Fast talking salesman. Over talked us when asking questions, repeated same line, We wont sell a car unless its top notch. Um... right. My friend bought the car against my wishes, and has had it 2 weeks. Had to get new tires, full brake job, electrical wiring & bulbs & a new battery. The tires were from 2012, and battery sticker was 2013. Take someone who knows cars with you... and dont believe the words, believe what you see, hear, and feel when driving it.

In August 2017, I was hit by another vehicle and my entire front and left side had to be replaced. I found Freedom on Google and they had great reviews, so I took my car to them. It took a week to do the initial repairs, and on top of that, I had to bring my car back in TWICE in order to complete the job. They did a very sloppy job, and over the next 3 months my fender began to pop out.In December 2017, I returned to Freedom and told them I was unhappy with my repairs because my fender was popping off. They said no problem and they’d fix everything up for me, their mistake. They fixed it all within 4 days. Here we are, January 2017, and my fender is popping off.... again. I’m extremely disappointed with my repairs.

They did outstanding work on my two cars. Work was done on time and The quality of work is really good. They updated me through textsa the progress of work and the bodywork on my car was completed earlier than the expected date. I highly recommend this place for their fair pricing, quality of work and outstanding customer service.

They did an excellent job painting my car and making my 10-year-old, always garage-less vehicle look almost new again. I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism too, and they finished ahead of schedule, saving me a little money on my rental. Eleven out of 10, HIGHLY recommended!

This is the best mechanic I know. My car wouldnt start so I called them to see what was wrong with my car and a guy named Shawn/Shone offered to come to my car and see what was wrong with my car. It turns out that one of the terminals in the battery was loose so he tightened the terminals and fixed it within few minutes and I was good to go. Their customer service is awesome and I like it. I totally will recommend this place. This place definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

An amazingly refreshing experience. Overall great service, speedy repairs, reliable, reasonably priced, and honest. It is so hard to find honest people, but an honest mechanic even harder. Thomas the new owner is a very pleasant individual who truly cares for his clients. I got to know him when he gave me a courtesy ride home, and back to the shop. Zach was also amazing. He kept line of communication open let me know up front what everything would cost. Updates on status of the repair and more. I feel like I was more like a friend rather than just some random invoice. The work was done quickly (fixed the same day) and for less than the competition. I had 2 other quotes and they were both higher than what they charged me and it was going to be a 2 day wait from other to places. I will be returning. I very much reccomend this business.

My vehicle was damaged when a tree branch fell during a recent storm (Texas weather). The front end including the windshield, side view mirror, front fender and both right side doors were severely damaged and had to be repaired and/or replaced. I was looking to purchase a used vehicle at a nearby dealership. The folks at freedom automotive were good enough to get me in quick to take a look. I got my oil changed and state inspection here. I went a little before noon and was not busy at all. The front desk and the gentleman who did the services on my car were extremely kind. Pricing is super reasonable as well! I recommend this place for your next auto service :)

Jim still runs a great repair shop pretty much as it was when his father turned it over to him. And this despite some turnover in his longtime mechanics but he seems to have covered the gaps pretty well. Theyve always had a great body shop although not the cheapest.

When the motor to my escape went out, Jonathan and his team worked so hard to find an affordable way to help us out. I do not know what would have happened if he hadnt taken the time and done this for us. Took the car back in when another issue came up and did a great job again! I highly rec. this team. I wont take my vehicle anywhere else.

Been here a few times, but each time I was helped right away and given complete notice to my issues. The staff is very concerned with what the issue may be. Good crew that works there very friendly and both times my car has come better than before.

People here are really helpful. I had a great visit. I ran over a spare tire that someone left on the road. Was afraid i damaged something on the under surface of the car. They checked it quickly, there was no damage, just the plastic sheet lost its clips. They replaced it for literally no cost at all. Would recommend people to go here.Really liked the way they welcomed me with a smile. Took my stress away.Keep up the good work.This would be my place to get an oil change.

I first discovered John and Jim a few years ago because of their radio show. I was impressed with their frequent offers to assist someone who wanted to do their own repairs. My impression was that they were honest and wanted to keep their customers happy so they would keep coming back. They take care of their customers. I had new brake pads installed that my truck did not like because they would squeak when they warmed up. I left a message for them about the problem and they called back quickly and let me know they ordered different pads and to bring my truck in and they would take care of it. John Miller is a great guy to work with. I mentioned Freedom Automotive to a friend of mine that sells parts to various body shops around town, and he stated they are some honest folks out there! My car hit a deer recently, which needed extensive repairs, but Freedom did an outstanding job to make my car look new again! Save yourself a major headache and go somewhere else. For me, the front office had no idea what was wrong with my car’s A/C system and instead of telling me this, they just lied and quoted me to replace the whole thing. I then head to the back and ask the technician what the problem is and he shows me that a valve needs to be replaced and that’s it. Everything the front office said contradicted the actual problem.Don’t go here.

I took my daughters 1997 Toyota Tacoma, for some work. The repair price was reasonable, gave me my discounts and best of all the lady at the front desk was very pleasant. I definitely will be back.

Went there last week for an interior detailing and absolutely loved it. My car was very dirty from moving homes recently and from my dogs. They took all day, but that’s ok because they told me it was going to take 6 hours when I made the appointment so there were no surprises. Staff was friendly and courteous and even offered to take me back home and pick me up while my car was being taken care of. Their attention to detail was impeccable, I could not find one dog hair once done. Their price is unbeatable too: 99$- yes please for my suv! Thank you very much!

David did not bother to email or call me with an estimate. In all fairness, they did have an internet issue the day I dropped by, but I was not a valued NEW customer apparently. Too bad, I will never give them a second look.. Apollo probably does better work any way. I just wish I had not wasted my time pursuing another estimate. My time is valuable, even if they do not feel that way.

Went in for in inspection on my 2000 car. It was quick, friendly and professional and they didnt try to prospect for things to fix like 80% of the shops do. Told them Id see them in a year, but maybe sooner if I have something come up.

Stay away!!!!! I’ve been in car business 20 years no matter what they reply there lying! I’ve never left anyone a bad review but this behavior and business was disgusting. If I can give 0 stars trust me I would. Called them a week ago for an oil change. Of course they deny this but thankfully I called from a recorded line. “Jonnathon who’s the only nice guy there said u can bring your own oil in idkwhy he said that but he did so I went to Walmart brought it. Oil change basic in a Honda. After I leave car dies. Turns out these people did something wrong because my car died turns out there was no new oil!!! Talked to 6 other mechanics they said it’s because of the oil they messed up but they spent 2 days trying to blame me. Of course there gonna reply o this and say otherwise. I spent 500$ on a rental car they would not cover it. Absolute crooks. Stay away!!! Do not take your car here!!! They are crooks there not honest. Till now they still try to make it seem like it’s my fault. Sure buddy. Sure. Now I have to file a civil lawsuits so I can get my money for the rental car and I missed 2 days of class. Never again I would rather pay more and deal with pros.

Way overpriced. $160 dollar diagnostic and $3K quote for labor and parts not needed. Took truck to Midas for $50 diagnostic and $1K in labor and parts needed to actually fix coolant and freon leak. These guys are crooks, dont take your vehicle to them.

Ive had good service at a fair price done here. Its a bit far for us to use and they do not offer car rental or shuttle service.

Extremely honest folks. Went in for a brake job on my 2007 Expedition. Initially they replaced pads and resurfaced rotors like a normal job. After about 2 weeks I was in heavy traffic and the left front caliper started dragging. Came back to Freedom and they said the caliper needed to be changed. Now Ive been around enough cars and done enough of my own repairs to know that this is not terribly unusual in an 8 year old car with no previous brake work. The great part was that they only charged me for the cost of the calipers and they ate the labor as well as replacement pads. Now that is standing behind your work!!
