I bought a brand new Nissan Kicks recently. I came to the service department and was greeted immediately by Nicholas Osorio. I had a routine oil change. He was VERY nice, professional and knowledgeable. I received a notification when my car was ready to be picked up. I will definitely take my Nissan Kicks to him every time!

These people are liars. Leased the vehicle a couple months ago. I was promised free maintenance on my vehicle since it was 0 miles for 2 years. Recently had it serviced and they were not able to uphold their end of the deal. I was very upset. They do not do what is right for the customer. Sales representative scheduled our first service literally a month after we had gotten the car, she did this knowing the car would not need to be serviced, and since they were not planning on keeping their promise in regards to free maintenance, knowing i would get charged. This behavior enrages me and is disgusting. They do their best to coerce good reviews out of you, even having a sales rep tell you what to answer even if you don’t agree. They also force you to leave a 5 star review in google. However when it comes to owning up to their promises, they are quick to point out, none of it is in writing and their word means. You should literally have a professional camera crew recording your whole buying process in order to hold them accountable. Worst dealer ever.

I was traveling and they were still able to assist me by working out a deal. I had a salesperson who trusted me and took the time to help me not knowing for sure if was would be able to make it. Jerry worked out a deal for me and when we got the new car which was for my daughter, he took the time to show her the car security features, connected her blue tooth and even placed a big red bow for the perfect picture! Go see Jerry, he will take good care of you!

The Service Manager, Karim, was very nice, professional and efficient. I was checked in right at my appointment time and explained the process very clearly. I felt the communication from the dealership when my car was ready was exceptional via text and very easy to understand. They suggested additional service via text as well, and the online process was very easy and smooth. I did not feel I had to wait very long, which is usually a large complaint at dealerships.

This is how they done schedule service to my lease nissan rogue a few days ago. Instead of doing their job right they just tried to charge extra money. What u looking is low coolant liquid which is very important for engine especially in hot climate state like TX beside using a/c all the time. Im sure they ll respond to this to call them back, but they wont do anything

Well it’s about time this facility cleaned up their act. I have been having a problem with my car so I decided to give them one more chance. This experience with Douglas was exceptional. I was treated like a concerned customer. He was on top of everything I requested to be checked with astonishing results. From now on this facility can have my business back. I liked the fact that they sent me a vehicle report before doing additional things to my car. Drop off, consultation and pick up smooth transaction. I will always come here to get my oil change.

I bought my car from here in 2015. Every service has been slow. If you dont mind waiting, good for you. Ive been here since 7 am (with an appointment), for an oil change. And Im honestly planing on never coming back for service or future purchase. It is now 9am. Apparently their oil pump is having difficulties. Every visit there is a new reason. Extremely disappointed. Also they fixed my hood latch recall about 6 times now. Got a toasted bagel out of it. Well worth 2 or more hours of my life.

11 years ago, I bought my truck in Houston, TX from Sterling McCall Nissan. I have never had my truck serviced anywhere else. It was my first Nissan vehicle & I have been VERY HAPPY with my truck. I serviced it regularly so that it would last a long time. (104,000 miles now)Im not real computer oriented & this is the 1st review that I have ever posted although I have always received GREAT service!!! (There are probably others like me in this respect.)I never realized that posting reviews had any effect on my service advisers or Id have done this before. I purchased a 2022 Nissan Leaf. I came to buy the new care from another city 3 hours away. It took too long to walk out the door with my car. I was told itll take 30 minutes. I had my own cashiers check with me. Still it took them 3 hours.The manage didnt even bother to come and say hello to me.The finance guys are rude.

That went fine but when I called to inform yall that I would be running late they said there was no record of my appointment. I would give that appointment scheduling feature a double check.

The recommended service was clearly explained and the pricing provided up front. There were no “extra” services sold to me like the prior Nissan dealer I used in another state.The car was returned washed and check out was a breeze. Special shout out to Clint! Because of service issues at the other dealer in the past, I swore I would never own another Nissan and even thinking of trading the car in. After having had a bad experience with another Nissan dealership, I called Sterling McCall first to hear about their diagnostic procedures. They explained everything to me twice, because I was very leery after my experience with the other dealership. I scheduled the appointment. When I arrived that morning I was met my your advisor, we discussed what was ailing my car and she escorted me to your waiting room. I waited the specified time and was sent a text and she came back to me to discuss the proposed work. I then explained to her what at occurred at the other dealership and my dissatisfaction with them and we then agreed upon what would be done with my car. She said it would take approximately 90 minutes and I waited. The work was completed on time and I left completely satisfied.

Chris, took good care of me by (1) keeping me informed on progress (2) being knowledgeable and answering all my questions and (3) being courteous and polite. The person I saw at first told me blankly we don’t take vehicles without appointment. I clearly made sure I needed oil change only at that time as oil indicator was on on my screen. Then I asked to talk to the supervisor but Cristina interfered and said “if oil change only, I can help you”. Her customer service approach was excellent. Great service by Nicholas, my terrific service advisor, who kept me updated as we figured out what service was needed and timeframe. Turns out they needed to keep my car over the holiday weekend but he managed to find me a loaner so I was not inconvenienced. He called me Tuesday, when it was all done, and walked me through my warranty on the battery they replaced for free! Great job Nicholas! Love my great device experience and my Nissan Rogue! I purchased a used 2018 vehicle from here, really everything was just about perfect, although it was used. One problem, there was a scratching sound when I put on the brakes. They wanted me to pay for the repairs which was around $600 or more. Since I had just purchased the vehicle I didnt believe I should have to pay for the repairs.I told them to bring me my vehicle, I left and will never return.On top of that, my daughter referred me, in which they were suppose to pay my daughter a referral fee which she never received.

My appt was at 7am I arrived 8 minutes before 7am. An attendant came to my car and said someone would take care of me at 7 am. And at 7am my service tech was there getting info and took my key. At 8:30am I was leaving. I was very pleased with my wait time. Thank you!

Vehicle had some service issues. From the time I drove it to the time I drove home the service was way more than expected. Although, the final cost was expensive, the customer was way beyond exceptional. I only rated 4 out of 5 because no one met me at the door and there was no clear reception area or desk. I wandered around for several minutes waiting to be helped. After that I had a very good experience. Zach, my sales person, was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and never pressured me to buy. Update: They commented to make it seem as if they cared but never bothered reaching out. Again most unprofessional car dealership I’ve ever dealt with.Purchased a used car from this dealership. My first mistake was not going to a dodge dealership and keep my loyalty to them. We went in and weren’t given many options due to inventory being low. We saw one we liked but after working numbers were told to go a bit cheaper. We found a second car and after looking at it and test driving it the car was sold after paperwork was complete. 7 hours later we get pushed into a different car we’re we were told to test drive in the parking lot. At this point I was over it. They literally bought this used car and sold it to us. Didn’t bother a simple maintenance or clean out the previous owners trash. Now I have a car that makes a a lot of noise while in park. That I still have to pay $20k for a dirty lemon. I would not recommend this dealership moving forward, also the car was only a few thousand less then the dirty used car we bought. I feel like I was better off going to a janky dealership on airline. Would have got the exact same deal. Will always recommend my dodge dealership before this one.

My experience has been horrible here . I suggest never buying a car here . I’m a business owner and they wasted 2 days of my time.I always purchase cars here and never have issues. I spoke with sales person and a manager up to closing and the manager was so confident & guaranteed they’ll get us in a car the next day after running my credit.The sales person & a member of management assuredly me and husband to take off work & they’re confident and assured that’ll be leaving in a vehicle the next day but failed to deliver there promise causing my credit score to dropthey wasted my time after I was straight forward with what I wanted and what I have going on and I usually refer my clients and associated there but this place changed so much. There was a conflict over another customer purchasing the vehicle I was suppose to be leaving in so now my mind changed on refer anyone to this company because they failed to deliver what they promised.

If you are looking for efficient, hardworking, knowledgeable and honest person to buy your next car, then ask for Johanna at this Nissan dealership. I bought a used Nissan Pathfinder from Johanna. She was quick in working with her manager to work out a “Great” deal from a price perspective. Even on her days off kept up with the progress on the touch ups being performed on the car. Kept me updated through out the process and made all necessary arrangements for me to pick up the car, all on her days off.I walked in looking for a particular Pathfinder which was at the body shop and it was closed (my fault went 30 mins before their close time). She called the right folks and probably used her goodwill to have body shop guy come from home and show us the car. We didn’t know all this was happening in the background, while she arranged to show me other options. She has a good eye for the right car for you and I ended up buying the other cheaper option she showed me, helping me save money and getting the car I needed and wanted. Ask for Johanna at Sterling McCall Nissan. The managers Sameer and Michael were professional and looking to make a deal and no pressure selling. The finance manager was the way. Overall very easy car buying experience. Highly recommended.

This was a truly horrific experience. The sales rep was Awesome!!! However, her team of managers were indescribable. The 1st manager stated there were no deals. Huh. 2nd manager said he was willing to go down in price, but he only moved the numbers around. Haha. So we were walking out, and the sales rep said for us to pull to the front of the building and let her try one more time. She came out and said they would honor our price target. She then walked us back to finance, where we waited and waited and waited. Once one of the guys saw my wife was getting upset, he walked out and said he had been waiting on this couple to show up. Keep in mind, there was only 1 person when we walked back there, they served 4 people before us. Another manager walked back there and asked if he could make our finance rates go down, would we be willing to work with them. Nope. He then tells us we can come back and pick up the vehicle on Monday. We had told several members of his team, we were going back home on Sunday. We live in the Fort Worth area. He walked away. And so did we... If you are a sales person, I would not advise you to work with this type of management staff.

Im new to Texas and was looking for a Nissan dealer to have a recall remedied on my 2006 Sentra (airbag replacement). After I read reviews from several nearby dealers, I called each one to see where I got the best vibe (I do most of the work on my vehicle myself). I was surprised at the competence I received from the service advisor and scheduler at Sterling McCall. I was told the recall would take approximately 3-4 hours to complete. They were flexible on their booking times so I chose an early morning appointment.Upon arriving, I was greeted by my service advisor, Megan. She explained the entire process and that the repair would take 3 hours to complete. She even complemented the condition and how well Ive done taking care of the car! I was overjoyed to see they recognized this by the way they returned the car to me (see pictures).She made sure all my questions/concerns were addressed before taking my keys. I sat down in the waiting room prepared to spend a 3-4 hours there, and the car was done in less than 2 hours!To Megan: Thank you for making my first Nissan dealer experience in Texas an excellent one! Made an appt to test drive a used car. Confirmed the car was still in stock before driving a hour there, was told yes the car is in stock. We drive an hour, and the sales guy tells it “So that car sold this morning.” Literally 30 min after someone confirmed it was in stock on the phone. Great service. My service rep Chris was helpful responsive and had great follow through. Normally going to a dealership has been a mixed bag for me. The service I received from Chris was the best Ive ever had.

Purchased a vehicle easily in one day. They didnt have an exact vehicle, so we found a way by adding leather after purchase. Salesman Derrick excellent, and the finance department person was very professional and quick, which I appreciate.

I went to drop off vehicle to get a routine oil change and filter change . I’ve been going there since I got my car in 2016 and usually they shuttle me or Uber me to a location within 10 miles but this time they told me I had to wait the 3-4 hrs for them to do the oil change or have someone pick me up . Usually I get offered at least water or cofeee when I get there but I was just told to either get picked up or wait inside . I always recommend Nissan because of how I had been treated in the past which was beyond expectations. But man I can’t believe it

Unbelievable. Worst customer service experience ever! Left the car for oil change and tyres changes. Asked if the car would be available at 4pm, because I would need it to pick my two kids at school (2 years old and 4 years old). The employee told me that it was completely feasible and I agreed to continue the service.After complaining a lot, the car was delivered at 4:50 pm without tyre alignment and balancing. And both kids had to wait alone in the summer camp and daycare for me to arrive.
