Tay B. was amazing! He was professional, courteous, patient, and very skillful at replacing my corroded battery. I am so appreciative of how friendly and patient he was through the entire process. He saved the day and got us safely on our way home. He is a perfect example of customer service that cannot be surpassed. Auto Zone has a keeper here!

Let me just start by saying that as someone who highly seek out great customer service, both Ben and Taylor are as good as they get. Ben was such a pleasure to work with yesterday (11/03/21) when I was shopping at his store. He was a comfort to work with and even presented me a better deal than I thought that I was receiving. Very professional and kind with his mannerisms. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Taylor over the phone and she, too, exhibited such great customer service. I was looking for a particular item that was supposed to be in stock. Taylor not only stopped to locate the item but upon finding out that it was no longer available, offered to have it transferred from another location.I apologized emphatically for the trouble and she so kindly and professionally stated to me, You are no trouble at all, it is MY pleasure to assist you--You simply cannot ask for better customer service! This place was absolutely helpful and professional. My man Lewis help replace a battery terminal on a cold night when things could’ve gone majorly wrong. His positive personality was very embracing and appreciated. His co-worker Nancy held it down while he worked his magic!!!!

AutoZone Auto Parts on Old Trolley Road in Summerville is a reliable source for all things auto parts all in one place. The location is very convenient and easy to get to from all directions when you need that specific part. This store is well managed and the staff provides good customer service.

We stopped by AUTO ZONE today in Summerville SC on Trolley Rd.... and bought a battery. We are both handicapped and the lady who installed the battery also helped my husband get down the curb with his walker, and put the walker in the car for us after she installed the battery. She was the nicest, friendliest person who EVER waited on us at Auto Zone. Unfortunately, we did not get her name. THANKS !

Four stars for getting new battery, one star for professionalism. Tested and replaced the battery in my truck with no problem. Problem waswith the woman who helped me. She was rude as if having to test the battery was not what she wanted to do and every step of finding replacement battery was an inconvenience. There was no one else in the store.My last words to her were thanks to which she had no reply. Same person 10 days earlier to buy spark plugs, same impoliteness.

Always very helpful. Helped me find the compressor and other parts for my AC, and made a kit, which saved me a good amount if money and needed a rear wiper which they helped me find the one I needed.

Went in twice today, first employee was mediocre, the second was absolutely terrible. I felt like I was wasting her time. She was very vague about what should or could be done about a battery terminal. I get that not everything is available through them, but really, offer up friendly advise. I definitely will not go back. Mediocre service is the best Ive ever encountered at this store.

Cannot recommend them highly enough. Only reason I go elsewhere is if they dont carry what im looking for, which is RARE!

Horrible the employees started yelling at me because I didn’t purchase anything due to the fact that they didn’t have the antifreeze I needed so I went to leave and they began shouting saying I had taken something and overall awful never will I go back. I recommend either knowing they have it or just go to the advanced auto parts around the corner it’s much better there.

AutoZone is awesome! Ben tested my battery and put in a new one, and through it all he was making jokes but also teaching me stuff! I came into the store stressed and unhappy but I left with a smile and in good spirits because of his friendliness. I highly recommend this place if you have car trouble!

The manger didnt know what a digital torque wrench was nore torque wrench period. He asked me do you see any what they look like. I pulled up on my phone and showed him. Told him if you have a bmw you cant live without it

Asked for some help looking for air filters and this associate automatically went to the $60.00 air filters. Why be pushy and lose a sale? Went to parks and got all I needed plus more for less the $40.00. Keep it local Summerville and do not shop here as they dont care.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this particular location. Came in with a returned part. When it was my turn at the checkout, the individual just stared at me. No greeting, didnt ask what I needed help with or even if I needed to checkout. After I said hi and told them I needed to exchange a part for a new one they said ok and walked to another computer without telling me to follow. Shortly after scanning my receipt and looking at my parts, they told me one of them didnt match the part number on the receipt, and said I would have to go back to the store I bought it from to return it. I asked if I could still exchange the other broken part, and again, they went to another computer without telling me to follow. They came back, and instead of checking if theyre store had the part, they had checked if the other store I bought it from had it. Then they told me to just go back to the other store even though it was almost 15 miles away and regardless if the store I was at had the oart or not. I left and said have a nice day and got the immediate cold shoulder. I will still go to autozone, but I think I will have to drive a little farther for some better customer service

Worse AZ ever. No stop/drop 3030 so had to check in my battery myself. printed pci & all before someone came to assist. there is always some kind of issue when I come in there. over charging, wrong parts, etc.

Sent me to another auto zone, and they didnt have the part.

The brand new battery that I bought only lasted over a year and the replacement battery lasted less than that!
