I last went there to get a battery for my car because mine had completely died. Therefore I had to call an uber to get there. I bought the battery, came home and went to hook it up. Turns out the battery was not the right one for my car. The positive and negative terminals were backwards for how it has to be installed. I called back and explained this to which I was told to come on back in and they would give me the one I need. That is exactly what happened when I got there, they gave me the right battery and the manager was so nice and professional that she gave me a discount on the battery and gave me cash back on what I had already paid. I dont think I ever caught her name, but she definitely needs to be commended for her actions that evening of Sunday March 14th. Her level of professionalism and first rate customer service have made a loyal customer out of me and I will continue bringing them my business. Thank you.....

People are mostly nice. Hardly ever have the parts needed, unless the car is newer. Hardware selection is pretty much small packages of 3 or 4 pieces. No bulk hardware
