I got a promise ring from here and I recommend not going here if you need a size bigger then single digits the old lady who helped me today basically said I was to big for my ring and I shouldn’t have gotten one. Tried to return it they say no since it’s been 30 days I haven’t even had it for 30 days they’ve had it longer than I have then she said well you can return it for store credit and get a necklace I don’t want a necklace lady. My ring was almost 200 and they only wanted to give my boy 119 back? I don’t think so. My WHOLE family shops here for Christmas birthdays etc after today none of my family will be going back to there hateful negative trashy attitude service

Kathy and Tara were great. Kathy was straight to the point with me. I was was worried to be over sold on something if they took me as naive. I appreciated her being open and honest- even if it wasnt something I wanted to hear.Tara was the sweetest. Her and Kathy make a good combo. Tara made me feel like a friend instead of a shopper. She didnt under mind me for my age or my returning situation in store.I originally went in to return something. They jumped through some major hoops for me and I was so grateful I teared up a little when I got back to my car. They made my experience as least stressful as it couldve been.

Ridiculously rude customer service, both in store and on the phone, I will say that we had a couple good interactions but most were unpleasant. The ring we purchased lost a diamond within a little over a month, we didn’t expect top notch but we didn’t expect an experience this poor.

This business is terrible. They make promises they can’t keep, don’t handle your jewelry with care, and show no urgency when problems arise. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Zales and we had endless problems with them. When we sent my ring off to be sized it came back in very late, was dirty, and broken. They then couldn’t even provide us with a new ring in a timely manner. We demanded a full refund and took our business elsewhere if I could give less that one star, I would.

I personally want to thank this location and Kathy who helped us twice to find the perfect wedding rings to go with my engagement ring. Kathy was amazing and so helpful the first go round. We attempted to visit other jewelry stores in the battlefield mall but due to their forced mask policies we decided to spend our money with Zales. Thank you for not forcing us before the city of Springfield MO decided to force this on us. We will return to this store and continue to support Kathy as long as this store/company never violate our HIPPA rights.

This is posted under my name but is my wifes review of our experience with Zales in Springfield Missouri.My mother passed away a little over 3 years ago. Her mother passed in 1973. When Grandma passed she had requested that a gold ring be purchased for my mom. When my mom passed it was to go to me. It was too small so my husband and I took it to Zales to have it made bigger. During the sizing they discovered it was hollow and we didnt know this, hollow rings are very hard to size up. They discovered it was hollow after they had cut it at the repair center. Zales called us when they got the ring back and let us know to come and pick it up but said there was a problem with the ring. They said it wasnt to Zales standards. We live about a hundred miles away and I will tell you what I saw in my head was scary and I cried most of the way to Zales. When we got there the manger was waiting for us. He was a very nice man and set us down to talk. I saw my moms ring on the end of his little finger and as he handed it to me it was not what I saw in my head at all. I put it on my finger and it was a perfect fit. He then showed me where it wasnt perfect. The Zales store manager insisted on making it right per the reputation of Zales. When we left the store I left with my mommas ring on my finger and a new ring that Zales insisted I take. Needless to say, we are big Zales fans now. They went above and beyond what most businesss do now days. Thank you Zales. We will be back as you have built a trust we wont forget.

Saturday July 11th, 2020 aroung 4ish. My boyfriend and I walked in and the 2 employees were helping other couples. No problem we thought well look around and be patient. 15-20 min later we have walked the entire store twice. I grabbed a ring sizer that was laying on the counter, sized our ring fingers and still not a single hello. So we walked out went to Kays and spent my $4000 CASH there. Go to Kays they were so nice and helpful.

My husband and I have been going to Zales for over 14 years and I have never been disappointed. We bought our wedding bands here in 2004 and haven’t lost a stone yet. Staff are always very nice and helpful. Our rings have never been damaged and when we have them worked on they come back on time or early. I picked up my ring today to have it sized it came back on time and it looks beautiful. The girl that helped me today was super nice, personable and funny. Even the staff at the outlet location in Branson are very friendly. I have always liked the selection in jewelry they have here better than other stores.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. I brought my engagement ring in to get resized and was told I could pick it up in two weeks. When I called and asked about it two weeks later, they said they havent worked on it because the prongs holding the diamond needed repaired. The lady working there when I brought it in said everything was fine. They failed to call me and communicate that with me and I waited two weeks for nothing.

We bought or wedding rings at Zale and the diamonds have came out of my ring twice. I have not even had my ring more than a year. And they are kinda jerks about it. The first time, they didnt sign that it was cleaned so they were all like we dont have to get this fix if you dont get this signed. They know that why didnt they sign it then. Now, I always bring it and Im on the account we bought the rings together and they treat me like I stole it. Make me call my fiance and have him verify. They do the same thing to him. This is very nice if you where not carrying your picture ID but highly upsetting when your on the account their too and you have the paper work, your ID, and the product. I even dropped it off. That is just rude and makes me never want to come back. There is always some smart come back I love my ring however. Just wish they had better customer service.

I received a bracelet from here for Christmas. I have small wrists so the bracelet was too big and I needed 1 link taken out. When I dropped the bracelet off, the older lady with dark hair quoted me $34 or so and even showed me in their pricing book that was the price. You would think purchasing the bracelet from here, resizing would be free. When I went to pick it up, my total was $65ish. Double what I was quoted. I was told to look at the receipt I was given when I dropped it off and it does infact say $65 despite the lady telling me it was $35. That is absolutely wrong and ridiculous and absolutely terrible customer service. Do not tell me what the price will be then charge me double. I will never buy anything from here or EVER come back. I will not reccomend this place to anybody due to lack of customer service, rude employees, and incorrect pricing.

Adequate experience. I did not buy anything here but was instead just sized for a ring. A bit of high pressure from the sales standpoint, which was a bit annoying. The lady that helped me was very nice but tried to pitch all sorts of things at every opportunity. It got old.

If it were possible to leave less that 1 star, I would. I dont have anything against this particular location, but its difficult to leave a review for the online order department.I recently placed an order online and paid an additional fee for priority mail. Little did I know, priority mail is useless. I spoke with a representative named Heather and she informed me that the Zales 2 day shipping option - which is free - would get your product delivered faster. So my next question to her was, why would you even offer a priced option that gives off an impression that it is a quicker way to receive your goods?Her tone started to change as she could tell I was becoming upset (ordered this item 7 days ago, still hasnt shipped). Her response to me was that she had no control over USPS shippings cost. After haggling with her for another 5 minutes or so I ultimately got no where and she just continued to repeat that it wasnt in their control. But that still didnt answer why theyd offer a service that comes with an additional cost and isnt necessarily a priority because it takes longer than their standard 2 day shipping thats free.I wouldnt order from Zales online and due to my experience I probably wouldnt even give the associates in store a chance because their back office was just that terrible. Dont fall for the Priority Shipping, its a joke.

She helped me find and narrow my choices down to three stunning engagement rings and wedding bands. I have bought jewelry from this location for 16 years. My wife dropped her wedding rings off to have them inspected and cleaned along with 2 other rings. She waited 3 weeks for return. They called her to say they were done. After a trip that ran an hour they told her they actually didnt have her rings yet. Then 3 days later another call, when she got there they only had 2 of her rings and no wedding ring. Then about a week later she makes another trip to pick up her wedding ring. She then receives another call saying that they had given her an identical ring but the one she has is not hers. She says she would be in in a couple of days to exchange rings. The sales manager says fine. Then the next day the regional manager calls and demands to know when we will be in. Very rude to my wife for a mistake they made. By the time we go in the following day(my wife was anxious to get HER wedding band back) we had a total of 6 plus hours in travel time. While the store manager was cordial the experience with the regional manger and their carelessness has made me decide there are too many jewelry stores in our mall to put up with this.

I had the worst experience here when I was looking for a ring for my boyfriend. We were stressed into buying a care plan and were told the ring will need repairs every year. What kind of real gold ring will need repairs at that rate. Also we were told that we could exchange our other ring to apply to the new one we purchased then when we went to do it they said the ring has to be over $200. What a deal. They do not care at all about us or our business.

If you buy a ring special order, you had better REALLY like waiting. Cause the wait is like 8 weeks. They may say 6-8 but seriously it will take the full time. I was told in week 6 that it would be there by Friday and now it has been an additional 5 days past that and no ring. So I am totally irratated. I love Zales but I will never ever special order a ring again. With that being said usually the staff is wonderful although a bit pushy for you to buy. So currently waiting still for my ring.

If I could give this store a 0, I would! Do not waste your time. I have had too many problems since coming here. I worn my ring a total of 9 hours since I got engaged on 1/2/18! Why? Please, continue reading.I went to get my engagement ring resized on 1/3/2018. The young lady with blonde hair sized me at a 5.5. I expressed several times that I was uncomfortable with her sizing, because it had no extra room for swelling. She laid her hand next to mine and told me matter-of-factly, your fingers are just like mine and Im a 5.5. Okay, fine, shes the expert. I hesitantly went with her recommendation. Big mistake.Three weeks later; my engagement ring finally comes in. Im beyond excited! When I pick up the ring and try it on, I still have the sinking feeling that its too tight. Again, I express my concerns to the two jewelers present, because the ring feels too tight. A short, older woman comes around the counter and tests the fit. She tells me that the ring is supposed to fit like that, and that they would teach me how to wear the ring. ....What does that even mean?! At this point, Im completely put off by the three staff members Ive had to interactions with. I leave and go grocery shopping with my ring on. Not two hours later, my ring finger is so swollen the ring would not come off, its beginning to hurt, and my finger is turning different colors. GEE, I GUESS ITS TOO SMALL. I take the ring back the next day and ask for another re-sizing. The older woman obliges me. She tells me youre definitely a size 6, because youre fingers are freezing! FUNNY, thats the exact size I suggested to the first young lady I talked to on 1/3/18. I asked the older woman how long it would take to be re-sized. Another 3 weeks! No offer to rush; no Im sorry we sized you incorrectly. Nothing. Okay, fine. Im extremely upset, Im a first time new bride to be, and I would like to wear my ring and show it off, but I can wait.Another three weeks goes by. I finally get my ring the day before Valentines Day. Im super excited, because its beautiful and it fits perfectly! Im finally happy and get to show it off to all my friends who have been asking to see it. I wear my engagement ring for 7 hours at work and what happens? A DIAMOND FALLS OUT AND CANNOT BE FOUND. At this point, I am beyond upset and angry. I want nothing more than to wear my ring. Instead, I now have to go back to the jewelers and wait while its being fixed. So excited to wait ANOTHER COUPLE WEEKS before I can wear my engagement ring again. I will never come to this store again. Ill pay someone extra to do the job right.

If Cindy Harm is your sales person dont believe a word she says. I purchased a wedding ring for my wife $2100. Cindy told both of us for every $300 we spend today we will recieve $100 in reward dollars. She gave us a reciept saying we earned $700 we could spend before May 1st. Both my wife and I heard her say the same thing. No additional purchase was required to spend the $700. Just pay sales tax on the $700 worth of jewlery. In fact 2 weeks ago my wife called her to verify. She said yes all we had to pay was the sales tax on upto $700 worth of jewerly. Dont fall for this sales pitch. Its a scam. I just spoke with Zales Corp office. All she can say was she was sorry our sales assoc misled us. On a side note. The reason we are purchasing this ring is because my wifes first ring. The prongs kept breaking. They repaired them the first time. 2nd time they told us they could not repair it. They would give us 25% of original purchase price towards a new ring. The 1st wedding ring was 4 years old. We kept it and did not trade it it. 25% really Zales!!

Ive been a Zales customer since 2013, literally spent thousands of dollars with them, we purchased engagement rings there in November 2017 and my husbands ring has lost 3 diamonds thankfully we purchased their protection plan which has been a total joke also, Ill never buy from them again and Id recommend you didnt either. Diamonds are supposed to be forever Zales diamonds are for a month or so then they fall out. Our ring was repaired Saturday and by Tuesday were down a diamond.

I walked to the counter where to women looked at me and totally ignored me so I walked around looking some more a younger guy walked right passed me finally an older lady asked if I had been helped and she was already helping another couple. They never seem to get anything right, I have had to have my rings sized multiple times because it is never correct. My ring was bought in 2016 as two separate pieces, after a while of what was pressuring to have them sauntered together I finally caved. I just recently got them back and it looks like a 3 year old glued them together and once again it’s the wrong size. So after another 3 weeks of it being sauntered together and sent back with a missing diamond, I will once again be returning to have sized again. They don’t tell you in the beginning it is another $100 to have the sauntered either. Very very very displeased with this location and the very hateful people who work here. I would never recommend Zales to anyone.

Waiting 6 months for white gold Everus ring that fits then comes back with cloudy diamond... Size 7 to 4 1/2 hadnt worn ring 4 months and the band was yellow on the bottom. How could that be, I shouldve had extra gold to boot. Lady said has to be replated every 6 months. Odd I have another white gold ring from Zales 10 years old, its still white. Theyre shady or their person that does sizing is.

Just picked up my wifes 10 year anniversary band at Zales in the Battlefield Mall in Springfield MO.Walked out of the store and went 100 yards to eat lunch at Ruby Tursdays and one on the dimonds fell out!Went back to the store and the sales person said thats what you get for sizing is to a four to fit my wifes hand!Not sure that is the service I deserve after spending $15,000 with the company in the last 10 years?!?!?I will update this rating after I speak with the regional manager.
