First time getting my car serviced. The staff is friendly and didnt make me feel stupid for not knowing what to do. Pull straight in to get service, no need to park first! Ha! Wait time on oil change/tire rotation was approximately an hour when not too busy. Worked great for me on a Friday morning!

Terrible service. I’ve been there twice now. Dropped off once for new tires, the change took twice as long as they quoted, so when I showed AFTER they said it would be done I still had to wait 3 hours, and had to ask for updates myself, was never checked in on or given updates. Today I tried to get an oil change in the express lane, with only one other car ahead of me and letting them know I’d be waiting there I expected they’d tell me if it would take a while. After not hearing anything for over an hour I went out to check on the status of my car. I had to find someone to help me, and then I find out my car hasn’t even been started! I asked to get my car back so I could get to work and all I got was my keys handed to me and a “sorry man”. I would not recommend any Mopar service center to anyone, this is not the first one I’ve had really unreasonable wait times with terrible service. I will not be back to this service center.
