I had a great experience. They were very professional from the time that I walked in and scheduled my appointment all the way till I picked up my vehicle. Samuel was my representative. He walked me through the process as this was my first time dealing with insurance/car issue. He kept me updated through the process and was vehicle was back within 3 days. They did an awesome job restoring the bumper/side panel of my car. Vehicle was clean inside and out. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had my Windshield replaced. I interacted with Howard Atkins through this entire process. I really enjoyed working with Howard. He kept me well informed about the timeline of the process, was very courteous and professional. I was also impressed with the quality of the work.

Update:Them saying theyd like to earn back my brothers business was them wanting to explain away their mistake. Leaving at 2 stars.My brother had insurance work that needed to be done on his Tesla. He called them and they said it shouldnt be a problem (essentially) and it should only take 2-3 days to do the repairs. We get there and they said that they are only taking appointments and the soonest they could get my brother in is in January.

I have used them twice and have had good experiences both time. Vincent is the man! Will definitely be coming back although I am hoping to avoid any situation that brings me here :)

Our Tesla was rear ended and this location was recommended as a Tesla certified repair shop. They did a wonderful job. We worked with Howard and he was great with contacting us and follow up.

READ your insurance policy. My insurance company sent my Tundra to have the catalytic converters replaced because of their contract with them. As the customer, I wanted Toyota to do the repair. That didnt happen. I found out that although Toyota restoration accepted the job, my truck was sent to a muffler shop down the street to have aftermarket parts installed.Their work is not the same. I knew immediately. Do your research. I will never use this shop again.

I gave my car here after an accident. Vincent was very communicative. He was very open about the timeline which was really long and made me prepare for it. He communicated with insurance even though they were a pain to work with. Will go there for my future services. Thank you SMRC...

My wife had an wreck and we decided to go with this repair shop. The adjuster decided to total the car and so we did not use it for any service. I am giving it a 4 star because of the reputation of Sterling McCall. I took away a star as the guy I was dealing with wont pick the phone. I left voice message but he did not answer back. I had to go-to the shop to catch hold of him.

I’ve had the pleasure of using Stirling McCall Restorations’ services on three separate occasions. Their service was impeccable returning my vehicle to its original factory quality with top notch work on the body, paint, and A/C system. They also included on one occasion a replacement shifter knob, that was very difficult to source. They took time to replace it for me, with no hassle.I value their services and will refer them to anyone with a vehicle that is damaged.

I was very pleased on how this restoration center treated the car needs. I took it to get body work. They replaced the whole front bumper and all the parts dealing with the insurance themselves which was great and saved time. There is no sign of the damaged. The car came out like it was new. Mr. Bo Li was awesome and took really good care and his professionalism and knowledge were outstanding.

I am absolutely satisfied with the service provided. Jeff was amazing, we did not have to contact them for an update once. Jeff was always on it providing us with an update. We did not have any surprise charges. Huge Shout out to this location.

Nothing less than the best from Sterling McCall. I went in with some minor damage to the body/paint of my suv and they made it look like it never happened. Like I just drove it off the lot! Bo was extremely helpful and kept me informed along the way. Not to mention they go above and beyond such as having the vehicle detailed and sent to the car wash so you get it back in pristine condition. The estimate was very fair as well. My experience at Sterling McCall Restoration was excellent. They worked every way possible to do the best for me that they could. I was so appreciative. They also have Enterprise Rent-A-Car right there in the office and the Enterprise office was also extremely helpful and workable with me. I was very, very pleased with the service that I received. I was very pleased with how The Restoration center repaired the dent on my car and handled the entire process. It was professional, timely and flexible for my schedule.Jeff was handling insurance claim papers, the body work, paint, cleaning etc. He brought my car back in perfect shape. There was no traces of previous damage on my driver door. It looked new! Excellent job!Would use it again.

Had my car repaired for auto collision, the part was unavailable for over a month but it was due to lack of parts due to covid...however despite it being in shop for over a month, they were able to get the damaged part looking like new so I didnt have to wait I was grateful for that the work looked perfect!

They did Terry-ble job. I am talking about Terry Midek, he was point of conract, he doesnt follow up his job properly, not even phone calls. My car stayed there for 51 days to get repaired. Luckly I had another car and was working remotely.They always have an excuse, either some parts come late or missing. Bottom line they dont care their costumer and needs to work on time management, waiting for repair almost 2 months is not just normal.

I went for the 5000 miles maintenance check. It was fast and efficient. Pedro was helpful and other staffs are friendly.

Replaced wrong grill for my Camry, the fender reassembly is shoddy at best. The reason I picked dealership to fix my car for a reason ..which is quality work, but it was a mistake.All you care was to get check from insurance, after that you could careless .Talk to your advisor, Paul Krause.

Actually, I really didnt want to them 1 star because of what Im going through with them now, but I have to in order to finish my complaint! I got into a fender bender back on May 18 2021, brought my car here that same day and repairs begun on the 20th, estimated time of completion June 11. I called that day to see if it was ready and Samuel told me that it would take another week because his Painter was out because a relative of his went to the hospital, so I wait another week (week four) I call that Thursday and he tells the same thing only it sounds as if nothing was done to my car. Now week 5, Im planning on calling on Wednesday to see what the status is on my car, if I get the same BS story and if nothing has been done to my car I will pick it up and send it eals where and not pay them anything for doing nothing To anybody and everybody, dont send your car here for repairs!! I understand car repairs can and will take time, but I dont think it should take over a month!

Bo at Sterling McCall kept me well informed about the progress of the repair. The process was very smooth and worry- free. Will certainly recommend their service to anyone needs work done in their cars.

I brought my car in for minor door repairs and while my car was at this shop it was involved in an accident by one of the employees. Sterling McCall took responsibility and handled the repairs but due to the extra time needed to make those repairs I extended my car rental with enterprise. I was not informed that Sterling McCall would be covering the insurance for my car rental so I paid out of pocket for the additional month and a half that it took for the repairs to be completed. When I picked up my vehicle I explained to my service advisor that I had been paying for the additional car rental insurance coverage and was told that he would speak to his supervisor because I shouldn’t have had to pay for the rental insurance. Well after a month of back and forth conversations with my service advisor I was eventually informed that there was nothing that could be done to reimburse me for the rental insurance charges. I am now left with a loss of nearly $600 and my vehicle has also depreciated in value due to the damages that were done to my vehicle while in Sterling McCall possession. I was never informed by Sterling McCall that they would cover the insurance needed for my vehicle. I am very upset and disappointed with how this was handled and honestly don’t recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here for repairs.

Since I have taken my vehicle to this location for restoration, AC has been performing poor. First the cars AC unit went dead & it would only blow hot air in summer, after paying all the dues for dealership to fix things at factory standards supposedly. So we took our vehicle back again for which they fixed the AC and now my AC performs poorly. The amount of time it took for them to fix this pretty much deterred us off to consider them again as an option.

Repair was done on time. Cedric Battles was professional and work finished earlier than scheduled date. Highly recommended..

The paint was perfectly glossy, smooth and all trim areas were impeccable. You would never know that this truck had so many paint chips. After 10 weeks of waiting for parts at Sterling McCall Fort Bend, the restoration center completed the job in less than 2 weeks.

Took longer than expected. Insurance connect/salesman was very helpful. Make sure you take personals out of car. Missing personals when car was returned, charger cord, items in console, items in door slots.

Did a great job communicating and with repairs.

Outstanding work but somewhat slow

I brought my car on a late Friday and was Monday before I received a phone call that they are assessing the work with the insurance before they proceed. It was to replace fender and bumper and for repair and front end alignment work. Howard was handling my case, a Jeep. As i’m very picky and paint and gap and spaces, they did a super good job of painting and alignment correction. I also asked for he car to be sent to alignment for proper driving, something not normally done but Howard managed to take care of it. When ready to pick I noticed some minor hood gap alignment that Howard was able to resolve quickly. Further a week later I noticed another minor gap issue and Howard cordially took care of while waiting. I noticed my daughter had taken her car to them a couple of years ago and she was also happy. I’m sure if I have something else pops up it wouldn’t be an issue. I recommend Sterling McCall Restoration over other places.. I know my experiences with other places!

Brought my brand new Camry to fix here. Noticed uneven headlights after repair. Statefarm rep guy argued and blamed my car for it. Its only fix when I refused to accept it and the director came out to correct it. It took less than 15 mins to fix it. Both Headlights still not even, but acceptable n not worth argument. Im gonna give other Toyota dealership a tryout for next time.

Had to get my moms car fixed after she got hit and I was surprised by the speed and quality of their work. They replaced her entire bumper, painted everything, fixed some scratches, and replaced sensors all in a little over a weeks time and the paint properly matched the vehicle. They definitely did an excellent job and I’m happy with them.

I needed to get my Acura fixed after my bumper was damaged from a minor accident. I worked with Howard A. which was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. My vehicle was ready per the date promised and the work was done perfectly. Once I picked up my vehicle it was even washed and cleaned.

Everything was very professional and great! Mr. Terry was very professional and patient with me. The job was exact and so was he. That make the job and the worker great!

Firstly, the terrible customer service provided by the guy that was assigned to me, Samuel, he was incredibly unprofessional. He clearly hated his job which reflected on his negative attitude towards customers.Secondly, poor quality work. I have taken my car here 2 times for body work. Both times I had issues with the work done, when I went to pick up the car, the work was done poorly that it had to be re-done. This last time they had to re-work on the car twice, meaning me having to drive back and forth for about a week (I live 50 minutes away from it). Very inconvenient. I definitely learned my lesson, never coming back there.

After the incident, I called AAA to file a claim, the agent who processed my claim emailed a list of approved body shops in my area.Sterling McCall was 3 miles from my house, I called around 11 am on Saturday, the day after the incident, dropped off my car, looked over my rental through Enterprise and I was informed the Collision Manager will contact me with an estimate.The Ulysses the body shop manager called me with an update then later Thursday called me and informed me my car was ready.So far, my insurance adjuster and Sterling McCall restoration all treated my situation with priority; I would recommend my family, friends and associates to take the route of services if theyre ever involved in a traffic incident.
