Every time I go into the store the employees just look at you when you stand in front of the counter. Not can I help you, what can I do for you, they just stare at you. Then when you ask for an item they have no idea what you are asking for, and I looked it up before going to the store. You get what you pay for.

People you know Napa had got what ever you need for parts to rebuild motor and transmission.

Interesting store. The lady who helped me was a little awkward but sure knew her stuff. She also did me a solid when it turned out they didnt have Google pay. If they can get the shelves fully stocked this is a great location.

Dont have much of a selection, no one ever asks if you need help looking for something. And the customer service there sucks nobody has a personality and nobody asks anything or smiles when they ring you up

Unprofessional. No one said I will be right with u or if you can give me a few minutes,I can help u. Everyone was just looking around like I wasnt even there! After at least 10min of that,an older guy with glasses at the Summerville location finally helped me with just simply switching out a light bulb! Very good customer service. The others not so helpful! I will not come here again!

They didnt have what we needed but sent us over to Parks Auto Parts. 5 stars for helping us out!

The counter help never seem to want to help you, Its only when they stop eating or talking with the other staff, they will try to help you. they will say they are ordering you a part only to find out that when you call back to pick up they have forgotten to order the part

Not one person was wearing a mask and 2 people behind the counter were on their cell phone.

Sam is really knowledgeable and very truthful. One of the most organized parts store. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
