I went to get my car checked for a leak near the Rear-view mirror. John used his sound tool to validate that there was no leak from the Windshield. He shared that the sun-roof was the reason for the leak. He cleared the drain channel and checked by pouring water to ensure that there was no leak. At a time when we are emerging from pandemic, I was very expecting a nice charge for the repair, to my surprise John shared that there is no charge as he didnt do much. The sincerity of John is the reason I will go back to his shop. I would Highly Recommend his shop for your auto needs.

I went to Brake Check for a quote on changing my breaks and they told me $600-700, which I thought was pricey. I came to Shalom since I used them back in high school and WOW!!! Not only did they check my car for free turns out I had 80% brakes left in the back and 30% left in the front. It was really even time to get them changed. I really appreciate the honesty, because most places don’t give you that courtesy. I will definitely be coming back for all my repairs with this company!!! Super sweet staff is a plus!!!

Extremely disappointed with this place! Came here twice for a battery replacement. Had 3 battery tests outside that indicated battery failure but they would not accept it. When I can back again with proof from the other place they retested the battery and admitted it was a bad cell and would replace the battery (which was under warranty). A mistake can happen to anyone and John apologized for the run around. His front desk staff (Melissa) is extremely rude, talks over customers, cut them off and assumed that she knows everything. I will not be coming back to this location for any service.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!I brought my car here and was told that they would diagnose it for free and tell me what problems i may have. They tell me that my engine oil pressure switch and engine coolant temperature sensor needed fixing. Both of those are sensors which came out to be around $700. I pay for it, they “fix” it, and not even 10 minutes from me picking my car up from them, i notice my car smoking. I call them and tell them and they’re like okay bring it back. So as I’m on my way back, my car leaks all of the oil out of it and completely stops. They send a mechanic but REFUSES to tow it even though this is minutes from leaving their shop and clearly a problem they caused as i have never had an oil leak before. I get it towed to them, and the next day i call for an update and was told it would be ANOTHER $600. At this point I decide that they were just trying to con me out of my money and continuously lying about what really happened.A week later i have another mechanic look at it and he instantly notices that their mechanics were severely negligent in the handling of my car. He ended up fixing everything for less than $300 and I’ve been driving fine ever since.THEY OVERCHARGE AND LIE TO CUSTOMERS AND THEIR MECHANICS ARE NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OR EXPERIENCED, THEY ALSO ARE A CORRUPT SMALL BUSINESS WHO WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET YOUR MONEY. (Like conning a college student out of nearly a thousand dollars).

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SHALOM AUTO!Worst experience ever! Shalom replaced an engine 7 months ago. The engine failed after 7 months, but was covered under warranty. The vehicle was with Shalom for a month and not repaired. We were given over 10 different dates the car would be ready, when we called to verify we could pick-up the vehicle on that date there would be an excuse, e.g. the mechanics were given time off and no one was working; there are other customers ahead of you - this was after a month, who was ahead of us after a month! Once, we called and she told us the mechanic broke something on the car and needed to replace it. I get accidents happen, but Shalom didnt call us to disclose the accident. Every single time there was an excuse why we could not pick-up the car.We never received a call from Shalom giving any status update, and the only way we found out information was to call the rude, dishonest and unprofessional lady at the front desk. I emailed a complaint to the owner, who to this date, NEVER responded, never picked up the phone to call and attempt to mitigate the issue or provide any rationale why our repair was taking over a month. I also told the front desk lady to let the owner know I had a significant complaint, again to date, no response.After being told the only thing remaining was to put the bumper back on our car, we arrived at the shop the following morning to what was a blatant lie. The car still needed 3 hours of repairs. We literally had to camp out in the lobby and force the mechanic to repair the vehicle (to which he had an obvious attitude). Within a day of receiving the car back, the check engine light was back on. The mechanic failed to even plug back in the MAP sensor, and had put only a small amount of oil in the engine. Ridiculous!The shop likes to give the impression it is a Christian-based company, but hanging crosses on your wall and placing Bibles in the lobby does not equate to integrity or ethics. Transparency, follow-up, ethical work and honest communication was not my experience with this company. If you want respect, truthful and timely communication, and correct repairs to your car, then DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SHALOM!

DO NOT GO HERE!I took my car here after hearing strange noises from my car. I was told that I needed to have my strut mounts changed on both the driver and passenger sides, which came out to be almost $700 which was at a “special discount “. However, shortly after they “fixed” the car, the noise came back. It was basically just as before the “repairs”. So I went back to get it fixed and I was told that the previous technician who looked at my car might have made a mistake and misdiagnosed my car. Then they recommended that I needed new sway bar links and this would fix my car. I decided to get a second opinion just to be sure and discovered that the strut mounts they placed were old/used strut mounts and they had overcharged me by at least $500!I’m extremely disappointed that a Christian-based auto clinic is taking advantage of their customers and swindling them.

Shalom auto clinic is one of the best!! The owner and staff are all very friendly and knowledgable. They were patient with my frustration with my car and went above and beyond to resolve an issue that wasnt there fault. My gear shift cable broke on me due to a recall with my dodge and I was not informed until my car stopped on me and I towed it to Shalom. They worked a miracle on my car and were searching all over for my part that wasnt even in stock in the US, and got it to work again (and did it quicker than the time they expected) I will definitely be returning:) Thank you guys again!

Went in because the low beams werent working. The Dealership said they had checked the bulbs, and that it was an electrical issue. Called early in the morning, Mike said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. Got a call about and hour and a half later, and of course the bulbs were burned out (I have no idea what the dealership checked). They were very honest, friendly, and a great staff. They have earned my business.

The head mechanic was very helpful and explained exactly what he was doing when he relearned my transmission. However, the receptionist needs to work on her customer service phone skills. I called asking for a quote for some work I need done, and she very rudely said she doesnt have time to give phone quotes and I have to bring it in to get a quote. Even though I already know exactly what I need fixed. I will not be bringing my business here again due to the bad attitude of the receptionist.

I really didn’t use it to fix my car but instead they had a chapel above the facility that we used for bible study on Friday nights. Very convenient since it was literally less than 10Minutes away from my house. Other than that it’s pretty chill.

I took my 2005 Chevy to Shalom Auto Clinic for maintenance. It took 3 visits for the car to be in the healthy state to pass inspection. In these 3 visits I encountered very honest and professional staff, very friendly attitude, clean premises and fun environment. Their diagnosis was at par with known problems in the car and repair was cost effective. In which other auto care place you get free pizza, and get to see a football game where German striker Mueller score a hat trick?

My experience with Shalom Auto Clinic was enlightening. Normally, I would drop off my car but I was unable to get a ride so I waited the four hours that it took for my car repair. The staff at Shalom are courteous. I was given details the day before on what would take place with the repairs on my car. Every question that I asked was answered. They seemed to have a good rapport with every customer, delivery person, even the mechanic staff was helpful in their demeanor with delivery persons and others. What could have been a long four hours, turned out to be interesting and refreshing. My Car was ready when they told me it would be and working better than ever!

Shalom Auto Clinic is a fantastic, family-run company. I have never had a bad experience in the 5+ years that I have been taking my vehicles to their shop.Three days ago my car (Toyota Solara) stopped working with a timing belt issue. The timing belt had slipped off. I took it to a local car shop and they gave me an estimate of $1100. I thought this price was outrageous so I called a few other companies in the area but everyone said that the quote was reasonable. I called Jon from Shalom and he told me to bring the car in and he would take a look at it. The car was repaired and in working condition in one day and my total charge for parts and labor was $400.I cannot speak highly enough of the integrity and expertise of this family and their employees. Our pickup had many dents in it and the paint was peeling off on the hood and roof. Shalom fixed all the dents and repainted the truck and it looks like new! Fabulous work; we are very pleased. Highly recommended shop!

I have been going to John for the last 3 years and have found him to be a very honest and sincere man. The prices are very reasonable and so is the service. I have never had any issues with work done with them and they dont oversell you anything like some mechanics do. The wait times are okay for the most part but sometimes it has taken quite a while.

I was referred to Shalom Auto Clinic by my sister a few years ago when I started having problems with my aged Ford Explorer. I was very pleased with their hospitality and service each time I had to take it in. As a consequence, after purchasing my current automobile and disagreeing with a quote from another auto repair shop that I was referred to by my insurance company after a recent accident, I had them transport my vehicle to Shalom for an estimate. The other repair shop quoted me an estimate of $2100, that had to be paid out of pocket because they said it wasnt accident-related. Shalom repaired my auto for $206!!! Go figure!!!!!!!!!!!I find Shalom Auto Clinic to be a very respectable, efficient, trustworthy company and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for quality, professional service.

Seems like an honest shop. I took my car in for a wheel alignment, and it was cheap and relatively fast. They even fixed a really easy unrelated problem for free. Ill definitely use this place again.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!I went to Shalom Auto Clinic for a simple oil change, little did I know that they were not capable to doing such thing. I had brought them my own oil and filter as I have done for 7 years to other mechanics and pay for their service. When I brought them my oil and filter and had completed the oil change, everything seemed to be fine. Two days later all I smell is this stench of some thing burning. And then when I looked outside, I could see clouds of smoke coming from underneath the passenger side of he car. Immediately I took it to another mechanic fearing for my life and the car. The this mechanic told me that “whoever did your last oil change put on the filter wrong”. So them immediately I went to Shalom Auto Clinic and told them what happened, and they said they will take a look. First they told me the filter that I been using for seven years was wrong. When I told them I get my filters from the dealership, they stated it’s a faulty filter. I asked them how do you know a brand new completely sealed filter was faulty? They had no answer. Then the mechanic named Wilson told me I would need a brand new oil change again. I knew theses people were trying to cheat me, so I called the manager. When the manager arriver the mechanic threatened to go to lunch and leave my car on the lift. When the manager asked the mechanic can you save the oil he said yes. Then the manager said he will take care of the situation. After waiting thirty-five minutes they told me my care was ready. And told me I own them another $15. For their mistake. When I asked them why I had to pay another $15 dollars, they said it’s cause it was a faulty filter. I asked them how do you know it was faulty, they stated I don’t know but its faulty. I never felt more cheated than i did today, its not a matter of 15 bucks. Its the fact they knew they did a bad job and would not admit their fault in it . This is no how people should do business by deceiving and cheating other for their money. I want to make sure others don’t get cheated like I did. I knew a whole lot about my car, and they did this to me. Imagine what they do to people who are clueless about their cars.

I have taken 2 vehicles there for paint and body work, they even gave me a loaner to use one time.. They have very good dent guy, who knows what he is doing. They warranty there work, I had to send back in once cause I felt the paint wasnt finished right, they fixed it and it came out looking awesome. Thanks !!

Hey my friends I am usually fixing my problems in shalom auto clinic. They are doing good service and good customer service to all of us. They are charging less price for there products and reasonable service charge.

The owner is very knowledgeable...the only down side is that they are not open on the weekend.

I went in around my 30 min lunch break and I have to say the staff were great and friendly. It took them less than 20 min to get my inspection done. I would highly recommend them.
