You cant find what you want. One thing that this store, along with several other Walmart stores dont seem to carry anymore is wild bird seed. Their pet supplies are severely lacking for everything but dogs. Every time I look for anything for birds, there is little to nothing on the shelves. They have cockatiel seed and several other kinds, but no wild bird seed; or, if they should happen to have a bag, which is rare, its the tiniest little bag. They dont have any large bags of wild bird seed.Its not just bird seed either. They just dont properly stock their shelves. Its as if no takes inventory, or their system doesnt seem to record what is being purchased so they can restock properly. Im always annoyed when I come out of this store because I cant find what Im looking for.

Went there yesterday for the last time. I have shopped there since they opened and they get worse and worse. Most of their employees are rude and act like you are in their way when trying to shop. There is a female employee named Karell ( not sure of the spelling) who is incredibly rude, shes always nasty and tries to say shes doing her job but she is rude and nasty. We have spent a lot of money at that store, Im done.

Yesterday was my first shopping experience in this particular Walmart store and I was highly disappointed. I depend on a motorized cart to traverse a store as large as Walmart and had to wait almost 40 minutes before one was available. It appeared that there was one cart that was inoperable and only 2 others that were in workable condition. The greeter in the front of the store was completely and obviously disinterested in helping me in any way.I found the womens department to be totally disheveled with items in the wrong place and much more than an acceptable amount on the floor. The rest of the store did not appear as clean as the many other Walmarts I have shopped at. I would hesitate to revisit this store.

Walmart policy has drastically changed. They won’t accept any returns if anything looks even slightly worn. Anything without a receipt they will give a few cents to a dollar for. Best advice: keep your receipts they are sticklers for receipts now...

Absolutely disgraceful! We scheduled curbside pickup yesterday and were notified late last night that there would be a delay but 1 item was ready. My husband went to the store and they refused to release it because the pick up department was not available. They advised after making him wait 40 minutes to call back today at 8am when they opened. He has been on the phone between the physical store and Walmart.com since 8am. He finally had to go back to the store with walmart.com on the phone to get someone to help him. Long story short they didnt have the items and told him it would take 5 days to get the refund of over $600. Honestly were a growing family but the seemingly lower prices are not enough of a reason to be treated the way we were. His call was ignored, transferred or left on hold for more than 1 hour. I understand the influx of online orders and picks because of covid but the lack of empathy or basic decency was unacceptable. We will not be returning and I hope if you read this you consider finding a retailer who actually cares that you choose to spend your hard earned money with them.

This location could be a bit more clean, organized and customer friendly. I dont like how 2 hours before the store closes they close all the assisted checkout lanes and force everyone into the self checkout. Employees wonder around and nobody seems to be available for customer assistance.

Its walmart. Cant go wrong here. Its got a lot of foot traffic all the time. Very busy one. But food nonetheless.

Rush hour shopping with 3 regular lanes open. Doesnt fail which Walmart location you go to they have the same staffing issues. Tons of people stocking shelves that always seem empty, but never anyone to get you out quickly enough from Hellmart. Reminds me why Id rather pay more and be broke shopping at Publix or Target.

I like Walmart generally because they purchase a variety of item you cant find elsewhere. But, Deli needs help one person working out of many items. The wait happens often. Adding to my review today went in at 715 am deli wasnt open lady said due to scheduling mix up they were shorthanded. Half hour later they still couldnt fix their scheduling problems. Ive heard about these new devices called phones, you could possibly use them to call people to come in to work. I think a manager department change is needed

This is a lovely change of pace. It is so nice to get my Walmart brand grocery items without having to try to pass through all the other departments in a Super Center. It is a terrific option. *** In addition, the staff here was helpful and kind!

When I was last weekend they had a ton of expired product. I wanted to buy turkey meat and it was all expired and so when I went to get beef instead that was expired or was expiring that day. There was no one working in that department and when I told the women who was “greeting” at the front door because I couldn’t find anyone else her response was “oh, I don’t know”. I asked her if she could let management know and she just stood there and didn’t respond to me. In the past the employees have been very nice and helpful but that has changed unfortunately.

For a year and 6 months, I had not entered or bought in a Walmart, until a relative asked me to go and pick up an order. I thought you would probably see an improvement in your E-commerce service but I was wrong !! The order was wrongly processed, my family member return to the store and wait for 45 minutes for the associates to determine the problem !! In the end, neither the associates nor the manager on duty knew what had happened to the order and couldn’t even refund the money! For that and many other reasons is that Walmart can never compete with Amazon or Target when it comes to online service! HORRIBLE!!

I always like to go to that store at Sunrise Sawgrass, you check out fast and they always have what youre looking for on the shelves. I went to several stores to look for Pure Leaf caffeine free tea they didnt have it. In that particular store I found the tea. I would like to thank the team over there, you are doing a good job.

The deli help is horrendous. A woman kept walking past me not offering assistance for 10 minutes. Twice she said she was going to get me help. From the looks of it the person was late coming in. I was told give me a few minutes when she came in. So after 15 minutes I was finally assisted. Why is there not more help there especially on a Saturday??

Love saving money at Walmart. If you arrive at the right time the experience is not unpleasant due to crowdsWas disappointed in the increase of Pennington wild bird seed though. It went from 15 dollars and change to 19 dollars and change since last visit, few weeks ago. That is quite a jump in price for the same 40 lb bag.

You can get in and out do your full grocery shopping list within the hour no lines to if you shop between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m.

I was supposed to get Curbside Pickup for a package. There are no signs posted to direct you to the Curbside Pickup area. The parking spots are not clearly marked. They have little white signs in the spots which were hard to see. One of the spots was full of carts so I had to go in the store to pick up my item after I went looking for a parking spot far from the entrance. I chose Curbside so I didnt have to get out of my car.
