I know nothing about gaming except it is what my son does. The staff there was very helpful clearing up any questions I had. Especially the one about5 the game being on my receipt and not even a actual cartridge. Wow thats new.

I feel like bees will be a Collectibles 50 years from now I might go back in there and just buy a mall so I can put them in a kind of time capsule thats the only use I see these things for I would never give used to a children or as a gift until some value grows in them from limited Supply.

Im very disappointed with your store.. you said it would we first come first serve for the ps5... I camp out for 14 hours just to hear they pass out tickets at the other entrance.. thats unacceptable its more than one entrance why only one received it im very disappointed with what happened thats not customers service nor did yall honor the first come first serve just very sad as a company

Friendly staff and all but why sell games that dont work? I recently bought Sonic Generations for my Xbox 360 and drove all the way back to Lake Worth only to find out that the disc doesnt work. I was very disappointed.

Boughy used games really cheap

I had an item held but apparently Manager Todd wanted the item that I had being held because he claimed it was out of stock but still showing as available on the system. Guy cant even talk on the phone because he sounds like mumbles. This guy shouldnt be dealing with the public.

No knowledge on call of duty. Wanted WW2 season pass with the game. I think by sheer common sense a person would not go all the way to game stop to purchase the damn season pass and not the game. Obviously I think a few brain cells are lost with these workers. Much improvement needed and honestly a drug test should be given to these workers for pure stupidity.

Very crowded during the holiday season, but the shelves were incredibly well stocked, even with being so close to Christmas. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will shop there again!

Absolute worst game stop Ive ever been to I was informed to come into the store to purchase an Snes and I was told 3 were in stock. I drove 1 hour to get there only to be told they couldnt find the three sness. Which is fine we all make mistakes but instead of trying to provide any explanation the employees just shrugged there shoulders. The short guy at the counter doesnt deserve the pennies on the hour that he makes. Also they told me they had 2 units but they were holding them for other customers. I called my friends at the Pompano beach store and was informed technically they are not allowed to hold units. I will be waiting to hear from the manager if not I know the DM and will follow up accordingly
