Michael is knowledgeable about body work he got our car fixed in 1 day on some major dents and scratches. The paintwork is like the original when we pick up the car. So the repair is of great workmanship. His price is also very good, though we knew ahead of time he will be using a third-party bodyshop. He checks paint code and bring paint and replacement parts to the shop. we felt working with him have the peace of mind that the car will be back like new.

I was satisfied with my service from Michael. My car had a dent and a long scratch, he took my car and had it back to me within a few hours. When I did get it back it was like nothing ever happened to my car. Overall I would recommend them for auto services and would use them again in the future.

REPOST from Mika Elizondo-1. Michael DOES NOT own an automotive repair shop, period. Hes a middleman grifter who solicits business for mechanics who speak limited English. The business address on his invoice is a fake. Theres no storefront or mechanics bay anywhere on the strip mall property. One has no guarantee as to where their car would be located if they elect to allow him to pick up their vehicle from their home. I met him at 818 Texas Parkway. He repeatedly stated that he owned Texas Parkway Auto Care, which was a lie.2. He promised that he could repair the scratches in dents on my Dodge Durango within a few hours for $450.00. He asked that I pay him half of the repair bill in advance because he had to purchase a special paint mixture unique to the metallic black hue of my vehicle. I agreed and paid him half, $225.00 and left my car in his care at Texas Parkway Auto Care.3. Michael called me early the next morning and stated that the repairs were more complex than hed expected and that hed have to upcharge me another $450.00 for a total of $900.00. When I wouldnt agree to pay the 100% markup, he began to haggle with me until he arrived at $675.00, a 50% markup. Michael stated that his wifes car had just been repossessed and they had no mode of transportation for her and their 5 younger children. When I wouldnt agree to that price, he stated that hed researched the value of my car through Kelly Blue Book and that it was worth $28K. He stated that he would NOT return my car to me even if Id paid the agreed $450.00. Michael suggested that I overdraw my bank account or borrow money from others to pay the inflated repair bill. I paid the entire bill as he demanded on the evening of Tuesday, November 10, 2020.4. Michael sent me a text stating that my car would be ready at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, November 11th.
