To all that need service on a waverunner. Dropped off a 2020 VX Limited for an oil change and service and some warranty work. Was done in a timely manner. When I got it home and uncovered it, there were several small scratches on one side/top front by the fuel tank (fuel gage issue) and glue residue where they had to glue some trim on. Called the service manager and was told to bring it back so she could make it right ✅ Scheduled to drop off on Friday but got a break from work so went to drop it off a day early. Service manager had stepped out for a bit and some other fella ask what I was dropping off. Told him a waverunner and that they had messed it up and needed to fix it! He then told me that it would set there for 3 weeks before they could touch it. Even though you messed it up, it will set here for 3 weeks? His reply was yes, were understaffed. Thought there would be an improvement over the last owner but apparently it has gotten worse. Will also let Yamaha know about the service!Have a great day!

On September 24th made an order. It was supposed to arrive by October 3rd at the latest. On October 6th I began to wonder where my parts were (no shipping info was received) so I contacted them asking about the status of the order. They responded and said my order would ship out the next day (Oct 7th). I immediately responded to let them know that I would like to cancel the order because I decided to purchase the item at a local shop. No response was given. After a week of no response, I contacted them a second time and let them know I wanted to return the item, no response was given. Another week passed and I was definitely worried that they were purposely ignoring me so that the return window would expire and I would not be able to return the items. So I looked them up on google and decided them directly. (Now the 20th of October) almost a month after the original purchase and after two weeks of them ignoring me. I told them my issue and was transferred to their parts department. I believe I spoke with the parts manager Brandon. He told me the parts arrived on the 2nd of October which was a complete lie. I told him I had proof that the items didn’t even ship until Oct 7th. I asked him why they had ignored me for two weeks, he said he didn’t know and his guys were supposed to be checking twice a day. Either that was a lie, or his employees are neglecting their responsibilities to the customers. I told him that I wanted to return the items and asked if they would be willing to cover the shipping since the item didn’t ship till 4 days after it was supposed to arrive and I tried to cancel the order the day before it shipped and they ghosted me. He said he could not do that, and I accepted that I was going to have to eat the cost on this one. Before ending the call I wanted to let him know that due to the complete lack of communication that was given to me over the past month that I was going to leave a negative review which he cut me off mid sentence and started shouting over the phone and accusing me of distortion. I tried to explain to him that that wasn’t what I was trying to do and that I was just trying to let him know that he should talk to his employees and let them know that they shouldn’t ignore their customers for two weeks. He was very rude and kept shouting over me when I tried to explain that to him. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years including retail motor sports shops. If I would’ve treated any customer the way I’ve been treated throughout this whole experience I would’ve gotten a very stern talking to from my boss or been let go for ignoring my responsibilities as an employee and being extremely rude to customers. I will obviously never shop here again and would strongly recommend anyone to avoid this business.

Tab Colby is the man! My husband has been wanting an ATV forever and on a whim we stopped in. They just loaded 2 in the showroom and we fell in awe over them. Went to get a shock tool between 530-6...they wanted to leave early apparently. Old short dude was rude. Shock tool was $30 for a $10 tool. No bueno. Before re that took my 2 rims and 2 new tires to get mounted. Spent $120!!! Was quoted $60 total couple weeks earlier before redline bought the place. I’ll walk to Columbia before I go back.

I drove 2 hours to pick up my new Yamaha Waverunner, Katlyn had all of my paperwork ready to sign and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Then Tab Colby went over all of the controls of my new ski and gave me a few pointers on maintenance to keep my new ride purring along. Finally, their service staff made sure I knew how to properly latch down my waverunner on my trailer. Very friendly and professional people. Ill be back for another waverunner when Tab finds me another one. Awesome experience !!!!! 5 Stars !!!

I will never step foot back in there again. Never judge a book by it’s cover. I bought my 2010 Yamaha V-Star 1300 Tourer in 2011 at Extreme Sports Yamaha and Ive had all my services performed there too. Every experience Ive had there has been superb from the sales department to the parts department to the service department. Mr. Dick Davis, the owner of the dealership was one the most welcoming dealers Ive ever met and instead of just trying to sell you a vehicle he tries to help you find the one you really want. Al runs the service department in the back of the shop and without fail every time I stop by the shop we take a few minutes to talk. Without a doubt Al knows more about motorcycles then anyone I know and is happy to answer any questions you can think of. My wife and kids love coming to the shop whether to shop for gear or look at new models, and If I wanted a new motorcycle I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

I live in Daytona Beach and bought a Royal Star from Extreme Sports online. I was planning on having it shipped to me when the manager said he was coming to Daytona for bike week and could fit it on his trailer.
