Made an appointment with Ray at the Stafford location because APM steps were not working. Ray helped me when I arrived. He called manufacture to confirm a part I brought with me. Took truck to the back, and was back in less than 5 minutes. Issue with original install from another company NOT Allout Offroad. Issue corrected and back on the road at no charge. Great service. Installation of my bed cover was professionally done. When the cover malfunctioned, I was helped by their staff to reach out to the manufacturer for a replacement since it was a known issue with Retrax. Chris was very helpful and explained the warranty replacement process. Great job, guys.

I just bought my car and my tint was wayyy too dark on my front windows so I needed it removed and replaced for my inspection, I came in they gave me a REALLY great price for the removal and replacement and did it in less than 2 hours. Really nice guys and my tint turned out GREAT! I loved the after and it was perfect I got the darkest I could get that was legal.

These guys are just AWESOME! This is the first 4 wheel/lift company that Ive dealt with that was not a nightmare. They upgraded my 2002 F350 from a 6 inch to an 8 inch lift last week. Unlike 4 Wheel Parts South Loop and BMC Pasadena, they did a perfect job and saved me $500 compared to 4 Wheel Parts South Loop quote. They did exactly what they said they would do, no problems. My truck rides so much better, I thought going higher would be worse as far as a bouncy ride, its much better. The staff was very friendly and professional I highly recommend Allout Offroad Stafford! I read the reviews before coming to the shop and I was most impressed with the Customer Service, the store and most of all, the damn fine job they did on my truck!! I got the 52 light bar and blue accent lights on the undercarriage. Very high quality!! It came out BADASS!! Excellent work guys so I will be back for my locker, train horn, front and rear bumper, really soon!!I highly recommend that you go see them!

I cant say enough good things about this place and the guys that work there as this is by far the best truck shop in the Houston area. Went up there really was just looking. Ran across Ray and he just kind of guided me in the direction that I wanted to be. Theyve got everything from starter kit all the way to very advanced lift kits, lighting, just about anything you needed for your SUV or pick up. You did a great job! Check it out did a safety road test on it when it was complete. And has also made adjustments on it since it was installed based on my needs .

The quality and service was top notch. New Katzkin leather seats with heat installed in my new truck. Looks factory. Truly a great transformation. Never had a bad experience at any of All Outs locations. Jimmy was awesome.

These guys did an alright job switching my seats to red but there was some problems like clips broken and the installation they did was crooked and uneven. Good customer service but the -2 stars because it’s hard to find the broken plastic pieces that was broken and there’s no way to fix the crooked installation.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with Ray. He’s very knowledgeable and even though it’s just a phone call, he always makes sure we are on the same page before I hang up so no surprises. He does what he says he’ll do. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome group of guys! Drug my truck on a trailer all the way from Austin to have them do an alignment and mount and balance my new tires. My truck has nothing stock left on it. Shops in Austin cant ever seem to get it right. Hunter got it within spec on the first try. I also have 22x14 custom powder coated wheels. Their tire machine doesnt even touch the wheel! They made it look easy mounting my 40s. Thanks guys for the great work. Ill be sure to bring all my vehicles to yall for my needs in the future.

I had a transfer case shift cable upgrade from Advance Adapters installed on my Jeep Rubicon at this facility. Being obsessive about the mechanical condition of my Jeep, I inspected the work very carefully after getting home. I was happy to see that everything was done as well as it can be done. Ill definitely have them do the next upgrade. Quality work, period.

I really had a positive experience getting my 2017 Toyota Tundra lifted at the All Out Off Road location in Stafford Texas. My service writer James Bellamy was or should I say is very knowledgeable about what will fit and look good on these Tundras. He guided me every step of the way and the truck turned out better than I could have imagined. These guys are all about customer satisfaction and earning your business. My installer Anthony was very professional and walked me through everything he did and what to watch out for and what to expect as time passes with the vehicle. These guys set the standard for off road vehicle mods. Dont waste your time and money going anywhere else.

Very pleased with the bed rug and cover on my 17 F-250. If there are any problems, they will handle it with the utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend them for any after market product. Ive been doing business with All-Out Stafford for over a decade and have always had a pleasant experience. Staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help. Recent upgrades to the shop are great. Love that I can get an alignment on site by people that understand lifted vehicles.

I had tint applied to the drivers side window on a minivan in July of 2015. For complete disclosure, ALL OUT was contracted by another shop (Service King). I dont like having tint because I often end up with razor cuts on my door trim. My instructions were to not cut my for trim with the razors, and try to match the tint of the other windows (not exact; but I was hoping for the same ballpark). When I picked up my vehicle, my door trim had razor cuts, and the tint wasnt even close (tint with a green hue applied when the other windows had tint with a brown hue). But the most annoying part was the tint wasnt aligned properly, and I could see past the tint on a part of the window, even when rolled up. Needless to say, I had to return and have the work redone. When I returned, the staff seemed annoyed I was back. The tint was applied properly the second time. Overall, sub-par experience.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place; from the first phone call to picking up my truck, everyone was extremely courteous and responsive. Brought my F-250 in for a level/lift kit with wheels and tires; they got it wrapped up all in a day and even stayed an hour past closing on a Friday to make sure I got it the same day. Decided to come here after some bad experiences with 4 Wheel Parts and all I can say is the competition needs to take some notes on how customer service should be. Absolutely the best experience Ive had with an offroad shop. Very knowledgeable and great staff. They installed a BDS 4.5 lift with 35s on my 2018 tundra. Rides better than it did brand new. Will be using them for all future projects

Went here for my 2013 focus about 4 years ago. Had them put 35% on the front two windows, and 5% on the back 3 windows. The tint is perfect, and it has no flaws in it. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We deal with Jimmy Johnson the most but everyone is so willing to help out! Jimmy is the Man and can find and put pretty much everything you want on your vehicle. Plus, their prices are the best!!

I went here from the recommendation of another automotive shop just a block down the road for window tinting. I do not own a truck but the staff was still courteous and friendly and answered my questions without judgement. I set up an appointment for tinting all my windows and they did an excellent job. I was very happy for the sticker they placed in my car to remind me to not roll down my windows for a few days. Its the small things that help too. Its been almost 2 months since then and I am very pleased with the quality. No bumps, scratches, or hiccups in the tinting as far as I can see. My SUV is able to withstand the Texas heat on my road trips or when my car is parked in an uncovered parking lot for hours. Excellent work and excellent customer service! Thank you!

These guys really took care of me. They guy with the deep voice got me exactly what I went in for which was grey weather tech floor mats for the duramax . They didnt have but but he got on his keyboard and had em there in 2 hrs without the ridiculous price. I would recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention sweet truck eye candy in the parking lot

I’m coming into tomorrow morning to inquire about replace my spark plugs with perforce ones that would inches the fuel/burn efficiency!Would like to know the kind of prices of some good ones...I might be considering a new fuel injection system too.Looking to keep within my budge but also increase, y trucks performance.I’m going for the fuel injector / spark plugs but I’m not trying spend a tone of money.I’ll also take any other suggestions you have.ALSO I DONE’T WAN TTO HAVE TO REPROGRAM MY SYSTEM TO HANDLE THE INCREASED FUEL AMOUNT

I asked them if they could install an e85 kit on my car and they said could. Turned out they installed it wrong. They did not pin it correctly on the ecm harness. And they didn’t even reinstall my air filter correctly. They could have at least tell me it was damaged and had to be replaced. I drove back home and noticed the vehicle running rough because of this.

Called and made an appointment for 11/11 for 9am to have nerf bars and LED lights underneath installed on my 2015 Chevy Silverado Double Cab. Called Allout and spoke with Jimmy. I explained to him what I wanted. I originally wanted to have the motorized nerf bars that come out when the doors open. This unit also has lights that come with it, but very pricey. I asked Jimmy if they can run LED lights underneath to light up the bars when the doors are opened. He said that they can so I went this route. The bars and lights look and work flawlessly!!! They wired the lights to my dome lights so they light up when the doors open and fade off when the doors are closed. Thank you Jimmy and team at Allout! This shop is my go to place to take my truck. I live in Katy and will continue to drive to use Allout for all the accessories for my truck. Great customer service! Thank you Allout Performance. See you again to have Bull Bars installed next. Great shop! If you need anything for your truck, theres no other place to go except Allout Performance.

I took my truck in to get a headache rack lights put on my truck and Jimmy the manager took my order. Well, it took 3 hours and I thought that was very odd because it took so long. Also, Jimmy told me not to go near the shop and I didnt think anything of it at the time, but later on I found out why. When I got home I noticed that the brush guard had three holes to bolt it to the truck. I know the brush guard I had on my truck had four holes to hold it to the truck because I installed it myself, and I remember it. They had removed my good brush guard and exchanged it with a another brush guard that was less sturdy. YES, THEY STOLE MY BRUSH GUARD. I would not recommend these theives to anyone. Also, when they installed the headache rack they did not put the metal plate on the bottom of the headache rack where it mounts to the bed rails and this caused my plastic bed caps to be crushed. One last thing, when I asked Jimmy if he could put a plug on the electrical for the headache rack so if I ever decide to remove the headache rack for any reason and then put the headache rack back then it would be easy to plug and unplug the electrical. Jimmy said he could not do it because it would be an electrical connection that could cause problems. Really? The whole truck has plugs ( electrical connections) everywhere. But, still the biggest complaint is THEY STOLE MY BRUSH GUARD.
