Parks Auto Parts on North Main Street in Summerville is a good place to shop for all things auto parts. They are a reliable source for parts when you need to make that stop. The staff here is very knowledgeable and willing to help you when you need it. I have had a really good experience here.

By far this is one of the best auto parts stores Ive been in. The attitude of the staff is awesome. Ive been in other auto part stores you feel like youre not welcome. Everyone is always pleasant I just love the store I promote them 100%

This is for the 165/17 location. I didnt expect the red carpet treatment, but I didnt expect to be flat out ignored when I walked in. I was taught when I worked at auto zone to always acknowledge the customer. That did not happen. This location continues to have poor customer service.

After searching all day for what surprised me as the holy grail of garage items and striking out on 7 different places. Parks had what I was looking for. Really wish I would have went there first being the closer of the places. Would have saved me frustration, time and gas vs driving everywhere. Who would have thought a engine stand would be so tough to come by. They lady was helpful and Will was too. Thanks for having what was needed.

Charged me from returning item back. Saying that they need to return to the original place where I purchased it. Oh common, I know and u knew that it wont shipped back where I purchased it and like its across state line. Bought in Charleston returned it in Summerville. How far is that?

Great place to go when the average auto parts store doesnt carry what you need. They also carry name brand auto parts that are better than other off brand auto parts.

Great help on Trolley Rd, not so much on Main St. Main Street acts like its too hard to get up off their stools behind the counter. I will take the extra time to go to the Yrolley store.

For those expecting box store tv commercial service, dont get your hopes up. If you want to get a part, but need to get it right the first time, Parks beats the big chains. They have a large warehouse in N. Charleston on Rivers, and cater to repair shops.Need spark plugs, might be cheaper to go elsewhere. Need a part that the Big Brands can special order to be delivered in a few days, call Parks.
