I came here to buy a Camaro back in March. It’s wasn’t really the best in my car buying experiences. The guy that was helping didn’t seem all that interested in helping me much. So that was a little bit of a downer. But the process was smooth overall. The only real grip I have is that I’m having the hardest time getting my plates and stickers. I got the car back in March and still haven’t gotten my plates and stickers. It’s just a annoyance to have to deal with months after driving off. I’m really not sure if I’d come back for my future car buying experiences.

Just bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler for my wife last Monday. So excited! We’ve been waiting so long and finally had the finances to do so. Got a good deal and brought it home. We smelled coolant the first day and brought it back Wednesday to service. They found out it had a cracked radiator and had to put me in a rental for a couple days. Got it back Friday and now Sunday morning I come out to my driveway and it’s full of oil on my parking spot. Guess I’ll be coming in tomorrow to check back into service. Service seemed to be great and nice but somewhere there is a disconnect when they do their “15 point inspection”

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this place service is the worst I thought it will get better, purchased my last truck F150 took it to service because the soon roof was having problems opening, they fixed it took it home after 9 months passed I open The window to get some fresh air and the sun roof cloth was loose I took it back and manager told me that they dont cover labor only parts and said that the cloth shrinked in 9 months. I called Ford in Katy and told them what this manager told me and started laughing at what he told me ford said nothing should be shrinking took it to Ford Auto Nation and fixed it for free even with out warranty. This will be my new dealer very honest people and care about there customers will never recommend TEXAS DIRECT AUTO.

Worst possible buying experience. These people are not real sales rep, you’re basically your own sales rep hope you know what you’re doing. The prices are competitive thank god but the service is just terrible. Need to hire professionals. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind taking risks

Lets just say I wont be buying my next car here. I drove 3 hours to San Marcos to receive a broken commitment. Never get layed off, any financial hardships or car troubles. They dont care! Just shut and go find the money or were shutting it off!! I think the leeway is one week.

I got my other vehicle here about 5 years ago and the customer service was flat-out wonderful I was even offered a free meal at the snack bar. Like literally everything was smooth sailing so of course when it was time for a new car I went back to this location. Its absolutely horrible now and all youll see is a bunch of people walking around like theyre busy when in reality they arent doing much of anything. I was at this place from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and it was one occasion where I even had to wait over an hour simply to swipe my card. I told them that I knew I would have negative equity going into my new car so I wanted to pay the negative balance on my card. They told me to sit and I was waiting for almost 2 hours just to pay. Also I went through about three different people who knew absolutely nothing about what they were doing. The financing and all of that stuff wasnt hard either because I was going through my credit union so they didnt have to deal with anything regarding that . My credit union sent them a blank check so there was no reason I should have been there that long. Even when I spoke to the manager he just pawned me off to another person who didnt know what they were doing. Once I got to the Finish Line I spoke with a guy named Cameron who was very knowledgeable about everything and made the process go much quicker. Perhaps he should be the manager of this location because hes really effective and efficient at his job. If it wasnt for me falling in love with the vehicle that I wanted and the price I would have walked away from this place a long time ago. Try other locations before coming here things have changed a lot.

Joe and Chris took care of my sons 2005 Honda Element. They thoroughly evaluated the damage to it and called to explain exactly what needed to be fixed. They even gave me a free loaner while it was in the shop. I appreciated their professionalism so much that I referred my brother to them a few weeks later for his 2016 Chevy Silverado. Thanks guys, well definitely be back for business in the future.P.S. I heard their sales department is now offering a disappearing deductible with their extended warranties if serviced at this shop. Now thats good business also.

I purchased a used 2018 Subaru Impreza here last month. Got a great deal and good service! Traded in my old 2012 Chevy Volt for a fair price. The financing process was quick and painless. The Subaru was delivered right to my neighborhood (came shipped from Florida). So far, the car runs great with zero signs of underlying issues. This really is the best place in the Houston area to purchase a used, reliable, well-kept vehicle.

Been here a total of 4 times, although this last visit was not near as great as the first 3 times buying there it was good, they no longer deal on price of vehicle at all like in the past but their pricing is pretty good overall. we rolled in early right at 9am. took a little while to get to see first vehicle to test drive but all in all was good experience.

Vroom ( company who took over Texas direct auto) needs to improve their customer service quickly or else this place is going to go down very very soon. Never coming back here. It’s nothing to do with employees but looks like policies for sales person, receptionist are not very rewarding. No one really cared about getting the business once the potential client has entered in. People were rude, non-welcoming and lacked enthusiasm to make a sale.Very disappointing, this use to be a good place to buy a car.

Confusing, no help whatsoever. We walked around like zombies for a good 10-15 minutes & not offered any help. We came to look at a land rover & a jeep we were interested in & the ONE employee WE approached was really nice & told us neither vehicle was at that location & was quick to tell us they were closing in 15 minutes. No wonder no one wanted to help. Guess my business wasnt important. BUT the officer working security was nice & friendly.

I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service appointment and oil change on a Monday. I had to call the service department on Wednesday to find out a part needed to be ordered and it would be ready on Friday. NOT! I stop by on Saturday afternoon and was told it would be ready Monday and they would call. NOT! I stopped by Tuesday afternoon and was told they needed to complete the oil change and the vehicle would be ready by 9 am Wednesday. NOT!!! I show up at 10 am on Wednesday and told they need 10 additional minutes to put the oil in. I’m sooooo done! I had to postpone my spring break trip!!!!!

Eric Rook was my Service Interface. He did an excellent job. Vehicle was delivered on time and in excellent condition. Eric gave me multiple options on repairs and was accurate on the cost of the repairs. Vehicle was delivered on time and in excellent condition. Eric also gave multiple options on repairs that may be needed in the future with associated cost. Overall people were very friendly and I plan to bring my vehicles back for future service.

The service I received at Texas Direct Auto Care Center was excellent! I have taken my truck there twice and received excellent service both times. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. You can get fresh coffee from the single serve coffee maker or cold water from the mini fridge while you wait! I will be back. Try them! You wont be disappointed!

I will never even bother to visit the website of this car dealer again! I filled out the online credit app to purchase an Audi A6. I spoke to the sales rep Jason and he said they just need to verify income and iemployment which I sent the following morning. When I called the following morning to make arrangement to pick up, since I am local, I was told the vehicle has been sold. I was told this happens all the time because they are a large volume dealership! I told Jason the sales rep that I was willing to put a deposit to reserve the vehicle but was told that I could not since I was a local Houston customer who would be picking up, which does not make any sense. I have purchased over 20 vehicles over the past 20 years; some new, some used, some very expensive to average. This dealer has a good selection and is competitively priced but I will NEVER purchase from this dealership for the way they treat their customers!

I bid on a Porsche Cayenne S on this companys eBay listing. Within five minutes I received a telephone call from this company to help put me in a Cayenne. The salesperson tried to push a financing agreement on me even though I said I wanted to pay cash. The salesman pushed delivery of the vehicle on me even though I said I would take delivery at the facility in Houston Texas where they said the vehicle was located.The salesman sent me a preliminary agreement to sign that reflected a bid on my part over $10,000 more than I had made and reflected a delivery fee. I responded to the email and ask the salesperson to explain the discrepancy. I did not hear back from him that evening. I sent someone to look at the Porsche the next day. The Porsche was not there. The salesman could not be located.The staff at the location were not helpful and tried to upsell several vehicles at significantly higher prices than I had bid on. The online salesman has never responded to any emails or telephone calls.In my opinion this is a deceptive trade practice and is unconscionable. I suggest no one do business with this company.

I brought my car in to get my brakes done, I was expecting to be there for a few hours but I was in and out in no time the service desk did an awesome job at making sure I was in and out. Excellent customer service and it also didnt cost me an arm and a leg prices were great!! I would definitely recommend that you take any of your car needs here they will take great care of you.

I recommend you get a professional mechanic to inspect any vehicle you purchase. I purchased a vehicle from them and a couple of months later I was in a minor accident. The car repair service found the vehicle had been in an accident and they had repaired it to hide the more expensive damage to the vehicle. BEWARE OF TEXAS DIRECT AUTO. Of course when I went back to have them repair the vehicle properly, they accused me of causing the damage.

So far my car has been fine. Had my free oil change coupon and thought I would give the Service area at Texas Direct a try. I walked into the service room with several people behind computers pretty much ignoring me. Had no idea what to do so finally walked up to one of them saying I had an oil change appointment and they were like Ill help you in a minute. I just stood there looking out the window and finally after 5 or so minutes someone else asked if they could help me. It was not a very friendly welcome at all. And no one was in line or anywhere around, it wasn t like the room had lots of people in it. All they had to do was say hello and we will be right with you. Is that so hard to do? So they could use some customer service training. The cashier was very nice. The rest could follow her lead.

I took my car in for the free first oil change and my car had some issues that needed quick response. I am a teacher and do not have time off to bring my car in during normal service hours and Service Advisor, Juan Jimenez arranged for me to bring my car in near closing time and leave it overnight. He arranged a loaner car via my Master Tech Extended Warranty Plan which made it possible for me to have the car repaired in a timely manner.My car was repaired quickly and Mr. Jimenez had promised it would be washed and vacuumed and when I received the car, it was in better than new condition. So very clean and ran so smooth and efficiently. Thank you for the top notch service Mr. Jimenez and Texas Direct Auto!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on July 23, 2019. My salesman was Robert. It took him 9 days to submit paperwork that had already been filled out to the Vroom title department. It took the title department 17 days to simply send my registration information to the local DMV. The day that the information was submitted was the day that I called to inquire about my tags which was August 19, 2019.None of the listed local numbers work. I was transferred from department to department and no one could provide an update concerning when my paperwork was submitted. I was given the run around and lied to. I called all morning and finally the afternoon of August 19, 2019 I was told my paperwork had been submitted THAT day. The only reason it got submitted that day was because I called.I was told I should have my tags by Monday August 26, 2019. Laziness and lack of follow through delayed a process that should have taken a week.Do not sit on paperwork. No one wants to ride around with temporary tags because this company is more concerned with the sale of the vehicle versus the entire process. I will no longer refer people to this dealership.Robert should not only be concerned with the sale. Follow through the ENTIRE procedure.

I purchased a 2008 Sierra Denali from Texas Direct in November 2013. The truck has been in great working condition and I couldnt have asked for a better deal! I have been to their service center three time for an oil change/tire rotation/balance and have been very impressed with the process. My husband and I received extremely poor communication from the service technician. We dropped our car off on 7/27 for warranty work - specifically to replace front wheel hub bearings. We were given conflicting information all throughout the 8 days that our car was there. In chronological order:1. parts are on their way2. car will be ready for pickup3. there is no record of any repair work being done4. Customer Relations states there is nothing she can do to help and that there is no loaner car system in place5. the parts havent been ordered6. parts are on their way7. the wrong parts were delivered8. Service Manager involved on day 8 and helped expedite the repairWe are appreciative of the Service Managers intervention. However, had we known that this is the kind of service we would receive overall, we probably would have gone elsewhere to buy our car. As it is, we had planned to purchase our teenage sons car from Texas Direct Auto, but will now be looking elsewhere.Please do not advertise free loaner car available for all major repairs when you are not going to follow through. The level of inconvenience may have been alleviated somewhat had we been provided that benefit.

We are a Volkswagen Dealership and we specialize in Volkswagens; however, we had a BMW vehicle the other day that we did not have the equipment to repair it, so we sent the car to Texas Direct Auto Care and they fixed it. Bob at Texas Direct Auto Service Center was fantastic! I came in for a complimentary oil change and was greeted promptly at my car. Bob not only changed my oil but helped me remove a stain from my bumper that would not come off. Bob also offered to install my new plates on the car. Great customer service, I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be back for any service in the future!

I bought my Porsche from Texas direct auto and got a free oil change. Scheduling was easy and i reached shop on time.The car requires synthetic oil.The power steering was not working at 100% so asked them to check it, they said that it was low on fluid but it needs special oil which they didnt have but have send out someone to get it. I was there for 2-3 hours due to this.Every one was very nice and gave compliments to my car. I will definitely go back even if its not close to my home

This is online in name only. It’s like an old Nissan Sentra who wanted to be a racing car and got the Mercedes body (vroom) but forgot to change the engine (traditional inefficient dealership processes).Pricing is obv tAlen care of by the smart programmers somewhere in CA but the rest of the deal is still bad.Slowwww queue management, loooong wait times (like 30 mins to an hour) just to see the sales guy in the first place... on every visit.Still takes 3 visits to get the deal finalized and for a checkup of your car before / after the purchase.

Avoid this place at any cost. I have bought my car and used the service department and have received nothing but run around and incompetent service. Find a better place for your money. Kept my car for service for two days yet didnt have a tech look at it yet and this is after waiting for two weeks to make appointment online. Brought the same car over and over for the same problem which was suppose to be fixed when purchased but problem never fixed and now I am told car out of warranty.

Not pleased with the service.Spoke to the senior sales associate Friday. I told him I would be in at 10 am to check out the vehicle. I arrive 1 hour earlier on Saturday at 9am. I find out the sales associate would not be in. So we move forward with the deal and I check in to the test driving area. Im told to head to the front and wait for the vehicle to pull up. As Im waiting everybody that was behind me is getting into their vehicles for the 30 minute test drive and returning. I go back in and inquire about why my vehicle is taking so long. They forgot about me and promptly bring the vehicle after a 40 minute wait.I find a couple things that I would like addressed before purchasing the vehicle and notify to sales rep. He informs me that it will need to go to the mechanics to be inspected and hell call me to let me know how long it would take. After an hour I give him a call and he tells me that he has not update and will contact them. Another hour passes and I call back. I was not able to speak to this sales agent again because every call would be forwarded to another section, calls would be dropped, or Im told that theyll let him no. At one point I get transferred to another person who says no es bueno. I call multiple times trying to speak to a sales manage to no avail. Finally I get a sales manager on the line and it turns out this sales manager is the online sales manager. This guy was not even apart of the same location and provides no help and only excuses to why they may not have answered.Long story short the vehicle I purchased has been involved in some sort of collision in the front and rear. The window tint was damaged significantly. The CarFax report indeed confirms the collision damage. The Vroom company says that they do not sale wrecked vehicles..I did not leave with the vehicle I purchased because the front fog light had a broken moisture seal that let in water. They needed to repair the rear bumper. They also will re tint the window.The only good thing that came out of this was the one manager who informed me that theyll ship the vehicle to me free of charge after the repairs have been made. He was the only person worth dealing with at that location.In the future I would never even consider purchasing online and not being able to see the vehicle in person before its shipped to my home after dealing with that. I did not leave that location until 8 pm.

I have updated my review because within an hour of leaving the previous one, I received a call from Mike, who is going above and beyond to take care of me. He also has taken the necessary steps so that no one else can fall through the cracks like this. That is all I wanted.If I could give them lower than a 1 star I would. This is the second time I have had to take my car here. I bought the vehicle from them, and they have had my vehicle this time for 17 days, not one return phone call to tell me what is going on. The first time they had my vehicle for nearly a month, same issue, they do not give a damn about customer service. I call and call, leave messages, no one calls back. I finally get Joe on the phone, he says he is calling the warranty company, he does not know if they had been out, when I was told by Eric the day I brought it in, that the inspector from the warranty company would be there the following Monday or Tuesday. Is it that hard to call someone back and tell them if their vehicle will EVER BE READY?

Took my car for issues. They had my car for a week. Got it back and it was still doing the same issue. So now they have had my car for 10 days and now So far this week has been. “We got the parts in today they are working on it and will be ready tomorrow.” That’s 2 days now I been told the same thing.

Ron sales manager horrible had bad experience first time made the mistake going there a 2nd time same experience.BE CAREFUL they do not do an inspection on vehicles or check for recallsthey just stick cars on lotcar dirty still had writing from auction on windshield and other areas car that needed to be fixed and they didnt addressHAVE CAR THOROUGHLY CHECKED OUT BY MECHANIC BEFORE BUY
