Employee Niles Webe was excellent and fixed the problem. Niles Webe is a great auto technician and with great customer service .Management Desiree Perez poor service. She is not able to communicate with employees. Ignores the customer. Walks away without talking to the customer. Niles should be the manager...Heading to another Walmart to install 2 other tires...

Ive had my 16 yr old trucks oil change done at Wal-Marts all over the Houston area. The last several Ive gone to refused to do it, bc the cap was Cross Threaded! Done by Wal-Mart! Today the Stafford store did the same.BUT! They left Oil/Grease all over the Drivers Door & Floor Mat! After I made them clean it, I got back in & found 2 spots on the seat & the Steering Wheel was covered with Oil! WTAF?

Call first to be certian they have what you need in stock at that store. Inventorys are low on inexpensive tires and batteries, etc.. they do get tires in weekly. Decent prices for oil changes, belt replacements etc.

I went to change my oil in the van this morning, they were only two employees working, I was there less than hour, they were on the ball. The only bad thing, is that I had to paid higher price instead of the $44.+ for bottle synthetic oil, since they havent have the big containers. This is the 2nd time that I had to paid $77.+ since the automotive opened up.

Went for an oil change and a tire workers were friendly but not opened at 7:00 and took until 7:20 for the money to be brought to the auto center to enter my service request. First one there .

Took my truck in for oil change and a battery issue. The service dept. did a great job but i had to wait for an hour for a manager to enter a code for my battery paperwork.

Anna and her crew are the best. Overall I am not a big Walmart fan, but because of Anna I always use their automotive services (Stafford store only).Anna is great, always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and just outstanding customer service. The same goes for her crew including the ones behind the counter and the guys in the service bay.Anna cares for each customer and she really likes her job. I work at a small used car lot in Stafford and I try to do my best with my customers. If my customers need anything beyond my ability (tires, batteries, oil change etc) I just tell them to go see Anna.Yes, Anna is the BEST and I meant it sincerely.

The customer service is really bad in the tire shop. I wouldn’t recommend this place but I came out of convenience.Then again it’s Walmart so the employees don’t care. When the previous shop manager was here she was helpful but someone new has taken over and you can tell.

Great service

Had less than an hour wait time from start to finish (30 minutes) for a battery. When i went in on last Friday it was a 2 hour wait. Good Customer Care!!

I was preparing to leave town and noticed my windshield wiper blades were worn and not functioning optimally. Since it was starting to rain I decided to give Walmart a try for buying new wiper baldes. The service department was helpful and fairly quick in spite of a busy morning. Good to know they offer a variety of auto services at good prices.

That department manager was very horrific to me...with a receipt...she refused to give me a store credit...she said to me i can give you the same battery that didnt fit my car...she told me the worst thing to do...she told me to sale the battery...i told her I do not sale battery...i was offended...i was so upset... walking to the front of the store ...I ask to speak to a manager...she quickly took care of me...that lady was a horrible person...

Amazing experience, had to come get a quick oil change near closing and Marcos was able to not only help me out in a timely fashion but he was kind and understanding as well. Impeccable customer service all together, its amazing the difference one person can make!!!

Walmart is just what it is, Walmart. Cheap! Same service performed here is much more expensive else where but man THEY ARE SLOW, took me 2-3 hours to get an oil change...

I came here for oil change but they charge me for all service but when I get my car back that time it was really bad condition and they didnt clean properly they didnt check air in tires. I doubt about oil change also because my car condition is bad like hell when i get it back.The manager name is HORHAY automobile CAR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE CHANGE department.He is really rude with me when I ask him why you didnt provide me proper service And he start talking loudly and he said that we work like this way and when I said but you charge money for that service. And we argue for sometimeAfter that he give me his sign visiting card with his name that is $10 discount for next service. this is not a way to work walmart. 2nd time I got an oil change and the service techs(David) inability to the job correctly could have cost me a blown engine. I will never get an oil change at Walmart again. You just lost one.

Made me wait an entire hr until to finally go ahead and give me my keys after an oil change. I would understand if there was people in front of us but we were the first ones to get there once it was opened. This was a first time experience and now I dont want to ever come back. I work overnight with my boyfriend and it taking an entire hour when I should be sleeping instead? Its stupid and the worst part was that I received no apology at all. I dont approve of this place. Especially for a first timer.

Bought a tire on sale they claim it was different price the tire was under a sign for 60.00 they said it should be 75.00 but honor the price the sales cashier was very helpful great attitude we all the customers must have had about 6 customers waiting and she very patient with all the customers

Super slow. Not particularly friendly in general. Its not the whole team but most of them are not kind..i know we clients can be difficult sometimes, but gosh i had a super bad experience over there. The care center manager advised me to buy warranty on my tires. I did. On the 4 i bought. I had an accident and the tire was totally messed up even with the rim. I did the whole fixing with a mechanic using a back up tire that i always keep at home in cases of emmergency. I went back there now to do the replacement, give the messed up tire and buy a new one under my warranty at a cheaper price without havin them ti work on it since i already did the whole job.when going there i thought it would habe been a 5min things. They take the old one give me the new one. I swipe my card at the warranty price. And im gone. No... they had me line up back and forth in an out of their offives... trying to understand what they should do with the rim when they had nothing to do with it since i already fixed all. I spent more than 2 hrs there waiting. It was very hot. For somethin that didnt required for them to work on my car just a simple trade.. Gosh i was extremely pissed off.Oh and i forgot be4 going to that location, i went to another walmart location to do the replacement. They told me that i dont have any warranty. Luckily i had the paper work with me in the car. I showed them the warranty documents and they said that walmart actuallu doesnt sell those type of tire i bought. When i actually had the receipt and warranty from walmart. Thats what made me go back to the actual location where i bought it.Moral of the story, dont get with any agreement with walmart. You gonna get screwed up cuz that is simply bad faith. And u cant do business with a bad faith partner....

Very poor customer service. I went there to change my battery and they told me to off my engine. When they were testing my battery I asked if it is under a warranty and found out that my battery is under a warranty and found out that it was under a warranty with Toyota. I waited there for 40 minutes just to have my car jumped, eventually when I got mad at them they called a manager who was sweet enough to get me through.

The people here are totally inadequate when it comes to customer service. I went in to get some freon for my car. Come to find out, they lock it behind a glass case. After waiting 5 minutes for assistance, they tell me they cant find the keys and start calling supervisors, etc. After waiting another 10 minutes, they tell me they have misplaced the keys and continue to argue with one another about whos fault it was and who was the last person to have the keys. They were totally ignoring me and not one bit remorseful or customer-oriented at this time. I would recommend staying away from this dysfunctional uneducated place.

Very slow service. Took almost two hours when i was told it will only take 1.

I purchased 4 tires. they did the job well i assume. took too long.The second time I went in to rotate the tires. They could not remove two tires. The lug nuts were stripped. how do you do such things?the people are working slowly, the mechanic stood around talking, being silly but did not bother to explain or do the job. beware guys. lots of consumer complaints. they have messed up cars in the past. my tires are still not rotated. will take them to a different store and work on it.

This was a horrible experience they had my car for 2 hours and didnt put my new tires on my vehicle. In stead they went home without telling me they were closed in the auto care department. Just horrible situation for me.

This service was terrible. I have never heard of writing a ticket just to receive air in your tire. For the amount of time I waited to speak to a manager and WATCHED two auto tech employees run to a BBQ TRUCK in the parking lot. I could have gotten air in my two front tires.

The service is very good, it just takes a long time because there are quite a few people. They close at 7 pm but if they already have many cars attending and waiting at 5 they dont get any more
