Recently discovered the usefulness of this neighborhood store that l once visited a while back and, to put it politely, was a mess!!Ive discovered LastCall online and their prices are fair and reasonable. Theres free shipping to the NMLC store (of your choice) for easy pick up (if you want to avoid shipping charges to your home if your order is under the minimum requirements.)I just get an email from them when my item(s) have arrived in their (Brooklyn Heights) store, and I have 7 days to pick up or - the item is returned and refunded to the credit/debit card used to purchase online. Neat!Oh, and their staff are ever so kind, patient, and polite!!!

Nice store, well stocked & not overwhelming, nor junky. I appreciate the quality of the the products offered, feels like Im getting my moneys worth. Great staff! (Shout outs to Fatima & Calvin!)

I always get good deals there. I recommend rather than online, I just like going to the store. You do have to go through quite a few items to find the ones that will be steals but its so much worth it! Weekends can get pretty busy so if you can try to go on weekdays. Generally this is not the same merchandise as the main Neiman Marcus and it has an outlet vibe, but if you like deal hunting that is the right place for you!

Love love love this store. Great selection, fantabulous sales and discounts and awesome sales staff. The shop is well organized and very clean. Its a pleasure to shop there.

Excellent location and nice looking store. However, they need a stronger mens collection. This location has potential but seems to get distracted with abstract things like olive oil and desk accessory type products taking up precious rack space along the walls.

The staff are not welcoming (including managers). They seem to all have a chip or their shoulder. Im in there at least twice a month, and have only met one young woman who approached me and asked me if I needed any assistance. It would be nice if theyd carry larger size shoes and if they did price adjustments. They do have great finds.

Terrible service!!!!! Ordered a pair of shoes and got an email confirmation that order was processed, after a few days of not receiving my order or any notification that order has shipped, I called customer service and was advised they couldn’t verify my shipping address! I ordered AGAIN, received confirmation, didn’t receive the goods, called again, reordered, didn’t receive the order once again because they couldn’t verify my info. I use this card ALL the time, never had an issue with any other retailer. How they are still in business is beyond me. After a quick review of their ratings I saw this is standard procedure with Neiman Marcus

Not worth it for men. Theres basically a small corner with as much as they can fit on a few racks there but not much else. Best look online.

Very similar to Nordstrom Rack but with much less Mens Clothing and almost no difference in brands they carry. For men shopping for clothes it is not worth the trip when you have Nordstrom Rack and plenty of other good clothing stores right next to each other. On the other hand yes it does have a lot of nice clothing for women.

Poor customer service...I went up to the register with a couple of items, one of which didnt have a price tag...the Asian female wearing a pink sweater named Jiyoung (spelling?) said shed have to look up the price then tossed it on the back counter and rang up the other item. She said she didnt look up the price because she didnt know if I wanted the item! smh! no common sense whatsoever! um I think most customers want to know the price of an item before deciding whether to buy...just saying...

Very subtle atmosphere...clean, bright. The security guard was Very friendly and eager to help when I asked him for directions.

It is my first time leaving negative feedback. Unfortunately the customer service at NM is absolutely terrible. I had issue with my online purchase, NM fault and they didnt really care. They send generic emails saying they are sorry and hope to do business with me again. The way everything was handled is absolutely inacceptable, truthfully I DO NOT recommend this company. Shop somewhere else, Saks for example where you will be treated the proper way and where they will make you feel like you matter .

This place is not bad for finding bargains or that unique item. I found the cutest shoes on sale here and then dither reduced!

This store is horrible!! The security started following me as soon as I entered the store, as soon as he saw me he stop from his conversation with the employee he was standing around talking too in the corner, and stated following me at my every step to the point I had to turn around make eye contact and said is there a problem he turned around and went the opposite direction, I immediately left the store ! And never went back and I tell all my friends and family not to go to this store if you dont want to get followed by the security. Profiling at its best !

You can get a good deal if there is a legit sale. This location is close to home for me so I tend to use it as my go to. The changing area is not very nice, even on a good day. Today I was appalled and disgusted by the state of the fitting rooms. There was an odor of locker room/dirty socks/feet and every 3 of the shabby reddish carpet was dotted with some type of white powder. There was some trash, labels and random papers on the floor as well. Really gross. I asked the gal at the nearby desk why it was so filthy and she just said I dont know. Here are my photos.

Better than other department store outlets. Clothing and products are more organized and not thrown all over the place. Clean and sales associates are helpful.

Although this is a so-so place to shop for lables for less it is on the pricey side of better places with more unique designer merchandise.

High end store where the customer service is terrible. Screw this place... no wonder stores are shutting down everywhere. So many other great options such as Saks, Bloomingdales, Norstroms and Bergdorfs! AVOID! Spoke with Maggie a supervisor from their Texas customer service department and after screwing up my shipment, being hung up on several times she was absolutely rude to me.

Don’t waste your time going here. The selection is very mediocre and small. A lot of things are house brand and are specifically bought for the outlet stores. A lot of the clearance merch from the full-line neiman stores is shoved together and looks disorderly.
