They have changed my lock without any information. I arrive back in the city thinking Ill have a bed to sleep on in my new apartment, guess what I was fooled by trusting public storage.@Public Storage: please ask someone to call me back. Ive movers coming in 2 hours.Update: They called me next day. When My shutter to my storage was finally opened, the place seemed ransacked. I have $2000 (approx.) worth of stuff stolen. No one at public storage care to inform me about the theft. Also, now that I know about the theft, they arent ready to share what happened. Ive called the Regional Manager (Faranzeh) and the district manager (Ryan). No response. Please do not store your stuff in this storage.

Far too expensive ($217 per month for what is essentially nothing more than a 10 × 10 foot wooden box. Thats more expensive per square foot than my apartment, which has plumbing, electricity, heating, air conditioning, two bathrooms, a stove, an oven, refrigerator, a community swimming pool, etc. What a ripoff!). My unit rent went from $176 to $217 -- a 23% increase -- in two years!And they raise the rent sneakily -- they dont send you a notice or anything -- they just quietly slip it into your regular bill where it can easily be missed. And if you do, they hit you with an unconscionable late fee, that in my case was SIX TIMES the actual shortfall! I requested that they waive it, but they refused.I would avoid doing business with Public Storage.

Good prices, clean, and easy move in/out. I stored here for 7 months and the entire experience was contactless. The facility provides a few large rolling dollies to help you move stuff.

I have received excellent service from Jason and the team at this Public Storage location on multiple occasions. Jason has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.I expected the Director to need a long time to respond to my lock removal request, especially given that the lock needed to drilled off. The lock was removed for me within 24 hours of my request.My stored items have remained safe and in good shape, without the amount of dust or other allergens that one might fear when considering placing things into storage. Im glad that I chose this location.

Ive stored some furniture here for two years and had great experience coordinating my move to and from the storage unit. When I was moving my stuff out, Anna especially has been extremely helpful. Throughout the day, she helped me with questions and made sure i had everything i needed for the move to go smoothly. Overall I am very happy with their service.

This is the only place I will ever store my stuff. The facilities are clean, the staff is really nice, and the prices are fair!

Had a pleasant experience with this public storage facility. Selected this storage, as it is climate controlled.Store manager Musharraf has always been very helpful. I opted for auto-pay option and Public Storage had to refund the money when vacated the storage. Musharraf followed up diligently with district manager and helped me in returning the excess amount promptly. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I have never rented a storage unit before. Musharraf was very patient and kind in explaining to me on the entire process of opening an account and how to use a storage unit. He made me feel that if I have any problem in the future, he will definitely help me resolve it. I am very looking forward to moving my extra stuff into the unit in the next few weeks.

I usually dont give reviews but Jennifer the manager on duty at this public storage gave me excellent customer service. She was able to give me a quick but clear overview of their rules and regulations. Another thing, I noticed I caught her on a bad time because she was on her way to take care of some work, but she put that aside to help me out with our suspended account since my mom forgot to pay the rent! This place is very accessible off 101 with a decent parking lot size. We were here last weekend and the paperwork was easy and the facility is air conditioned. The facility is also very clean.Whats a big plus here is the staff we worked (older guy with glasses) was very helpful and friendly. He offered us moving carts and showed us some tips for moving. He was a great guy that you just wanted to buy him coffee.

Exactly what we needed for 10 years of storage. No hassles. Easy access. The only drawback was that the fiberglass insulation in our unit kept hanging down. Since we were storing boxes, not a big deal.

Unsafe and not helpful. My storage unit as well as at least another 19 units were broken into over an unknown period of time. Security is virtually non-existent.I do NOT recommend using this facility or any Public Storage facility for that matter.

A long-expired elevator inspection sticker went ignored despite several attempts to remedy it. You will notice its lack of maintenance through the first few uses so request a ground floor storage unit. Expect difficulty rounding the corners using their trollies.

When putting stuff in our storage unit, a few pieces of paper that contained personal information might have slipped out of the car, but we had no idea. One day I got a call from Jennifer from the Public Storage at this location saying she found the papers with my personal information on it in their dumpster and she was clearly concerned, however I had no recollection of throwing the stuff in the dumpster, so I had a lot of questions and she patiently answered all of then; she even went to our storage unit to check if it was broken into.I am really impressed by the professionalism and sense of ownership.
