I’ve had 3 guitars re-strung at this M&A and this place is always on point every time. Logan did a very good job. Very reliable and the work is pro level. Highly recommend this place for your guitar needs. See Logan.

If you rent and instrument and say its for your child, then its one price. If you say its for an adult, its different price. Theres no way for them to verify or enforce this. I refuse to support such an asinine policy, thus Ill give them this 1 star review.All Im asking for is common sense. 🤷‍♂️🤣

I came into the store looking for a MIDI keyboard and was immediately greeted by Joe. Joe showed me the options that they had and explained the differences between the options and recommended the one that would be best for me and not the one that was most expensive. Additionally, he explained the softwares that they came with and explained whether or not they would be any use for me. After I chose my keyboard, I remembered I needed an audio cable and he grabbed one for me. This was my first time in a Music and Arts store and I would definitely come back again. Joe mentioned to me that he got promoted to manager at another location and I can see why. He gave me the best customer service I have ever received and gave me a wonderful experience

The staff are so diverse here and able to handle everything. There is so many instruments, rental policies, and sales methods they are aware of. Every time I have come in knowing of a certain product or service I would need, they would respond right away! The piano lessons are are also amazing!

I came in with my BB RICH electric guitar and Logan helped me fix my guitar. He demonstrated a level of expertise and mastery in guitar knowledge that appeared unmatched. I showed my guitar to other stores and they couldnt figure out how to fix this complex piece of machinery, but Logan was a genius and fixed my problem and was very patient . I cant think of any other store I would go to for my guitars . I can only wish I could give more than 5 stars .

I could not be more satisfied with the service provided here. Do not pass this store up if you are shopping for a new instrument. On a scale of 1-10 (heh), they definitely turn their service up to 11.

Great resource for children and beginning instrumentalists. Easy to find affordable parts and the store has a knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. The selection of quality products is lacking, however, for serious or skilled musicians.

The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, the prices were great. I compared the prices to what was on Amazon and got a better deal. Definitely one of the best Music stores I have ever been to.

I’ve been in this store several times. I’m surprised to see good reviews on customer service since that is definitely not what I’ve experienced. Every time I go in, they always tell me that they will call me and they never do. I remember my first visit. The guy quickly called one person on one of the days I mentioned and that person didn’t answer so he left a message. Instead of calling another person, he just said they will call me back and they never called me. Same thing happened the other day. They called someone and the time that the person was supposed to have available he said he didn’t and asked for a later time to do the lesson that didn’t work for me. So he contacted the next person and he left that person a message. He didn’t bother to call anyone else, and instead took my name and number and said he would call me. Well lessons were supposed to start today and no word. Another time when I went in not too long ago, the guy said their instructors are online and I can pick out an instructor from there. I asked him if they had the available times online and he said no. Then he proceeded to tel me that they will call me and took my name an number. btw I looked online and couldn’t find where the instructors are listed. On another day recently I went in shortly before closing and there were no other customers and I believe all three people standing at the counter were workers. The one that addressed me said that they were closing soon (still was open for another 10 minutes) and he would take my name and number and call me and of course he never did. Another time I came in to look at a keyboard that was on sale for $150 with a free lesson when you register for a month or something like that. I wanted more info but he said he would call me back and never did. Now the keyboard is regular priced and no more special on the lessons. So disappointing! Back to the lessons that we were hoping to start today...when I went in to inquire about it, I told myself that today WILL be the day that they help me on the spot. Said I wasn’t going to leave the store and they weren’t going to brush me off until I sign my kid up for lessons. As mentioned before, he called one person and the times didn’t work out. He called the another and left a message. I was hoping that I could at least go ahead and register...but nope...you can tell he was in a rush and wasn’t going to help me any further. Once again, took my name and number and hasn’t yet called me back. I submitted a request online for more information. I am curious to see how long it takes them to respond. Each and every time I go in I get discouraged and forget about it it. and then I try to go to the store to inquire and each time I get blown off. And then my kid reminds me about the lessons...it’s been over a 3 year process. Maybe one day I’ll get one of those calls back...

I took my guitar in because the input jack and a knob were loose. They were really friendly and fixed the input jack while I was there, and took my guitar to another store to get the knob fixed, and took it back to the Springfield store. They called a couple times to update me. I didnt have to do any traveling from store to store. And when I picked it up after a couple weeks, they didnt charge me anything.

Visited the store on 12/28/18 to inquire about the cost of setting up a new violin that I purchased elsewhere for my son. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by Shane willingness to assist. I was informed that sometimes the instrument would have to sent out depending on the repair (oh no) but he would take a look. After fully making an assessment of the new violin, Shane commented that it only needed to be tuned, and that it would be at no cost. In addition, Shane fully walked me through the process (fine tuner, I had no clue—lol) of tunning it just right. I want to say that I appreciate the great customer service, and will be patronizing the store in the near future!

The employees are knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. If you are looking for musical instruments or accessories the selection is extensive. Taking lessons there is easy and their instructors are excellent. All around an great place to shop!

AWFUL STAFF.Went in to buy a bass amp, as soon as i entered the store a guy came up telling me to feel free to try anything i wanted, told him i was looking for a bass amp so he brought me a cable and told me they were in some kind of meeting so he wont be around but to call him if i needed help.So i started to play an ampeg 40w amp and in less than 2 minutes another guy that worked there SCREAMS at me from behind a counter KEEP IT DOWN MAN! in a really rude way.I was playing a 40w bass amp at volume 3... so it wasnt loud AT ALL!I left really upset and, even being really close to this store, im not buying anything from there nor visit the place again.Really bad that the only store near me works this way.
