My Valentino shoe got broken. Sales people agreed to give me exactly the same brand new pair of shoes that got broken again in a week. When I went back, they told me that Valentino brand policy is not exchanging the shoes and the only thing they can do for me is to fix it. But this is exception and they can do it only once. Shoe got repaired very fast and got broken again in a week. After bringing them to shoe repair master he showed us that it was repaired with the drywall screw. Shoes can not be repaired any more. Hopefully Mr. Valentino will never see it otherwise he gets a heart attack.

The worst in customer service, my son went to see shoes and the employees commented among themselves, that they did not attend to him since we would not buy anything. Indeed after hearing that we went to Prada there if they treated us very kindly and if we bought.

The shopping experience is 50/50 depending on the associate helping you. Excellent selection of womens clothing, bags and shoes. The mens is limited, just like the trend with Valentino. The upsells are varied; most signature items are marked at the starting price with no further discounts. Be 100% sure before you buy, as “All sales are final! Ive been to all three places; Sawgrass is the smallest. Cabazon is better with service and Woodbury has the best selection of items. For Valentino lovers it is definitely worth the trip.
